作为瑞安新天地标志性的美食社交平台，

Foodie Social将东台食集落位于新天地东台里。这片百年街区，曾是东西文明交融的鲜活切片，亦是一个交织“寻宝”故事与市井烟火的传奇角落。当城市更新与历史文脉在此交汇，say以在地新生的方式，唤醒“上海好味”，重塑一段可沉浸于烟火、可探索于至味的当代街廊。

As a signature culinary social destination of Shui On Xintiandi, Foodie Social is situated within Dongtaili Xintiandi. This century-old neighborhood has been a vivid crossroads of Eastern and Western cultures, a legendary junction woven with stories of discovery and urban life. Where urban renewal meets history, say reawakens the flavors of Shanghai, through a contemporary lens—reimagining the street as an immersive culinary corridor where street vitality and refined taste unfold together.

基于此，

“街巷拼贴”作为设计手法，将空间、材质与记忆三重拼贴，开启一场与历史的持续对话。一条自由蜿蜒的动线取代了刻板通道，复现老街区随意漫步、偶遇趣味的节奏。

According to this, a strategy of “Street Collage” is adopted, layering space, material and memory to establish an ongoing dialogue with history. A meandering circulation replaces rigid corridors, evoking the informal rhythm of wandering and chance encounters characteristic of historic neighborhoods.

核心的社区广场成为可调节的“事件容器”，其布质顶棚与红色移动门框，赋予空间承载日常餐饮与文化活动的双重弹性。

At the center, a community plaza operates as a flexible “event container” where a fabric canopy and red movable frames enable the space to accommodate both everyday dining and cultural programming with equal adaptability.

“拼贴”的设计思维，进一步落位于对原有市集元素的转化与品牌生态的构建。蓝色老式雨棚被简化为结构轻盈的红色现代雨棚，以明快色彩激活空间记忆，材质可根据店铺性质更换；原本粗朴的木框，以柚木、榆木等材质重新制作，在精细中留存手作温度。

The design language of “Street Collage” is further articulated through the reinterpretation of existing market elements and the cultivation of a diverse brand ecosystem. Blue vintage awnings are simplified into lightweight red contemporary canopies, activating spatial memory through vibrant color while allowing material variants to respond to different tenants. The once-rough timber frames are recrafted in teak and elm, retaining the warmth of refined craftsmanship.

这份由记忆共酿的烟火气，最终沉淀为可触摸的细节。东台路市集常用的老木头，被转化成三种功能各异的木方模块：可展示菜品的立架、能灵活落座的凳子，以及盛放绿植的盆栽。

This lively spirit of memory and everyday life ultimately crystallizes into tangible, touchable detail. Weathered timber commonly found in the Dongtaili market is reinterpreted into three distinct modular elements: vertical racks for displaying dishes, flexible seating stools, and planters for greenery.

社区广场与外摆区置入的二手家具与古玩，正是对

“旧物市集”基因的呼应，以其斑驳的质感与使用印记，延续着特有的松弛与寻获感。

In the community plaza and outdoor seating areas, second-hand furniture and antiques echo the “old market” DNA—their worn textures and traces of use preserving a sense of relaxed discovery and serendipitous charm.

与之相应，食集引入本土传统老字号与新兴品牌，通过对经典风味的传承与创新，在整洁现代的档口形式下，延续真实可感的市井烟火。

In parallel, the food hall brings together time-honored local brands and emerging concepts, allowing traditional and innovative tastes to coexist within a clean, contemporary stall typology—sustaining the authenticity and vitality of everyday urban life.

say通过从宏观到微观的层层“拼贴”，将东台食集塑造为一座持续生长的生活界面，于碰撞中融合，在记忆上创新。它邀请每个人以“淘”的闲心，在这里寻获属于自己的在地珍味。

Through a layered touch of collage from the macro to the micro, say transforms Dongtai Food Social into a living evolving interface ---where elements collide, merge and reinterpret memory. The space invites each visitor to explore with a leisurely curiosity, discovering their own local delights along the way.

Say(说;讲述;表达)是一种世界共通的传达信息方式，也是最高效简洁的沟通手段。Say通常是口头的表述，此时其信息是瞬时、灵活且多作者的，但同时书写下来的物理信息。也可以认为是Say的一种表达方式，此时是永久、固定且个人的表达方式。say architects认为在设计项目中，表达方式与设计成果同样重要。say强调空间的情感氛围与人文连结，尝试与客户共同发掘每个项目独特的设计概念，并通过多种方式将最初概念演化发展为最终的物理空间，这过程也是一个由say与业主共同讲述的故事。
