江南之魂,凝于园林。于苏州人心中,那粉墙黛瓦、曲径通幽、叠石理水、移步换景的园林,便是至臻理想的家园图景。“池畔林间薄纱轻,曲径风回暗香盈”——这不仅是诗句,更是“苏城家宴”空间营造的灵感源泉与精神内核。我们于此,撷取苏州园林的魂魄,将建筑、叠石、理水、回廊、花木之韵,以及“借景”“障景”“隔景”“框景”之妙法,凝练于一方餐饮天地。
The soul of Jiangnan lives in its gardens. For Suzhou locals, these whitewashed walls, winding paths, stacked rocks, and shifting views embody the ideal home."Mist veils the pond-side grove;Fragrant breezes wind through hidden paths."These lines inspire "Suzhou Impressions · Home Banquet." We channel the spirit of Suzhou gardens—their architecture, rockeries, waterways, corridors, flora, and design techniques like borrowed and framed views—into our dining space.
步入“苏城家宴”,仿若步入一座精缩的当代园林。空间布局深谙古典章法,层次分明,宛如一曲婉转的江南评弹:
入口处,曲折有致的回廊引领宾客缓缓深入。廊壁或以素雅粉墙为底,嵌以玲珑花窗,绿植辅以疏落翠竹、藤蔓类植物微垂,地面点缀如青石板小径般水磨石地砖,营造“庭院深深深几许”的探幽之感,心境随之沉静。
穿过回廊,豁然开朗的是散座区域。桌椅布局疏密有致,借鉴了园林中“灵活多变”的空间特质。或一席长桌共品荷花雅宴,或依凭半透隔断自成小景,满足三两知己小酌或轻松商务之需。
Stepping into "Suzhou Impressions · Home Banquet" feels like entering a contemporary miniature garden. The layout follows classical rhythms—distinct yet layered, much like a gentle Suzhou Pingtan ballad:A winding corridor ushers guests deeper inside. Plain whitewashed walls are set with delicate flower-patterned windows, framed by sparse bamboo and trailing greenery. Terrazzo tiles, reminiscent of a blue-stone path, line the floor—evoking the quiet depth of a hidden courtyard. The mind settles.The corridor opens into the main dining area. Tables and seats are thoughtfully arranged, borrowing the gardens spirit of flexible space: a long table for sharing a lotus feast, semi-transparent screens creating intimate enclaves for small gatherings or casual business talks.
屏风,这一承载千年文人精神的母题,在此被赋予了现代语境。它不仅是灵活划分空间的实用元素,更是意境营造的关键。借鉴文徵明画中“素屏”的极简风骨,我们运用了材质多元的现代屏风:大堂散座区的巨幅屏风以现代水墨渲染的山水为面,意境空灵悠远。其底座匠心独运,绘“莲叶何田田”的荷花图样,暗合江南水乡的柔美与高洁。屏侧常伴以疏密有致的木质格栅,挺拔如修竹,既为区隔,亦成景致,隐喻文人风骨。四季厅的空间过渡处,半透半隐、虚实相间的纱质屏风被广泛应用。它们制造出朦胧的透视感,人影绰绰,灯火微明,营造“犹抱琵琶半遮面”的含蓄之美,空间因此流动起来,层次愈发丰富。
Screens, a motif steeped in millennia of scholarly spirit, are here reimagined for a modern context. They serve not only as flexible spatial dividers but also as key elements in crafting atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from the minimalist elegance of the "plain screen" in Wen Zhengmings paintings, we employ a variety of contemporary screens:In the main dining area, a grand screen features an ethereal landscape rendered in modern ink wash. Its base is thoughtfully designed with a lotus pattern, evoking the grace and purity of the Jiangnan water towns. Nearby, wooden grilles—upright as bamboo—stand in measured intervals, both dividing space and forming vistas, quietly echoing the integrity of the scholar.In the transitions of the Four Seasons Hall, translucent gauze screens are widely used. They create a dreamy perspective—figures softly silhouetted, lamplight gently aglow—evoking the subtle beauty of being "half-hidden like a pipa player behind her instrument." The space thus flows, its layers richly enhanced.
将苏州园林的灵魂之眼“花窗”巧妙化用。不仅在回廊、隔断处可见如苏州园林花窗的传统窗棂;更将“窗”的概念升华。四季厅的巨幅观景窗,包厢内精心设计的观景窗,皆成为“框景”的载体。目光所及,或是李公堤的一湾碧水、几树烟柳,或是室内精心布置的一隅小景、一件艺术陈设,步移景异,处处有画。
太湖石“瘦、皱、漏、透”的独特美感,被抽象提炼为空间意象。这不仅是具象的景观石点缀,更体现在通透的设计语言中,这“透”中蕴藏着太湖水的浩渺大气与温婉柔情,使空间气韵贯通,玲珑而深邃。
Transparency—the essence of Suzhou aesthetics—unfolds in two ways:ornate transparency and lithic transparency.The gardens soulful "flower windows" are reimagined—appearing in corridors as traditional lattice, and elevated in grand windows that frame views of Ligongdis waters or curated indoor scenes.Each step unveils a new picture.Taihu stone aesthetics—"lean, wrinkled, perforated, translucent"—inform the space. Beyond select scholar stones at key points, this translucency pervades the design, channeling the vast yet gentle spirit of Taihu Lake itself.
苏城家宴的空间不仅是建筑的容器,更是艺术的展场。本次升级特邀叶鸿平、夏回、孙宽三位江南代表性画家真迹入驻,其作品与园林空间、苏帮宴饮形成三重美学共振,让水墨成为流动的江南记忆。孙宽之画作,其美学理念聚焦着时空留白的园林诗学,以“无人之境”重构园林,褪色亭台隐于氤氲水墨中,空廊曲径无一人踪,却通过光影、残迹暗示琴音未散、茶烟未冷的文人雅集余韵,形成“近在咫尺的亲密与若即若离的恍惚”的独特意境。夏回之画作,则着眼于写意花鸟的生命律动,以“奔放处不离法度,细微处兼顾气魄”为内核,设色淡雅却蕴含贞润之气,将文人案头清供升华为对自然生命周期的诗意礼赞。叶鸿平的作品则弱化写实细节,以色彩与肌理重构菖蒲、银杏等文人雅物,赋予传统文化符号以现代视觉张力,其画作风格根植于江南文脉,却在传统与现代、具象与抽象之间构建了独特的视觉语言。画中亭台是凝固的宴席,席间光影是流动的水墨。苏城家宴以真迹为锚点,让每一次举箸都成为与江南文脉的隔空唱和。
Suzhou Impressions · Home Banquet is both a dining space and an art gallery. Original works by three Jiangnan painters—Sun Kuan, Xia Hui, and Ye Hongping—create a resonance between art, garden, and cuisine.Sun Kuan paints empty gardens—faded pavilions in mist, trails with no trace of footsteps—yet through light and shadow suggests lingering music and warm tea, an intimacy both near and distant.Xia Huis flowers and birds pulse with life: bold yet disciplined, delicate yet spirited, turning scholarly rituals into poetic nature hymns.Ye Hongping reimagines literati objects—irises, ginkgo—through color and texture, bridging tradition and modernity, figuration and abstraction.Here, painted pavilions are frozen feasts; dining light is flowing ink. Each meal becomes a silent dialogue with Jiangnans cultural soul.
