泻湖景住宅（Lagoon View Residence）坐落于加州蒂伯龙的山脊之上，是斯瓦特合伙事务所（Swatt   Partners）完成的山坡住宅改造扩建项目，建筑直面旧金山湾，可尽览城市天际线、金门大桥与太平洋的壮阔景致。项目以现有4753平方英尺建筑为基底，消解了原建筑空间与视觉的碎片化问题，让住宅与陡峭的山地地形深度相融。

The Lagoon View Residence is located on the ridge of Tiburon, California. It is a hillside residential renovation and expansion project completed by Swatt   Partners. The building faces the San Francisco Bay and offers a panoramic view of the city skyline, the Golden Gate Bridge and the magnificent scenery of the Pacific Ocean. The project is based on the existing 4,753 square feet building, resolving the fragmentation of the original buildings space and vision, and allowing the residence to deeply integrate with the steep mountainous terrain.

空间的重组设计是本次改造的核心，斯瓦特合伙事务所（Swatt   Partners）让建筑各楼层布局形成统一的整体，同时打通室内开放视廊，强化建筑与外部环境的联结。设计以清晰的动线与方位规划为原则，通过建筑材料与结构的协同设计，让住宅稳固扎根于山坡，实现了视觉与功能的双重协调。

The reorganization of the space is the core of this renovation. The Swatt   Partners firm has arranged the layout of each floor of the building into a unified whole, while opening up indoor open corridors to strengthen the connection between the building and the external environment. The design is based on clear movement lines and orientation planning, and through the collaborative design of materials and structures, the residence is firmly rooted on the hillside, achieving a dual coordination of visual and functional aspects.

建筑在空间营造上形成开放与围合的层次变化，北侧入口以厚重的石材体块和垂直结构打造出沉稳的围合感，南侧与西侧则采用落地玻璃墙、悬挑屋顶与露台延伸的设计，将旧金山湾的景致全然引入室内。这些水平延伸的建筑构件将生活空间向外拓展，在室内与室外露台间建立起连续的空间关系，同时实现遮阳与框景的双重作用。

The building creates a layered change in terms of space creation, featuring openness and enclosure. The northern entrance is designed with a massive stone block and vertical structure to create a stable sense of enclosure. The southern and western sides adopt floor-to-ceiling glass walls, cantilevered roofs and terraces to extend the design, allowing the scenery of San Francisco Bay to be fully introduced into the interior. These horizontally extending building components expand the living space outward, establishing a continuous spatial relationship between the indoor and outdoor terraces, and achieving the dual functions of shading and framing views.

室内设计由莱沃恩设计事务所（Leverone Design）打造，融合定制作品与精选家具，为业主的艺术收藏提供了适配的展示空间。景观设计则由休洛特联合事务所（Thuilot Associates）主导完成，依循场地自然地形打造绿植露台与蜿蜒小径。建筑外立面选用水泥抹灰、雪松木板等材质形成统一的材质体系，所有设计细节共同强化了住宅的空间逻辑，让建筑成为山地与海湾景观间的自然衔接。

The interior design was created by Leverone Design, integrating custom works and selected furniture to provide an appropriate display space for the owners art collection. The landscape design was led by Thuilot Associates and was completed according to the natural terrain of the site, creating a green terrace and winding paths. The exterior facade of the building uses materials such as cement plastering and cedar wood panels to form a unified material system. All design details jointly enhance the spatial logic of the residence, making the building a natural connection between the mountainous terrain and the bay landscape.
