Au Petit Rennemoulin既是私宅也是精品旅宿,隐匿于一栋百年老建筑中,建筑1910年的经典立面与老楼梯被完整留存,整栋建筑的改造,由阿卡德莫斯工作室(Studio Akademos)全权负责。该工作室由奥雷利安·雷蒙(Aurélien Raymond)与意大利设计师科斯坦扎·罗西(Costanza Rossi)联合创立,此次改造最初仅是源于一次家庭层面的需求,最终却演变为一场对建筑结构与空间精神的全方位重塑。
The Petit Rennemoulin is both a private residence and a boutique hotel, hidden within a century-old building. The classic facade and old staircase of the building from 1910 have been preserved intact. The renovation of the entire building was fully entrusted to the Studio Akademos. This studio was jointly founded by Aurélien Raymond and the Italian designer Costanza Rossi. The initial motivation for this renovation was merely a family-level need, but it eventually evolved into a comprehensive reconfiguration of the architectural structure and spatial spirit.

室内空间的设计叙事,自最精巧的小尺度空间缓缓铺陈。起居角被打造成一方极具20世纪20年代风情的闺房式空间,湖绿色与夜蓝色的波纹绸缎(Moiré-Seide)将其温柔包裹;一张20世纪80年代的镀铬边几之上,悬挂着一件中国古木雕,那份内敛雅致的东方韵味,与乔治·阿玛尼(Giorgio Armani)米兰私宅里克制而深邃的东方情调遥相呼应。浴室选用哑光小规格瓷砖搭配高光镍制五金件,这般利落的设计语言,正是对安德烈·普特曼(Andrée Putman)所引领的理性现代主义的致敬。
The design narrative of the interior space unfolds gradually from the most delicate small-scale spaces. The living area is transformed into a charming space reminiscent of the 1920s, wrapped in a soft layer of greenish-blue and night-blue crepe satin (Moiré-Seide); on a chrome-rimmed 80s-era table, hangs a Chinese ancient wood carving, embodying an elegant and restrained Eastern charm that echoes the restrained and profound Eastern atmosphere in Giorgio Armanis private residence in Milan. The bathroom features matte small-sized tiles paired with high-gloss nickel hardware, and this neat design language pays tribute to the rational modernism led by Andrée Putman.

雷蒙与罗西刻意避开海滨建筑常见的海岸风装饰,转而从20世纪40至50年代的经典游艇内饰中汲取灵感:缎面不锈钢踢脚线、利落的镀铬饰面,再搭配高光浅色桃花心木定制的全套木作,共同勾勒出独特的空间秩序,既有航海工程的严谨规整,又不失居住空间的诗意温情。二人对漆面材料的偏爱,源于早年在法布里齐奥·卡西拉吉(Fabrizio Casiraghi)工作室的从业经历,在他们眼中,漆面不仅能折射光线,更会随时光流转、光影更迭,为空间赋予各异的鲜活氛围表达。
Raymon and Rossi deliberately avoided the common coastal wind decorations found in seaside buildings and instead drew inspiration from the classic interior designs of yachts from the 1940s to 1950s: satin stainless steel baseboards, sleek chrome finishes, and a complete set of custom-made woodwork in high-gloss light-colored mahogany. Together, these elements create a unique spatial order, combining the rigorous and orderly nature of maritime engineering with the poetic and tender warmth of a living space. Their preference for painted materials stems from their early work experience in Fabrizio Casiraghis studio. In their eyes, the paint surface not only reflects light but also changes with the passage of time and the alternation of light and shadow, giving the space diverse and vivid expressions of atmosphere.

这里的家具几乎均为定制款,木材通体染成温润的蜂蜜色,既带着20世纪80年代的现代质感,又让人不禁联想到里瓦(Riva)游艇那光泽细腻的船身。隐藏式座椅、仿抽屉造型的柜门等巧思细节,借鉴了20世纪30年代游艇的内饰构造,在规整的理性秩序里,悄然藏入几分令人惊喜的精巧趣味。为让定制家具的质感与存在感充分凸显,空间内其余陈设均刻意弱化存在感,不与之争辉。建筑底层的厨房与客厅打通相连,艺术家安托南·拉穆(Antonin Lamoot)在低矮天花板上,绘就变幻万千的布列塔尼天空,抬眼望去,宛若立于游艇甲板之上,海风与天光仿佛触手可及。建筑上层是简约利落的客房区域,顶层则为索朗日·雷蒙(Solange Raymond)的私人宅邸,整体设计在克制简约与温润质感间找到完美平衡,勾勒出一种不加雕琢、自在舒展的当代优雅。
The furniture here is mostly custom-made, with the wood dyed a warm honey color throughout. It exudes a modern feel reminiscent of the 1980s, while also evoking the smooth and fine hull of a Riva yacht. Ingenious details such as hidden seats and drawer-like cabinet doors draw inspiration from the interior design of yachts from the 1930s. Within the orderly and rational order, a touch of surprising elegance is subtly hidden. To fully highlight the texture and presence of the custom furniture, the other furnishings in the space are deliberately made to have a reduced presence, not competing with it. The kitchen on the ground floor of the building is connected to the living room, and artist Antonin Lamoot paints a myriad of Breton skies on the low ceiling. Looking up, it feels as if one is standing on the deck of a yacht, with the sea breeze and sunlight seeming within reach. The upper floor of the building is a simple and neat guest room area, while the top floor is Solange Raymonds private residence. The overall design strikes a perfect balance between restraint and simplicity and a warm texture, outlining a contemporary elegance that is unadorned and freely flowing.
