的空间语言，旨在成为这座城市中一个持续产生吸引力的温暖目的地。

Amidst the wave of contemporary commercial spaces transforming from transactional venues to emotional spaces, Hangzhou Linping Garden City emerged. It is not merely a shopping mall, but a multifaceted spiritual sanctuary tailored for the citys new generation. Centered around the themes of “nature, interaction, socializing, technology, and trends,” the project employs systematic design thinking to translate abstract emotional needs—a sense of belonging, relaxation, connection, and ambiance—into tangible, participatory, and memorable spatial expressions. It aims to become a consistently appealing, warm destination within the city.

我们延续商场原有的现代、自然与科技交融的风格基调，并充分结合场地周边业态特征，营造真正契合商业空间使用需求与青年情感共鸣的沉浸式氛围。

In todays increasingly homogenized commercial landscape, how can we create spaces that genuinely resonate with young people? We build upon the malls existing foundation of modernity, nature, and technology, while fully integrating the surrounding business environment to craft an immersive atmosphere that meets commercial functional needs and evokes an emotional connection with youth.

我们围绕

“丛林寻秘”

展开叙事，基于花园城自有IP形象——YOYO-MIMI，新增一位活泼的伙伴【松鼠】，共同构建立体化的角色故事线。通过YOYO、MIMI与小松鼠在丛林中的游览、探索、沉浸与休憩历程，我们串联起整个空间的游逛动线与功能点位，让每一次停留都成为故事的一部分。

We weave a narrative around “Jungle Secrets,” introducing a lively new companion—the Squirrel—to join Garden Citys original IP characters, YOYO - MIMI, and collectively build a multi-dimensional character storyline. Through YOYO, MIMI, and the little squirrels journey of exploration, immersion, and relaxation in the jungle, we connect the entire spaces circulation routes and functional points, ensuring every pause becomes part of the story.

Spotlight Theater: Using vibrant colors and interactive art installations, we create a playful and curious first impression that energizes the spaces entrance.

放“青”松公园

这里是社交与游乐的主舞台。灵活多变的互动装置与复合功能区，鼓励人们参与、分享与创造。

Green Pine Park: This is the main stage for socializing and recreation. Flexible interactive installations and multifunctional zones encourage participation, sharing, and creativity.

云端花园：

拾级而上，喧嚣渐远。这里是专为休憩与深度社交设计的静谧之所，宛如城市上空的呼吸绿洲。

Cloud Garden: Ascend the steps, and the clamor fades away. This tranquil sanctuary, designed for relaxation and meaningful connection, stands as a breathing oasis above the city.

Art here is not merely decoration, but a medium for forging emotional connections. Each installation is designed with interactive functionality and conversational appeal, guiding visitors through carefully crafted experiences that naturally imprint spatial memories. This approach truly embodies the design philosophy: “One installation, one story.”

那些会“说话”的艺术装置

如果雕塑能陪你聊天，灯光会对你眨眼呢？我们埋下了许多这样的“彩蛋”：榛子随着你的脚步飞舞；“云朵”随着你的脚步漂浮；连休息区的云朵长椅，都会在有人坐下时哼起小调...这些不只是装饰——它们是空间的朋友，也是你的玩伴。

What if sculptures could chat with you, and lights would wink at you? Weve hidden many such “surprises”: hazelnuts dance as you walk by; “clouds” float along your path; even the cloud-shaped benches in the rest area hum a tune when someone sits down... These arent mere decorations—theyre friends of the space and companions for you.

空间以冷静的高级灰铺陈秩序感，以温润的木色与跳跃的金属色注入活力，再融入盎然绿意与智慧光影，在冷峻与温暖之间找到精妙的平衡点，

最终营造出一个既有未来锐度又不失生活温度的场景。

In its design presentation, the project innovatively blends modern minimalism with futuristic elements. The space establishes a sense of order through cool, sophisticated grays, while warm wood tones and vibrant metallic accents inject vitality. Infused with lush greenery and intelligent lighting, it strikes a delicate balance between austerity and warmth, ultimately creating a setting that possesses futuristic sharpness without sacrificing the warmth of everyday life.

从温润的原木与冷峻金属的材质对话，到与绿植共生的森林系香氛在空气中温柔铺展——每一个维度上的精心设计，都共同诉说着同一个愿景：这不仅是一座属于当下的商业空间，更是一个能与未来使用者持续对话、共同生长的情感载体。

From the dialogue between warm timber and cool metal textures to the gentle unfolding of forest-inspired scents intertwined with greenery—every meticulously crafted dimension collectively articulates a shared vision: this is not merely a commercial space for the present moment, but an emotional vessel designed to engage in ongoing dialogue with its future occupants, growing alongside them.
