Highlighting the emotional expression of materials and colors, the pet-friendly space on Suzhous Pingjiang Old Street is a cat café named Tata Party crafted by Parallect Design. It weaves the historical charm of Jiangnan ancient streets with modern pet-friendly leisure needs, respecting the traditional streetscape while creating a multifunctional space where humans and animals coexist harmoniously. The space inherits the natural color palette of Pingjiang Road, making the ancient streets unique texture an organic part of the café and letting visitors feel the integration of history and modernity in every detail.

突出材质与色彩的情感表达，苏州平江老街的宠物友好空间是由 Parallect Design 打造的 Tata Party 猫咖，它将江南古街的历史韵味与现代宠物友好休闲需求交织相融，在尊重传统街景的同时，打造出人与自然和谐共生的多功能空间。空间承袭平江路的自然色系，让古街独有的肌理成为咖妃的有机组成，让到访者在每一处细节中感受历史与现代的交融。

The project cleverly solves the spatial limitation of the main business area on the second floor with ingenuous design. The narrow ground floor is transformed into a boutique retail zone for cultural and creative products and pet supplies, which not only filters customers preliminarily but also naturally guides the flow to the upper level. The exterior retains the traditional dark-tile roofing style of Jiangnan, with delicate signage and warm lighting adding attraction, and the second-floor terrace and display windows become inviting visual highlights, turning the space constraint into a unique design advantage.

项目以巧思设计巧妙化解主营业区位于二层的空间局限，将狭窄的一层改造为文创产品与宠物用品的精品零售区，既完成了初步的客群筛选，又能自然地将人流引导至上层。外立面保留江南传统的黑瓦坡顶形制，精致的导视标识与暖调灯光增添吸引力，二层的露台与展示窗成为富有邀约感的视觉亮点，将空间限制转化为独特的设计优势。

The overall color scheme of the space is rooted in Pingjiang Road’s natural hues: soft white of plaster walls, deep gray of dark tiles, warm brown of natural wood and vibrant green of plants form a fresh and organic base tone. The brand’s warm and bright accent colors are interspersed as visual highlights, creating a balanced and dynamic visual effect. Warm wood tones run through the entire interior, paired with soft furnishings of cotton, linen and bamboo, evoking a gentle and comfortable atmosphere that makes people and pets feel relaxed and at ease.

空间的整体色调根植于平江路的自然本色，粉墙的柔白、黑瓦的深灰、原木的暖棕与绿植的鲜绿，共同构成清新自然的基底色调，品牌专属的暖亮跳色则作为视觉亮点穿插其中，营造出平衡又富有动感的视觉效果。暖木色调贯穿整个室内，搭配棉、麻、竹质的软饰，烘托出柔和舒适的氛围，让人与宠物都能在此感到放松惬意。

Drawing inspiration from Suzhou classical gardens’ winding paths and ever-changing views, the designer divides the space into distinct functional zones with partitions, low walls and greenery, avoiding a rigid monolithic layout. Each turn reveals a new scene, bringing a strong sense of discovery for visitors. This garden-like spatial design not only fits the cultural context of Pingjiang Road but also provides a rich and diverse activity space for cats, making the movement of felines a vivid landscape in the space and enriching the interactive experience.

设计师从苏州古典园林 “曲径通幽，移步换景” 的理念中汲取灵感，以隔断、矮墙与绿植将空间划分出不同功能分区，规避了刻板的整体式布局，每一次转角都能邂逅新的景致，为到访者带来强烈的探索感。这种园林式的空间设计既契合平江路的文化语境，又为猫咪打造了丰富多样的活动空间，让猫咪的灵动穿梭成为空间中鲜活的景致，丰富了互动体验。

Pet-friendly design details are integrated into every corner of the space with great care, becoming the warm core of the project. The cat-specific rest area features walls with neatly arranged circular openings holding feeding bowls at different heights, accommodating the natural climbing and eating behaviors of cats. This thoughtful design not only meets the living needs of felines but also creates interesting interactive moments between visitors and cats, letting people experience the joy of close contact with animals while enjoying the slow pace of Jiangnan life.

宠物友好的设计细节被用心融入空间的每个角落，成为项目的温暖核心。猫咪专属休憩区的墙面设有排列整齐的圆形开孔，不同高度嵌置着食碗，适配猫咪攀爬、进食的自然习性。这份贴心的设计既满足了猫咪的生活需求，又为到访者与猫咪创造了趣味互动瞬间，让人在享受江南慢生活的同时，体验与萌宠亲密接触的愉悦。

In this space, the ancient charm of Jiangnan and the warmth of human-animal coexistence interweave, making the pet café a unique cultural and leisure landmark on Pingjiang Old Street that carries both historical memory and modern life.

设计的人文厚度，在于其与本土语境、人的情感需求的深度融合。它尊重平江老街的历史文化底蕴，不对传统街景做突兀改造，同时契合现代人对情感寄托、与宠物亲密互动的追求。在这片空间里，江南的古韵与人和动物相伴的温暖相融，让这家宠物咖妃成为平江老街上兼具历史记忆与现代生活的独特文化休闲地标。
