Boulevard des Italiens住宅由意大利设计师Alessandro Moriconi打造，位于巴黎市中心一条历史悠久的街道上。住宅将现代生活需求与巴黎古典建筑风格融合，通过光线、比例与空间节奏的把控，让都市住宅在繁忙街区中散发出宁静而优雅的气质。

The Boulevard des Italiens residence was designed by Italian designer Alessandro Moriconi. It is located on a historic street in the heart of Paris. The residence combines modern living needs with the classical architectural style of Paris. Through the control of light, proportion and spatial rhythm, it allows the urban residence to exude a serene and elegant atmosphere amidst the busy streets.

阳光透过大面积落地窗洒在起居空间，开放式布局让客厅与餐厅视线延展，动线顺畅自然。卧室和私人区域则通过材质变化与轻微隔断营造私密感。窗外巴黎街景成为室内的一部分，使空间既通透开阔，又充满温度。

The sunlight pours through the large floor-to-ceiling windows onto the living area. The open layout extends the line of sight between the living room and the dining room, creating a smooth and natural flow. The bedrooms and private areas create a sense of privacy through material changes and slight partitions. The Parisian street view outside becomes part of the interior, making the space both spacious and warm.

天然木材、石材和柔软织物被巧妙叠加，赋予住宅丰富的触感层次。定制家具与陈设精确呼应空间比例，每件物品都兼顾功能与美学。细节的精心打磨，让住宅在克制中展现出现代都市居所的精致与优雅。

Natural wood, stone and soft fabrics are skillfully layered together, giving the residence a rich tactile layering. Custom-made furniture and furnishings precisely correspond to the spatial proportions, and each item takes into account both functionality and aesthetics. The meticulous polishing of details allows the residence to display the sophistication and elegance of a modern urban dwelling in a restrained manner.

历史构件与现代艺术品在空间中相互呼应，形成跨时空的对话。温暖的中性色调辅以局部金属和深色点缀，层次感鲜明。光线、材质与家具的协调运用，使住宅不仅是居所，也呈现居住者的生活态度与美学理念。

The historical elements and modern artworks in the space interact with each other, creating a dialogue across time. The warm neutral tones are complemented by local metallic and dark accents, resulting in a distinct sense of layering. The harmonious combination of light, materials, and furniture makes the residence not only a place to live but also reflects the living attitude and aesthetic concepts of the occupants.
