使用bv 20,我们发现了多种挑战和机遇,比如20英尺的海拔变化,从西北到东南角,限制性的挫折和高度限制,严格的景观和舒适空间要求,以及一个以社区为中心的ARP(地区重建计划),倡导充满活力的社交空间和“了解你的邻居”。
我们开始开发聚集模型,利用场地陡峭的坡度,将公园置于坡度,将建筑物的后方单元推高,从而产生梯田效应,有助于使大多数单元的光线民主化和景观化。我们改变了南北房地产线之间的密度,以适应不同的高度限制,基本上创造了三个“酒吧建筑”,可以用不同的住房类型规划。抵消和倾斜这三个酒吧提供了一个慷慨的外部舒适景观。
这些正式的举措使我们能够提供多样化的住房类型(家庭、阁楼和公寓),增加每个单元的光线和视野,也许最重要的是,将原本可以由单一功能的公寓屋顶组成的联合体变成多价屋顶景观或舒适景观。在满足严格的景观和舒适空间要求的同时,以私人花园、植物屋顶、芹菜等的形式引入了城市园艺,其规模之大,在卡尔加里的内城生活中是前所未有的。它也是一个鼓励建筑居民自发互动的地方,一个遛狗或呼吸新鲜空气的地方。
