法兰克福顶层公寓（Penthouse Frankfurt）由霍尔茨劳施建筑事务所（Holzrausch）设计，坐落于法兰克福西区一栋受保护的德意志帝国建国时期（Gründerzeit）历史建筑顶部。项目通过加建两层屋顶结构与增设露台，将历史建筑的原有语境与当代居住需求有机整合。在约400平方米的空间内，设计团队恪守原有建筑结构秩序，展开了一场关于传承与革新的空间实践。

The Penthouse Frankfurt, a luxury apartment building, was designed by Holzrausch Architects. It is located on the top floor of a protected historical building from the founding period of the German Empire in the west district of Frankfurt. By adding two additional floors of roof structure and constructing terraces, the project seamlessly integrates the original context of the historical building with contemporary living needs. Within an area of approximately 400 square meters, the design team adhered to the original architectural structure order and carried out a spatial practice about inheritance and innovation.

设计核心注重对既有空间的精细回应，通过对材料、比例与光线的统筹运用，构建起新旧之间层次清晰的对话。空间中刻意营造的风格反差，并非流于表面的装饰冲突，而是强化空间叙事节奏的关键手法，让人行进的动线与视觉感受形成富有张力的起伏与停顿。业主拥有深厚的建筑与室内设计专业素养，提前对空间功能与动线进行系统梳理，让整体空间呈现出清晰连贯、秩序井然的布局逻辑。

The core of the design emphasizes a meticulous response to the existing space. Through the comprehensive utilization of materials, proportions, and lighting, a well - structured dialogue between the old and the new is established. The deliberately created style contrast in the space is not merely a superficial decorative conflict but a crucial technique for enhancing the narrative rhythm of the space, enabling the movement path of people and the visual experience to form a dynamic ebb and flow with pauses. The owner has profound professional knowledge in architecture and interior design. By systematically organizing the space functions and movement paths in advance, the overall space presents a clear, coherent, and well - ordered layout logic.

整个空间以艺术收藏为核心打造，兼具藏品展示与日常居住的复合功能。设计借鉴孟买工作室（Studio Mumbai）的创作理念，选用能留存时光印记的温润材质，并以连贯的木质“壳体”设计语言串联各个空间。康巴拉木饰面从墙面自然延伸至定制家具与动线界面，形成一体化的包裹感，让空间在视觉与触觉上达成高度统一。

The entire space is designed with art collection at its core, integrating the dual functions of art display and daily living. Drawing inspiration from the creative concept of Studio Mumbai, the design employs warm and inviting materials that can preserve the passage of time. A continuous wooden shell design language is used to connect various spaces. The Kangbala wood veneer seamlessly extends from the walls to the custom - made furniture and circulation areas, creating a sense of unified enclosure. This design achieves a high degree of visual and tactile harmony within the space.

在材料搭配上，质感温润的拉丝不锈钢厨房柜体，与水磨石地面、染色木构件形成含蓄而和谐的对比，既为空间注入恰到好处的工业质感，又保留了居住空间应有的柔和氛围。光线设计则汲取加州住宅的通透轻盈特质，让规整严谨的室内空间兼具开放与松弛的氛围，最终呈现出理性与感性平衡共生的当代人居状态。

In terms of material combination, the brushed stainless - steel kitchen cabinets with a warm and delicate texture form a subtle yet harmonious contrast with the terrazzo floor and dyed wooden components. This not only infuses the space with an appropriate industrial texture but also preserves the gentle atmosphere that a living space should have. The lighting design draws on the transparent and light - filled characteristics of Californian residences, endowing the regular and well - structured indoor space with both an open and relaxed atmosphere. Ultimately, it presents a contemporary living state where rationality and sensibility coexist in balance.
