DORNYK项目分三个阶段带来150项新的小型设备。在第一阶段,对现有建筑进行彻底重建是必不可少的。钢筋混凝土框架需要获得新的墙,内部隔断,电缆,污水系统等。第一阶段建造了61个单位。二期为三层上层建筑。在第三阶段,计划建造另一个物体。因此,该项目将包括150个新的单位。
住宅建筑是现代的、新鲜的、动态的,它既符合灵活、有效、灵活的要求,又符合机智的要求。多尔尼克将高质量的建筑带入了经济适用的生活领域。建筑布置设计经济合理。多尔尼克的每一套公寓几乎都是不同的,顾客可以从不同的公寓类型中选择。细节的质量在内部占主导地位,这是非常体面的设计。
在另一边,建筑的外部是有趣的和丰富多彩的。西侧的正面被不规则放置的对数覆盖,颜色形成鲜明的对比。房子的东侧被标牌和彩色阳台所占据。这些设计是由必须符合日照和日照标准决定的。在这方面,能源效率的要求也得到了满足。
