本案是位于上海黄浦的

83㎡旧房改造项目。业主是一对上海小夫妻，他们明确要求只需要一间卧室，以实现空间的最大化开放与通透感。男主人从事金融行业，他对家的要求精准而明确：摒弃浮华，回归沉稳。而理想的落地，正藏于对细节的极致追求。我们与业主一同深入选材，将这份共同的期待，精心构筑成这座都市中的理想港湾。

This project is the renovation of an 83㎡ old apartment in Huangpu, Shanghai. The clients, a young couple, had a clear vision: a single-bedroom layout to maximize a sense of openness and transparency. The husband, a finance professional, desired a home that was precise and unambiguous in its aesthetic—rejecting the superficial in favor of a calm, understated sophistication. The successful realization of this vision was rooted in an obsessive attention to detail. We collaborated closely with the clients on every step of the material selection, transforming their shared aspirations into this meticulously crafted urban sanctuary.

户型解析

Apartment Redesign

1.将封闭厨房改造为开放式布局，并沿墙定制柜体，极大提升了收纳能力与空间感。卫生间则升级为三分离设计，双台盆设计让两人可以同时洗漱，互不干扰。

2.客餐厅之间“隔而不断”，餐桌与导台一体化延伸，构筑出流畅的回游动线。在这里，空间不再是孤立的区域，而是可以自由流动的场域，视野得以无限延伸，公区开放、通透且充满呼吸感。

3.释放了次卧的单一属性，将其重塑为一个灵活多变的空间，兼具办公、阅读、电竞房、临时休憩等多种功能。

从餐厅望向玄关处，胡桃木鞋柜以其温润的质感，为归家的奠定了温暖细腻的基调。

Viewed from the dining room, the walnut shoe cabinet in the entryway establishes a warm and delicate tone for returning home with its gentle texture.

客厅

LIVING ROOM

客厅与阳台联通，黑白极简无主灯的设计，呈现出一种冷静而高级的现代极简美学。

The living room is connected to the balcony, and its black-and-white minimalist design, featuring no main light, presents a calm and sophisticated modern aesthetic.

视觉焦点为极简黑色电视背景墙，奠定空间沉稳基调。材质上，以温润木地板和柔软布艺沙发中和冷峻大理石的锋利感，在冷静的色调中实现了温度与质感的平衡。

The visual focal point is the minimalist black TV wall, which sets a serene tone for the space. In terms of materials, the warm wood flooring and soft fabric sofa balance the sharpness of the cool marble, achieving a harmony of temperature and texture within the calm color palette.

餐厅

DINING ROOM

餐厅的设计打破了传统格局的界限，餐桌与岛台采用一体化延伸的设计，构成了流畅的回游动线。这不仅让用餐区与厨房的功能衔接更为自然，更形成了一个可以自由穿梭的家庭社交中心。

The design of the dining room breaks the boundaries of a traditional layout. The dining table and island are integrated into one continuous extension, forming a smooth, circular flow. This not only creates a more natural functional connection between the dining area and the kitchen but also forms a family social hub where one can move freely.

沿墙而设的黑色餐边柜，是整个餐厅的视觉焦点，更是功能强大的水吧台。其沉稳的黑色柜体与冷静的空间基调相呼应，而台面则采用带有细腻纹理的大理石，兼具耐用性与高级感。

The black sideboard along the wall is the visual focus of the entire dining room and also a highly functional water bar. Its solid black cabinet echoes the calm base tone of the space, while the countertop is made of marble with delicate textures, combining durability with a sense of luxury.

多功能房

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ROOM

从餐厅视角延伸，一个可灵活开合的多功能空间映入眼帘。我们以三联动移门取代了传统墙体，实现空间开放与私密的随心切换。

Extending from the perspective of the dining room, a flexible multi-functional space comes into view. We replaced the traditional wall with a triple-track sliding door system, allowing for a seamless switch between openness and privacy.

双人悬浮书桌沿墙而设，承载办公、阅读、电竞等多重场景；而整面收纳柜中，巧妙暗藏了墨菲床，满足收纳与临时留宿的需求。

A double floating desk is set along the wall, accommodating multiple scenarios such as working, reading, and gaming. Within the full-height storage cabinet, a Murphy bed is cleverly concealed, meeting the needs for storage and occasional overnight guests.

厨房

KITCHEN

开放式厨房空间，原木的温润、白色的纯净与大理石的冷峻在此交织融合。功能上，通过上下通顶的柜体系统，实现了收纳效率的最大化，保证了开放式空间的整洁与秩序感。

In the open-plan kitchen, the warmth of natural wood, the purity of white, and the coolness of marble intertwine and fuse. Functionally, a floor-to-ceiling cabinet system maximizes storage efficiency, ensuring the cleanliness and order of the open space.

卧室

BEDROOM

去繁就简的卧室，是一个让人彻底放松的

“精神庇护所”。当视线扫过，没有繁杂的色彩和造型干扰，只有柔和的光线、舒适的材质和流畅的空间动线。

The simplified bedroom is a “spiritual sanctuary” for complete relaxation. As the gaze sweeps across, there are no distractions from complex colors or shapes, only soft light, comfortable materials, and a fluid spatial flow.

卧室延续整体的极简风格，让居住者可以卸下所有防备，沉浸在一种被简约与温柔包裹的安全感之中。

The bedroom continues the overall minimalist style, allowing the resident to let down all their guard and immerse themselves in a sense of security wrapped in simplicity and gentleness.

卫生间

BATHROOM

将原来狭小的卫生间空间进行放大，并做到干湿分离。双台盆、独立马桶间、淋浴区功能一应俱全。

he original small bathroom space was enlarged and designed with a wet-dry separation. It is fully equipped

with a double vanity, a separate toilet room, and a shower area.
