一年前，偶然契机与业主相识，那时关于

“家”的话题我们聊了无数次。他说：“我脑海里有许多画面：出差回家可以快速收好行李、窝在沙发上很松弛、厨房飘来熟悉饭香…其实没有太多风格的设想，一想到和父母孩子一起的画面就感觉很幸福。”

于是，在

225㎡的空间里，“设计感”不再是主旨所在，我希望去除那些琐碎的、无序的、混乱的空间特性，让一家六口行走在开阔、干净、温馨的结构中。而如今，关于平凡日常的温柔想象悄然落成，等待揭晓。

A year ago, I met the homeowner by chance, and we talked endlessly about what “home” means. He said, “I have so many images in my mind: coming home from a business trip and quickly putting away my luggage, curling up on the sofa feeling completely relaxed, the familiar aroma of dinner wafting from the kitchen... Honestly, I dont have many specific style ideas. Just thinking about scenes with my parents and children makes me feel incredibly happy.”

Thus, within the 225-square-meter space, “design flair” ceased to be the primary focus. My aim was to eliminate cluttered, disorderly, and chaotic spatial elements, creating an open, clean, and warm structure for a family of six to navigate. Now, this tender vision of ordinary daily life has quietly taken shape, awaiting its unveiling.

户型改造分析：

房子原本的户型看起来比较方正，但

从居住需求来看：

①入户进入公区，需经过狭长通道，视线受阻且昏暗；

②三代同堂，既要契合老人生活习惯，又要保证隐私性；

③业主从事航天行业，出差多，要强调公区的亲子互动性。

设计师利落的将空间改造为两个部分：公区开阔大气，私区功能齐全。过道被完全打开，利用柱子形成洄游动线。拆除厨房部分墙体，整合多个区域，扩大

The designer efficiently divided the space into two distinct zones: a spacious and grand public area, and a fully functional private area. The hallway was completely opened up, utilizing columns to create a meandering circulation path. Partial demolition of the kitchen walls integrated multiple areas, expanding the elderly room while enhancing the kitchen walls cohesive appearance and adding functional design elements.

进门后有一条微长的通道，单一材质出现容易显得沉闷，设计师选择沉稳的

橡木

和轻盈的银色金属拉丝板，在深浅交替之间，将体块的交迭错落表现到极致。视线延展，材质在尽头彼此呼应。半遮半明，半实半虚，层层递进，引人向前。

Upon entering, a slightly elongated corridor unfolds. To avoid monotony from a single material, the designer selected both the solid oak and the light silver brushed metal panels. Through alternating shades, the interplay of overlapping volumes is brought to its fullest expression. As the eye extends forward, the materials echo each other at the end of the space. Half-veiled, half-revealed, half-substantial, half-illusory—each layer builds upon the last, drawing one forward.

再从幽深的通道逐步踏入公区，色调由深至浅、视野由远及近，内外场景的鲜明转换，以

“先抑后扬”的节奏变化，带来层次分明的空间体验。双面窗光线的介入，更是将空间无限放大，通透中尽显开阔。

Gradually stepping from the deep passageway into the public area, the color palette transitions from dark to light while the field of view shifts from distant to near. This striking contrast between interior and exterior scenes creates a layered spatial experience through a rhythm of “first suppressing, then elevating.” The introduction of light through double-sided windows further expands the space infinitely, revealing expansiveness within its transparency.

沙发、茶几、单椅，甚至木凳，以最为放松的姿态妥帖安放，没有刻意强调功能，却悄然引导着人的互动，形成流动鲜活的生活本身。

Sofas, coffee tables, armchairs, and even wooden stools are thoughtfully arranged in the most relaxed manner. Without emphasizing functionality, they quietly guide human interaction, forming the fluid and vibrant essence of life itself.

当你真正行至此处，就能读懂设计的用心

——借助两面环窗的优势，室内的逼仄感统统消失，取而代之是一个不拘泥于传统布局，真正自由且松弛的休闲区域。

When you truly arrive here, youll understand the thought behind the design—Leveraging the advantage of windows on two sides, the sense of confinement vanishes entirely, replaced by a leisure area that breaks free from traditional layouts, offering genuine freedom and relaxation.

客厅的另一面，则是

“形式跟随功能”的最直观体现，内推墙体后，选择温润的木饰面构筑一个有趣的“盒体”结构，从走廊自然连贯至客厅，统一视觉弱化背景装饰性的同时，释放出更多的功能空间。

On the opposite side of the living room lies the most direct embodiment of “form follows function.” After pushing the wall inward, a warm wood veneer was chosen to construct an intriguing “box-like” structure that flows seamlessly from the hallway into the living room. This unified visual approach minimizes the decorative presence of the background while freeing up more functional space.

绕至餐厅，在优越的原始尺度上，设计用厚重的石材、舒适的皮质、时尚的金属元素从容铺陈。不依赖复杂的隔断，凭借材质微妙转换，勾勒出无界之界。

Winding through to the dining area, the design unfolds with deliberate ease across its generous original dimensions. Substantial stone, plush leather, and sleek metal elements create a harmonious composition. Eschewing intricate partitions, subtle transitions in materials define a seamless boundary—a boundary without limits.

向远处看去，融合了镜面和收纳的功能性装饰体块，取代了原结构中无法拆除的承重柱。它不仅自然的形成洄游动线，还顺畅连接全屋。开阔之余，互动性不断增强。

Looking toward the distance, a functional decorative block—combining mirrored surfaces and storage—replaces the original structures non-removable load-bearing column. It not only naturally forms a meandering circulation path but also seamlessly connects the entire home. Beyond its openness, the space continuously enhances interactivity.

移步厨房，根据拆改结构和原始比例，格珊移门成为空间特殊的注脚。静立于侧，或是立体装饰、或是流动屏风

…在进退间，每一处都契合日常节奏。

向内探步，纯粹的白色消解隔阂；向外寻觅，极简利落的造型贴合生活剧本。

Stepping into the kitchen, the lattice sliding doors become a distinctive feature of the space, designed to complement the structural modifications and original proportions. Standing quietly to the side, they serve as either three-dimensional decor or a flowing screen... In every movement between advance and retreat, each detail aligns with the rhythm of daily life.

Step inward, where pure white dissolves barriers; look outward, where clean, minimalist forms seamlessly integrate into the script of living.

当然，比起空间设计，更值得言说的，是设计滋养出的一家人自然而然连接的生活习性。欢声笑语与美味佳肴交织，人与人在此处以最亲近的姿态陪伴。

Of course, more than the spatial design itself, what truly deserves mention is the natural, connected lifestyle habits nurtured by the design. Laughter and delicious food intertwine here, where people accompany one another in the most intimate way.

对于常年出差飞行的业主来说，

“睡个好觉”更是重中之重的事情。设计师提前预演生活的每一种可能，将其提炼为：睡好、收好、用好。

For homeowners who frequently travel for work, getting a good nights sleep is of paramount importance. The designer anticipates every possible scenario of daily life, distilling it into three essentials: sleep well, store well, use well.

主卧墙面延续客厅的

橡木

铺满整个背景，再以连贯的沉稳肌理与暖橘色床体相融，无数次消解身体的紧绷感。在床头角落，是抬手可及的壁灯，

每一次深夜归家，总有一盏明灯

悄然漫起

等待着爱人回家

The master bedroom walls extend the oak paneling from the living room across the entire backdrop, blending seamlessly with the beds warm orange hue through its consistent, solid texture—a soothing embrace that dissolves physical tension time and again. In the corner by the headboard, a wall lamp rests within easy reach. Each time you return home late at night, a gentle light quietly glows, waiting for your beloved to come home.

衣帽间和卫生间同属于主卧，作为私密空间的延伸，摈弃一切复杂的装饰，依循整体格调细致优化功能。整面柜体承担收纳，三分离主卫充分照顾起居需求。在极简的形态中，纷扰阻隔于门外，有序且干练。

The walk-in closet and bathroom share the master bedroom, extending its private sanctity. Eschewing all elaborate ornamentation, they meticulously refine functionality in harmony with the overall aesthetic. Full-wall cabinetry handles storage, while the tripartite layout of the master bathroom fully accommodates daily needs. Within this minimalist form, distractions remain barred outside the door—orderly and efficient.

儿童房希望打造一个

“可成长空间”，设计拆除原有墙体，释放出充裕的功能区域。靠墙定制整面柜体，一体式衣柜和书桌，与带有晾晒功能的阳台衔接，空间扩容的同时给孩子提供功能完备的独立小天地。

The childrens room aims to create a “growing space.” The design removes existing walls to unlock ample functional zones. Custom built-in cabinets span the entire wall, integrating a wardrobe and desk that seamlessly connect to the balcony with drying functionality. This expands the space while providing children with a fully equipped, independent little world.

墙面清爽的绿色，充满生机，亦为未来持续生长的能量场提供底色。它再次印证设计的核心价值：以无声的陪伴，在漫长的时光里，给予每一位居住者以家的美好感受。

The refreshing green walls radiate vitality, serving as the backdrop for an energy field that will continue to grow in the years ahead. This once again underscores the core value of the design: through silent companionship over time, it offers every resident the comforting feeling of home.

设计退场，生活登场。当最后一个构想落成，设计便解答了空间以往所有问题，迎接专属于一家人的

“未完待续”。

Design exits, life takes center stage. When the final vision comes to fruition, design resolves every question the space once held, welcoming a familys own “to be continued.”
