位于京都木科市的一座住宅综合体。这座建筑面向一条历史悠久的街道。该地区既有历史遗迹、乡村景观,又有现代化的商店和公寓,这使得该地区相当混乱。因此,我们的目标不仅是作为一种较好的租金满足要求,还旨在使建筑在设计这套公寓时对城市景观产生积极的影响。我们首先根据法律要求提出了这套公寓的大小-三层钢筋混凝土-然后把所有房间都朝南。我们在住宅空间内使用最少的地基墙,并精简了设备面积,以使将来可能的布局发生变化。为了减轻建筑的压力,建筑设置在离道路一定距离的地方,有一个半室外的公共空间作为缓冲地带,四周是薄的结构墙,这些墙的设计就像日本传统的联排别墅马奇亚的屋檐下空间。此外,外墙采用2英尺宽的外墙部件,其狭小的沟渠模式使大型结构沉降到邻近住宅的规模中。此外,一层黑色防水涂料有助于公寓与该地区有日本瓷砖屋顶的房屋相契合。(由于表面不平整,它也会随着时间的推移而延缓材料的降解。)我们相信,城市景观很好地代表了当地居民的思维方式。我们期望我们在这一领域继承良好的地方传统-而不仅仅是追求经济方法-的意图。
