In the Lamartine building project in Mexico City, Pérez Palacios shaped the interior spaces with a restrained and precise design language, achieving a natural balance between subtlety and aesthetic refinement. Aagnes signature style is seamlessly woven throughout—soft lines, stone accents, carved woodwork, and cohesive material textures intertwine to create a low-key, layered atmosphere where quietude seems to seep gently from the walls.

室内空间诚实的呈现出了场所的本质，将当代家具与保留手工痕迹的“不完美”物件并置融合。在这种交汇之中，自然纤维与柔化光线的设计元素强化了私密体验与外部环境之间的对话，使温暖的空间气质得以延续，并成为贯穿整个项目的核心特征。

The interior space honestly reveals the essence of the place, juxtaposing contemporary furniture with “imperfect” objects that retain traces of handcrafted workmanship. Within this convergence, design elements featuring natural fibers and softened light enhance the dialogue between the intimate experience and the external environment, allowing the warm spatial character to extend and become a defining feature throughout the entire project.

Moving from a house to a city apartment often symbolizes the beginning of a new chapter in life. For this couple entering their mature years, this relocation is not merely a change of address but a rewriting of their lifestyle. With their adult children now living independently elsewhere, they envision their new home as a place that offers comfort and practicality while gently preserving the family memories that span the years—allowing life to continue within a new scale, yet still carrying the familiar emotions and routines.

整体的色彩语言被刻意收束为克制而温柔的范围：白色作为主背景，承接并反射自窗外倾入的光线；木材则在其中注入恰到好处的温暖。

The overall color palette is deliberately restrained within a subdued and gentle range: white serves as the primary backdrop, receiving and reflecting the light streaming in from the windows; wood infuses just the right amount of warmth throughout.
