Designed by Barker Architecture Office for a social family of three, the Boerum Hill townhouse was completed in 2022 to maximize space for entertaining and hosting visitors. Deep tones, sculptural textures, and luxurious marble elements create a unique and inviting living space.

Boerum Hill 联排别墅由 Barker Architecture Office 精心打造，专为一个热爱社交的三口之家设计，于 2022 年完工，旨在最大化满足家庭娱乐及接待访客的空间需求。别墅凭借深沉色调、雕塑质感与奢华大理石元素，构建出独特而迷人的居住空间。

Entering the entrance of the villa, the Green Smoke wall by Farrow and Ball brings a sense of tranquility and depth. The unconventional green and pink checkerboard floor injects vitality into the space. The custom asymmetrical curved mirror echoes the door arch, showing ingenuity. In the living room, Julep sofas and Galatea armchairs surround the nested marble table, matched with Hatsus curved carpet, warm and elegant. The custom walnut sideboard stands firmly in the corner, and the original marble fireplace displays Andrew Zimmermans golden relief and Mike Hansels Cloud Support, with a strong artistic atmosphere.

步入别墅入口，Farrow and Ball 的 “绿烟” 色墙面带来宁静深邃之感，打破常规的绿粉棋盘格地板为空间注入活力，定制的不对称弧形镜子与门拱呼应，尽显巧思 。客厅中，Julep 沙发与 Galatea 扶手椅围绕着嵌套的大理石桌，搭配 Hatsu 的曲线地毯，温馨而优雅。定制胡桃木餐具柜稳固地立在角落，原有的大理石壁炉上方展示着 Andrew Zimmerman 的金色浮雕与 Mike Hansel 的《云之支撑》，艺术氛围浓厚。

A deep-grooved plaster archway with a bar area opens to the kitchen and steel window wall behind. Calacatta vagli viola marble covers the custom cabinetry and island, which is complemented by a Farrow and Ball Jitney lacquer finish. The curved pantry is accompanied by a pale oak dining table and Juliana Lima Vasconcellos-designed giraffe chairs, while hand-blown glass lamps by Bomma cast a warm glow over the space. In the powder room, cream plaster walls, backlit asymmetrical mirrors and a custom Irish Connemara marble sink create a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere.

In the bright game room on the garden level, Togo chairs and La Pepino lounge chairs surround Okejs Squiggle rug. A transitional space with roller blinds hides a marble bathroom and connects the media room to the garden. The media room is wrapped in a deep eggplant color, and the marble bar area on both sides is illuminated by Volker Haug wall lamps. Suede sofas and barrel chairs surround a custom walnut coffee table, and Khalilah Birdsongs Submission hangs between display shelves. Vintage Italian resin lamps and peripheral arc trough lights create a comfortable viewing atmosphere.

花园层的明亮游戏室里，Togo 椅与 La Pepino 躺椅围绕着 Okej 的 “Squiggle” 地毯。带卷帘的过渡空间隐藏着大理石浴室，连接着媒体室与花园。媒体室被深茄子色包裹，两侧的大理石酒吧区由 Volker Haug 壁灯照亮。绒面沙发与桶椅围绕定制胡桃木咖啡桌，Khalilah Birdsong 的《屈服》挂于展示架之间，复古意大利树脂灯与周边弧形槽灯共同营造出舒适的观影氛围。

The master suite on the second floor is dominated by a soft lavender-grey plaster palette. Printed linen Sander Bottinga wall lamps illuminate custom wall-mounted side tables, Victor Schrager still-life photography hangs above the bed, and a vintage resin chandelier hangs overhead. An arched closet leads to the master bathroom, where a green onyx and old-speckled rose marble shower stall is decorated, and a steel window above the freestanding bathtub overlooks the garden. The home office features a custom roller-blind white oak desk, Benjamin Moores Vintage Vogue wall coverings, and Luke Lamp Companys LED shield wall lamps, creating a calm and focused work environment.

二楼的主卧套房以柔和的薰衣草灰色石膏色调为主。Printed linen Sander Bottinga 壁灯照亮定制壁挂式边桌，床头上方挂着 Victor Schrager 的静物摄影作品，复古树脂吊灯悬于头顶。拱形衣柜通向主浴室，绿色缟玛瑙与旧斑玫瑰红大理石装点淋浴间，独立浴缸上方的钢窗可俯瞰花园。家庭办公室配备定制卷帘白橡木书桌，Benjamin Moore 的 “Vintage Vogue” 色墙面与 Luke Lamp Company 的 LED 盾形壁灯，营造出宁静专注的工作环境。

The staircase on the top floor ends with a sculptural skylight lobby and a Michael Abrams landscape painting. The walls of the boys room are covered with Monologues Arcade wallpaper, Kartells chartreuse stools serve as bedside tables, Agos Cirkus pendant lights hang high, and Alex Probas custom capsule-shaped carpets cover the floor. In the guest room, Rove Concepts green velvet bed is paired with a custom travertine side table, and the Naaya clay pendant lights echo the color of the Cold Picnic wool carpet and Maru Quinoneros works. In the guest bathroom, espectaculo marble wraps the walls and floors, rose red marble decorates the bathtub and shower recess under the skylight, and the laundry room is paved with Popham cement tiles in an arched pattern, adding practical beauty to villa life.

顶层的楼梯间以雕塑般的天窗大厅和 Michael Abrams 的风景画收尾。男孩房间的墙壁覆盖着 Monologue 的 Arcade 壁纸，Kartell 的黄绿色凳子充当床头柜，Ago 的 Cirkus 吊灯高悬，Alex Proba 定制的胶囊形地毯铺满地面。客房内，Rove Concepts 的绿色天鹅绒床搭配定制石灰华边桌，Naaya 粘土吊灯与 Cold Picnic 羊毛地毯、Maru Quinonero 的作品色调相呼应。客用浴室中，espectaculo 大理石包裹墙面与地面，玫瑰红大理石装点天窗下的浴缸和淋浴凹槽，洗衣房则铺设 Popham 水泥砖，呈拱形图案，为别墅生活增添实用之美。
