A window that captures the moving Xiang River and quiet Yuelu Mountain turns a house into more than a home. It becomes a living painting, a poem written by life. It positioned at the citys forefront, doesn’t try to dominate the view—it brings the landscape softly into daily living.

在金融外滩与湘江之间，阅湘台取得了微妙的平衡。距江岸仅约90米，以“引江入室”为理念，消融内外界限。江景化为室内的光、空间的呼吸，成为生活永恒的辽阔背景。橘子洲的绿与岳麓山的影，流动于空间之中。我们借两套居所，呈现两种生活：一套容纳三代同堂的家族温情；一套安放轻盈悦己的生活意境。

It strikes a fine balance between the Financial Bund and the Xiang River. Only about 90 meters from the bank, it brings the river inside, blurring the line between outdoors and in. The river becomes part of the light and atmosphere—a constant, wide backdrop to life. Greens from Orange Isle and views of Yuelu Mountain blend into the space. Two layouts offer two lifestyles: one for multi-generational families, and another for lighter, personal enjoyment.

这里的空间，宛如一段沉稳流动的家族史诗，在克制与恢弘之间，构建起一处能安放三代人温情与荣耀的精神领地。

This space feels like a timeless family story, built with both simplicity and scale. Its a place designed to hold the emotional bonds and legacy of multiple generations.

独立电梯厅构成私密的序章，步入玄关，喧嚣被悄然隔绝。一方温润的玉石艺术品静立于此，其天然纹理在灯光下流淌着静谧的光泽，设计在此按下暂停键，让身心从外部世界平稳过渡到家的场域。

A dedicated elevator lobby offers a private entrance. Upon entering the foyer, noise is left behind. A smooth jade piece stands quietly, its natural patterns glowing softly in the light. The design creates a pause here, helping you shift peacefully from outside into your home space.

步入核心，约7米宽的无界会客厅豁然开朗，超大面宽落地窗将湘江与橘子洲的宏大叙事全然纳入，这便是 “与城市封面的静默对话” 。

The central living area is an open space about seven meters wide. Large windows take in the full view of the Xiang River and Orange Isle, creating a quiet connection with the cityscape.

沙发与充满雕塑感的单人椅围合出从容的社交尺度，而天然石材背景墙的狂野纹理，正与窗外奔流的江水形成材质的无声呼应，奠定空间的磅礴气势。

The sofa and sculptural chair create a comfortable seating area. The bold texture of the natural stone wall mirrors the flowing river outside, giving the room a grand and unified look.

餐厅与西厨一体相连，手工餐椅环绕奢石圆桌，水晶灯下光影温馨。这里是用餐的圆心，也是社交的舞台。开放式的布局，让家人在不同角落也能彼此相伴。三餐四季，因流动的江景而更添仪式感。

The dining area and open kitchen are connected. Handmade chairs circle a stone table under a sparkling crystal light. It’s a place for eating and socializing. The open design keeps the family connected even when apart. With the moving river as a backdrop, every meal feels more meaningful.

真正的秘密，藏在深处的家庭厅。这里比客厅更私密、更柔软、更松弛。是家庭成员情感交流、亲子互动的核心地带，让奢华回归生活的本真。

The real hidden gem is the inner family room. More private, cozy, and laid-back than the main living area, it’s where family bonds grow and daily interactions unfold—bringing luxury back to what matters most.

回到主人的私享空间，主卧空间通过高品质的材质与艺术点缀，营造出一个兼具优雅格调与安神助眠功能的庇护所。夜深时，女主人点上一盏香薰灯，让薰衣草的香气弥漫，生活的节奏放缓。

In the owners private area, the master bedroom uses high-quality materials and artistic details to create a restful and stylish retreat.At night, she lights a scented lamp. The lavender fragrance fills the room, and the pace of life softens.

长辈房靠近玄关与公区，便于日常出入，同时拥有独立卫生间，保证长辈的便利与私密。茶道和香薰疗愈彰显独特品位。

The elders room is located close to the entry and shared spaces for easy movement, and includes a private bathroom for comfort and independence. Tea ceremony items and aromatherapy elements add a personal touch.

女孩房定调文艺综合，诠释高中生女孩的细腻审美，于音乐、绘画之间，勾勒出温柔而独立的内在世界。男孩房以综合运动为主题，呼应青春期的活力与探索。

The girl’s room blends art and creativity, designed for a teen’s sensitive taste—a space for music, art, and quiet reflection. The boy’s room is sport-themed, full of energy and suited for active exploration.

这里是一个为年轻灵魂定制的艺术容器，轻盈、通透，以现代雅奢混合轻法式的浪漫笔触，描绘着关于“悦己与当下”的生活艺境。

This space is designed for the young at heart—airy, bright, and styled with a blend of modern luxury and soft French romance. It celebrates living joyfully in the here and now.

7米多的超尺度横厅，是家的中心剧场。奶油白、珍珠灰与暖米色构成的浅色系盘，最大程度地反射江面波光，让空间充满“呼吸感”，它能随生活场景自由切换场景。

The spacious open living area, stretching over seven meters, acts as the homes central stage. Light tones like cream, pearl gray, and warm beige reflect the river’s glow, making the space feel airy and adaptable for different moments of the day.

晨光中奢石桌面映照早餐暖意，夜晚艺术吊灯为晚餐铺陈浪漫。这里承载三餐烟火，也容纳好友品酒共酌。当烛光摇曳，这里的每一餐都成为互动温存的相聚舞台。

Morning light glows on the stone table during breakfast, and a stylish pendant light creates a dinner mood at night. This area is for everyday meals and hosting friends over drinks. With soft candlelight, each meal turns into a warm, interactive moment together.

一侧的悬浮茶亭，以一道半通透的艺术玻璃屏风轻盈界定。它似一层薄雾，既保留了品茗的私密心境，又未割断与江景的视觉联系，成为独处或与挚友对谈的静谧角落。

On one side, a floating tea area is softly separated by a semi-transparent glass screen. Like a light veil, it keeps the tea space private while maintaining a view of the river—a peaceful spot for quiet reflection or chatting with friends.

主卧延续了整体的静谧温柔，高品质的肌理布艺与墙纸营造出助眠的包裹感。色调柔美，材质细腻，一盏香薰灯便能点燃一夜安眠。

The master bedroom keeps the same soft and quiet feel. Quality fabrics and wallpaper add cozy comfort for sleep. The colors are warm and gentle, the materials are fine—a scented lamp helps you drift into a peaceful night’s rest.

在中海阅湘台，设计的意义最终隐去，生活的模样由此清晰。无论是288户型里，三代人共谱的沉稳而温暖的家族史诗，还是253户型里三口之家的悦己篇章，皆是为了让每一位居住者，在这幅永恒的湘江画卷前，遇见最丰盈、最自在的自己。
