家的未来式：可调节、可延展、可感知的空间

该项目将住房空间划分为三个规模相近的带状区域，形成可随家庭需求变化而逐步灵活布局的生活体系。贯穿空间的轴线被转化为功能完备的墙体，既是储物结构，也成为房间之间的过渡媒介，这些通透的隔断在引入框景、增强视觉连续性的同时，亦保留了必要的空间界限感。服务区域集中布置于平面中心，从而释放出完整的周边空间用于主要生活功能，并充分引入自然光照。

The project divides the living space into three similarly sized zones, creating a flexible living system that can be gradually adapted to the familys needs. The axis running through the space is transformed into a fully functional wall, serving as both storage and transitional media between rooms. These transparent partitions frame views and enhance visual continuity while maintaining a necessary sense of spatial boundaries. Service areas are concentrated in the center of the plan, freeing up the surrounding space for primary living functions and maximizing natural light.

三带布局在垂直方向上重复延展，每条带的起止端均与户外空间相连，建立起室内外流动的清晰关系，塑造出既能保持互联、又可适时独立的居住环境。材料上选用中性及赭色调主导，砖材以其多样的表现力串联起整体叙事，既构建出空间的基底结构，又赋予每个区域独特个性。结合橡木与石灰华大理石等天然材质，共同营造出贴近地中海气息的温暖质感与和谐氛围。

The three-zone layout repeats vertically, each connecting to the outdoors. This creates a clear flow between indoors and out, creating a living environment that is both interconnected and adaptable. Neutral and ochre tones dominate the material palette, while brick, with its diverse expressiveness, ties the overall narrative together, creating a foundational structure for the space while giving each area distinct character. Natural materials such as oak and travertine marble combine to create a warm, harmonious atmosphere that evokes a Mediterranean atmosphere.
