Highlever House由澳大利亚建筑事务所Powell Tuck Associates设计，其核心理念在于营造出乎意料的空间体验。进入住宅的瞬间，访者便被一处明确的远景所吸引，这一景观不仅延伸了视觉深度，也迅速建立起室内与外部环境的联系，营造出超越建筑尺度的空间感。住宅的主要生活空间因建筑结构的“倒置”而得以拓展——所有卧室均位于地下室，通过充足的层高与引入的天井采光，使空间在视觉与感受上同样明亮、宽敞。

Highlever House was designed by the Australian architectural firm Powell Tuck Associates. The core concept of this design is to create an unexpected spatial experience. As soon as visitors enter the residence, they are immediately drawn to a distinct view. This landscape not only extends the visual depth but also quickly establishes a connection between the interior and the external environment, creating a sense of space that transcends the architectural scale. The main living spaces of the residence are expanded due to the inverted structure of the building - all bedrooms are located in the basement. With ample ceiling height and the introduction of a courtyard for natural lighting, the space is visually and physically bright and spacious.

室外空间的设计同样充满考量，每一处植栽的安排都经过精心布局，使得从住宅各角度观赏庭院时，均能呈现出微妙的景观变化。尤其是在主要生活区内，庭院仿佛置于“餐桌高度”，成为室内活动的一部分，同时也为居住者提供一种可持续的视觉享受。住宅中央的楼梯设计尤为引人注目，其悬浮结构减少与侧墙的连接，以最简约的方式实现视觉与空间的延伸感，兼具雕塑性与功能性。

The design of the outdoor space is also full of considerations. Every arrangement of the plants has been meticulously planned, ensuring that when viewed from any angle of the residence, the courtyard presents subtle changes in the landscape. Especially in the main living area, the courtyard seems to be at a dining table height, becoming part of the indoor activities and also providing a sustainable visual enjoyment for the residents. The staircase design in the center of the residence is particularly eye-catching. Its suspended structure reduces the connection with the side walls, achieving a sense of visual and spatial extension in the most minimalist way, combining sculpturality and functionality.

在材质选择上，Highlever House追求建筑的质感、耐久性与长期使用中的美学。设计团队选用回收砖材（reclaimed brick）和风化木材（weathered timber），不仅赋予建筑一种温润的历史感，也保证建筑随时间推移能够自然老化，展现岁月沉淀的美学特征。整体空间设计在光影、材质与景观的互动中实现了和谐平衡，每一处细节都体现出对居住体验的深刻思考与审美追求。

In terms of material selection, Highlever House focuses on the texture, durability and aesthetic appeal of the building over its long-term use. The design team chose reclaimed bricks and weathered wood, which not only give the building a warm and historical feel, but also ensure that the building can naturally age over time, showcasing the aesthetic characteristics of the passage of time. The overall space design achieves a harmonious balance through the interaction of light, materials and landscape. Every detail reflects profound thinking and aesthetic pursuit for the living experience.
