Zizewski architects为一对年轻夫妇设计的公寓，满足当下居住需求的同时，结合未来几年的可能性，而展开设计，一方面实现如今两人居住舒适度的最大化，另一方面，未来几年孩子出生后，居室的拓展与可变性。

This is an apartment designed by Zizewski architects for a young couple. It not only meets the current living needs, but also combines the possibilities of the next few years. The design is designed to maximize the living comfort of the two people today, and on the other hand, the future A few years after the birth of a child, the living room expands and changes.

平面布局分析

Floor layout analysis

突出高楼层与观景优势，决定了它的视觉规划，设计师尽可能让室内与窗外的景色进行互动。大胆将生活阳台整合到客厅空间中，入户便能感受到开阔的视野与充分的自然光，另外，卧室区域并没有采用传统的两间卧室平行布局，而是打造成主卧套房：休息区，写字区，盥洗区，以及衣帽间，同时，衣帽间做了灵活设计，储物的同时，可以根据孩子的出生做一定的调整，比如增加婴儿床等等。

Highlighting the advantages of high floors and views determines its visual planning. The designer tries to make the interior interact with the scenery outside the window as much as possible. Boldly integrate the living balcony into the living room space, so that you can feel the broad vision and sufficient natural light when you enter the house. In addition, the bedroom area does not adopt the traditional parallel layout of two bedrooms, but is built into a master suite: a sitting area, There is a writing area, a washing area, and a cloakroom. At the same time, the cloakroom is designed to be flexible. While storing things, certain adjustments can be made according to the birth of the child, such as adding a crib, etc.

空间氛围营造

Floor layout analysis

奶油风的空间基调，通过浅米色的界面材料，以及暖色家具，结合无主灯的照明设计，营造温馨舒适的场域感。干净利落的线条与块面结合，满足功能与收纳的同时，将空间美学气质烘托到极致。

The cream-style space tone uses light beige interface materials, warm-colored furniture, and a lighting design without main lights to create a warm and comfortable sense of place. The combination of clean lines and block surfaces not only satisfies functions and storage, but also maximizes the aesthetics of the space.

大横厅布局，使得整个居室通透明亮，抬高的用餐区与休闲区丰富空间层次感，几个承重柱没有刻意做包裹或装饰处理，与空间构件巧妙融合。

The layout of the large horizontal hall makes the entire room transparent and bright. The elevated dining area and leisure area enrich the sense of spatial hierarchy. Several load-bearing columns are not deliberately wrapped or decorated, and are cleverly integrated with the space components.

材料运用

Material use

设计师对于材料与色彩的使用非常克制，避免过多的变化带给人不安。大面积木饰面与原木，以及米色织物，奠定了这个家的基调：和谐而温馨。

The designer is very restrained in the use of materials and colors to avoid excessive changes that may make people uneasy. Large areas of wood veneer and logs, as well as beige fabrics, set the tone of this home: harmonious and warm.

卧室的设计依然沿用横向布局，大气而实用，床尾背板与写字台采用一体化设计，突出了简洁的设计主题。

The design of the bedroom still follows the horizontal layout, which is grand and practical. The backboard of the bed and the desk are integrated, highlighting the simple design theme.

最终，ROZALUX APARTMENT不仅仅是一个物理空间，更是一处兼顾未来家庭成长的居所，充分享受两人世界，又憧憬着美好的未来。
