Khun Atiruj Residence是PAON Architects为曼谷高密度城区打造的三层私宅，2025年落成的750平方米空间，以开放、静谧与空间流动性为核心，在城市喧嚣中营造出兼具私密与通透的居住体验，主设计师查农·佩特桑南甘（Chanon Petchsangngam）、容纳帕·多米厄（Roongnapa Dormieu）带领团队完成了这场城市居住的设计探索。

Khun Atiruj Residence is a three-story private residence designed by PAON Architects for a high-density urban area in Bangkok. The 750-square-meter space, completed in 2025, centers on openness, tranquility, and spatial fluidity, creating a living experience that is both private and transparent amid the urban hustle and bustle. The project was led by principal designer Chanon Petchsangngam and Roongnapa Dormieu, who led the team in this exploration of urban living design.

项目的空间叙事从半室外的入户庭院开启，温润的灰泥墙面与垂直木饰面围合出低调的入户氛围，定制木质格栅屏风覆盖建筑上层，在保障隐私的同时让自然光与微风自然渗透，木材与灰泥的天然质感为整个空间奠定了柔和的基调，也让入户动线充满自然的过渡感。

The spatial narrative of the project begins in the semi-outdoor entrance courtyard. The warm grey plaster walls and vertical wood veneer create a low-key entrance atmosphere. Custom wooden lattice screens cover the upper part of the building, allowing natural light and gentle breezes to seep in while ensuring privacy. The natural textures of wood and plaster set a soft tone for the entire space and also make the entrance circulation full of a natural transition.

住宅核心的双层挑高客餐区是空间的社交中心，落地玻璃门将室内与后院绿意无缝衔接，通高开窗的巧思实现了建筑的穿堂通风，可操作的木质屏风与柔质帘幕，让居住者能根据需求调节光线与隐私度，室内素净的灰泥墙面搭配暖调木质天花，打造出触感细腻的居住氛围。

The double-height living and dining area at the core of the residence serves as the social hub of the space. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors seamlessly connect the interior with the greenery of the backyard. The ingenious design of the full-height windows enables cross-ventilation throughout the building. Operable wooden screens and soft curtains allow residents to adjust the light and privacy as needed. The plain plaster walls inside, paired with warm-toned wooden ceilings, create a refined and comfortable living atmosphere.

9米跨度的后张预应力混凝土结构是项目的核心技术亮点，无柱式的空间布局让室内规划更具灵活性，木材作为核心材料贯穿建筑内外，从墙面、天花到功能服务区的一体化运用，弱化了室内外的边界感，也让建筑结构与日常居住的融合更具温度，让高密度城市中的居住空间，兼具结构理性与自然温情。

The 9-meter-span post-tensioned prestressed concrete structure is the core technical highlight of the project. The column-less spatial layout makes the indoor planning more flexible. Wood, as the main material, runs through the interior and exterior of the building, being used in an integrated manner from the walls, ceilings to the functional service areas. This reduces the sense of boundary between indoors and outdoors, making the integration of the building structure and daily living more warm and giving the living space in a high-density city a combination of structural rationality and natural warmth.
