创意机构banda 的新办公室 位于雅罗斯拉夫瓦尔街——这条街已成为现代企业和年轻创意人士的聚集地。一栋革命前建筑的二楼被改造成一个灵活空间，融合了创意工作室、公寓和办公场所的功能，打破了传统的办公模式。

The new office of creative agency banda is located on Yaroslavl Street—a thoroughfare that has become a hub for modern businesses and young creatives. The second floor of a pre-revolutionary building has been transformed into a flexible space that combines the functions of a creative studio, apartment, and workspace, breaking away from traditional office models.

这个空间的高挑天花板和历史质感给了我们灵感。我们充分利用了建筑本身的灵活性，同时为庞大的团队营造出温馨舒适的氛围。我们摒弃了传统的办公桌布局，转而采用自由开放的座位模式：休闲的休息区和共享工作台——每个区域都会根据日常需求进行灵活调整。

The soaring ceilings and historical character of this space inspired us. We harnessed the buildings inherent flexibility while cultivating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our large team. We abandoned conventional desk layouts in favor of an open seating arrangement: relaxed lounge areas and shared workstations—each zone adaptable to daily needs.

建筑的承重墙自然地将楼层划分为不同的区域。在此基础上，我们新增了两个带有夹层的体量。其中一个包含卫生间和技术空间，上方设有额外的座位。另一个则设有会议室，上方配有休息区。其余空间保持开放灵活，包括入口区域、带舞台的主厅、厨房餐厅和工作坊。

The buildings load-bearing walls naturally divide the floors into distinct zones. Building upon this structure, we introduced two new volumes featuring mezzanine levels. One houses restrooms and technical spaces, with additional seating above. The other accommodates a meeting room, topped by a lounge area. The remaining spaces remain open and flexible, including the entrance area, a main hall with a stage, a kitchen-dining area, and workshops.
