整座住宅围绕一条半开放的核心入口廊道展开，这条廊道巧妙地界定了两个截然不同的功能体块：一侧是日间活动区，其标高位于泳池平面以下，形成下沉式的空间体验；另一侧则是地势较高的私密功能区，卧房与卫浴间依次排列，朝向花园敞开。

The house is articulated around a semi-open central entrance corridor, which cleverly bifurcates the volume into two distinct functional zones: on one side, the day area, situated at a lower elevation below the pool level, creating a sunken spatial experience; on the other side, the private wing, located on higher ground, where bedrooms and bathrooms are arranged in sequence and open toward the garden.

项目总建筑面积为300平方米，并附带一栋小巧的客房。所有空间均以“停歇与休憩”为最高诉求，摒弃了任何冗余的喧嚣与浮华，转而追求材料本身最纯粹的质感与温度。

With a total built area of 300 m², complemented by a small guest house, every space is conceived as a sanctuary for pause and relaxation—rejecting all unnecessary clamor and ostentation in favor of the purest texture and warmth inherent to the materials themselves.

在原有的结构体系中，两个体块之间的界限较为模糊，缺乏明确的空间辨识度。因此，本次设计的重点干预在于弱化两者之间的连接纽带，使两个体块在视觉上更加独立且富有张力，从而营造出一种更具雕塑感的整体建筑形象。这种处理方式不仅强化了各自的功能属性，也让建筑在形态上呈现出更为清晰而有力的表达。

While the original structure defined the two volumes less clearly, lacking spatial distinction, the architectural intervention sought to lighten the central link between them. This strategy allows both volumes to gain greater visual independence and tension, resulting in a more sculptural ensemble. This approach not only reinforces the functional identity of each zone but also grants the architecture a clearer and more powerful formal expression.

在材料选择上，室内外的水平与垂直面均采用了大地色系的同色调材质，质感自然且统一。户外使用的木作窗框与家具仅经过极简的自然防护处理，不加任何修饰，呈现出原木最本真的状态。

The selected material palette remains within a cohesive range of earth tones across all horizontal and vertical surfaces, both indoors and outdoors, offering a naturally unified texture. Exterior wooden joinery and furniture receive only a minimal natural protective treatment, left unadorned to reveal the authentic state of the raw timber.

石材铺地的连续性设计是模糊室内外界限的关键手法——尤其在日间活动区，大面积玻璃幕墙的运用使起居室与厨房能够完全转化为半开放空间，将室外景观与光线毫无保留地引入室内。

The continuous application of stone flooring serves as a key strategy to dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior. This is especially evident in the day area, where large glass windows allow the living room and kitchen to transform completely into semi-open spaces, channeling the outdoor landscape and light into the heart of the home.

这一设计完美契合了马贝拉（Marbella）温暖宜人的地中海气候，让居住者时刻感受到与自然的亲密连接。

This design responds perfectly to the warm and inviting Mediterranean climate of Marbella, allowing residents to feel a constant, intimate connection with nature.

主建筑之外还包含两个独立元素：一处是采用木栅格结构建造的库房，另一处是贴合地块边界而建的客房。两者在美学逻辑与材料语言上与主建筑保持高度统一，形成和谐的整体对话。这些元素围绕泳池精心布局，共同梳理了景观绿化与户外活动空间，使泳池区成为整个场地的核心节点。

Two elements remain distinct from the main volume: a garage crafted from wooden slatted-work, and a guest house built along the plots boundary. Both respect the aesthetic logic and material language of the main building, creating a harmonious dialogue among the ensemble. Arranged thoughtfully around the swimming pool, these elements help articulate the landscaping and outdoor living spaces, positioning the pool area as the central node of the site.

最终，设计呈现出一个与周边环境及景观深度融合、和谐统一的整体化生活场景，每一处细节都回应着场地的自然条件与视野朝向。

The final result is a global intervention that is homogeneous, deeply integrated into its surroundings and landscape, and carefully oriented toward the views—where every detail responds to the natural conditions and visual relationships of the site.
