在巴黎左岸，正对乐蓬马歇百货的一栋20世纪30年代老公寓顶层，一处约160平方米的住宅，经由法国室内设计师桑德拉·本哈穆（Sandra Benhamou）的主导，完成了一场全新的空间梳理与焕活。屋主是一位作家兼艺术收藏家，与两个女儿共同生活于此。这次改造并非流于表面的风格翻新，而是一场围绕生活经验、个人记忆与审美偏好展开的空间重构。

On the Left Bank of Paris, on the top floor of a 1930s apartment building directly opposite the Lelong-Marchal department store, there is a 160-square-meter residence. Under the guidance of French interior designer Sandra Benhamou, a complete new spatial organization and revitalization have been achieved. The homeowner is a writer and art collector who lives here with her two daughters. This renovation is not a superficial style makeover but a spatial reconfiguration centered around life experiences, personal memories, and aesthetic preferences.

设计的灵感锚点，源于三条极具私人属性的线索，一幅画作、一位设计大师，以及屋主多年珍藏的艺术藏品。它们没有被直白地陈列展示，而是被表达为色彩、比例与细节的空间语言，在住宅中织就出低调且连贯的叙事脉络，让空间于克制间尽显质感与深度。

The inspiration points for the design stem from three highly personal elements: a painting, a renowned designer, and the homeowners long-cherished art collection. Instead of being displayed in a straightforward manner, they are expressed through the spatial language of color, proportion, and details, weaving a subtle and coherent narrative thread throughout the residence. This allows the space to showcase its texture and depth in a restrained manner.

空间的整体色彩，灵感取自古斯塔夫·克里姆特（Gustav Klimt）的《弗里齐·里德勒肖像》。柔和的色阶在墙面、织物与木作之上层层铺展，温润中透着理性，于规整秩序里，悄然蕴含着细腻的情感张力。

The overall color scheme of the space is inspired by Gustav Klimts Portrait of Friedl Reiter. The gentle color gradations are layered across the walls, fabrics and woodwork, presenting a harmonious blend of warmth and rationality. Within the orderly structure, subtle emotional tension is quietly present.

设计师与屋主同样痴迷于20世纪中后期的意大利设计传统，卡洛·斯卡帕（Carlo Scarpa）在威尼斯的作品，成为此次改造的重要参照范本。洞石地面中嵌入的黄铜线条毫不张扬，却能在步履之间，为空间建立起隐性的节奏与秩序感。

The designer and the homeowner were both deeply fascinated by the Italian design traditions of the mid-to-late 20th century. Carlo Scarpas works in Venice served as an important reference model for this renovation. The yellow copper lines embedded in the granite floor are not ostentatious, yet they can establish an implicit rhythm and order in the space as you walk.

室内木作均为全新定制设计，巧妙融合了法式装饰艺术的含蓄特质。六边形切割的玻璃与镜面，呼应着原有木地板的几何肌理；精致的线脚装饰，与手工石灰抹灰墙面相映成趣，让空间在时光沉淀与工艺匠心之间，达成了恰到好处的平衡。客厅、餐厅与厨房经由走廊与通透的玻璃门相互连通，视线得以自由穿梭，毫无阻隔。

The interior woodwork is all newly custom-designed, ingeniously integrating the restrained characteristics of French decorative art. The hexagonal cut glass and mirror surfaces echo the geometric texture of the original wooden floor; the exquisite moldings complement the handcrafted lime plaster walls, achieving a perfect balance between the passage of time and the craftsmanship of the design. The living room, dining room and kitchen are connected by a corridor and transparent glass doors, allowing for free movement of the line of sight without any obstruction.

主卧的床头，选用了吉奥·庞蒂（Gio Ponti）为那不勒斯皇家酒店设计的经典款式。这件曾只存在于设想中的理想之物，如今化作空间里的真实陈设，也成为整座住宅最具情感分量的核心所在。家具、灯具与艺术品在此和谐共生，新与旧的碰撞交织，始终围绕着真实而静谧的日常，缓缓铺陈开来。

The headboard of the master bedroom features the classic design by Gio Ponti for the Royal Hotel in Naples. This once merely an ideal concept, has now become a real piece of furniture in the space and has become the most emotionally significant core of the entire residence. Furniture, lighting fixtures and artworks coexist harmoniously here. The collision of new and old elements interweave, always revolving around the real and serene daily life, gradually unfolding.
