在此次翻新中，设计团队对原房屋进行了彻底拆除，仅保留了最为核心的承重墙。面对极具挑战性的功能需求——涵盖 4 间卧室、3 间浴室、1 间客卫、主次双起居室及功能完备的厨房系统——设计师巧妙地利用现有的采光开口与排水核心筒进行布局，让光影与动线在受限的结构中自由流动。

For this project, the team demolished the home in its entirety, preserving only the essential load-bearing walls. To accommodate an ambitious new program—including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a powder room, twin living areas and a comprehensive kitchen system—the design was meticulously adapted to existing window openings and the building’s damp cores, ensuring a fluid interplay of light and circulation.

厨房被置于中心位置，不仅是烹饪场所，更被构想为空间流线的枢纽，优雅地界定了动静分区。一侧是充满社交氛围的客餐厅与客卫；另一侧则通往私密宁静的卧室区、第二起居室及便利的小厨房，实现了生活场景的完美转换。

The kitchen serves as a central anchor and an "element of passage," elegantly bifurcating the public and private realms. On one side, the spacious living and dining areas foster a social atmosphere; on the other, a private sanctuary unfolds, housing the bedrooms, additional bathrooms, and a secondary living area with a convenient kitchenette.

为了向建筑的历史底蕴致敬，所有的原始石膏线条与木质窗框均被精心修复。在色彩与材质的筛选上，设计师展现了极高的克制力：胡桃木的深沉、橡木拼花地板的温润与洞石的自然肌理相互交织。这种对名贵材料的精简运用，使那份迷人的怀旧感成功转化为洗练的当代美感。

In a nod to the buildings historical soul, all original mouldings and timber windows were faithfully restored. The design team employed a limited yet noble palette—Walnut timber, Oak parquetry, and travertine—with a sense of restraint that renders the nostalgic feel distinctly contemporary. These tactile elements work in harmony to ground the space.

每一件选定的家具与材料都在试图于“革新”与“传承”之间寻找支点。它们在赋予空间现代生命力的同时，也守护着那份不可替代的建筑精髓与人文性格。

Each piece of furniture and material selection seeks to balance renewal with heritage. They breathe new life into the apartment without sacrificing its essential character, ensuring the space remains as soulful as it is sophisticated.
