St. Ives Beachfront Penthouse海滨顶层住宅位于英国康沃尔郡圣艾夫斯（St Ives），坐落于Porthmeor 海滩之上，由伦敦设计工作室贝尔与斯凯（Belle - Skye）开发并完成整体设计。其建筑语言借由通高的双层客厅与几乎整面的落地玻璃，重新界定了室内外关系，让居者在日常生活中持续感受大西洋的光线、风向与潮汐变化。

The St. Ives Beachfront Penthouse is a top-floor residence located in St Ives, Cornwall, UK. It is situated on Porthmeor Beach and was developed and designed by the London-based design studio Belle - Skye. The architectural language of this building redefines the relationship between indoors and outdoors through the floor-to-ceiling double-height living room and almost the entire wall of floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing residents to continuously experience the light, wind direction and tidal changes of the Atlantic Ocean in their daily lives.

住宅以开放式结构贯穿主要公共区域，强调空间的尺度感与自然光的引入。客厅、餐区与厨房以流动的方式组织，形成统一而沉静的生活场景。贝尔与斯凯（Belle - Skye）在室内选择柔和的中性色调、天然木饰面及精选艺术作品，使空间在极简语汇中保持温度，同时最大限度凸显窗外海景的主体性。深座沙发朝向海面摆放，让观潮成为日常生活的一部分，而私人露台更是悬浮在沙滩之上，使住客能够在海风与浪声中获得近乎沉浸式的体验。

The residences feature an open layout throughout the main public areas, emphasizing the sense of space scale and the introduction of natural light. The living room, dining area and kitchen are organized in a flowing manner, creating a unified and serene living scene. Belle - Skye chose soft neutral tones, natural wood finishes and selected artworks in the interior, maintaining warmth in the minimalist vocabulary while maximizing the dominance of the sea view outside the window. The deep-set sofa is placed facing the sea, making watching the tide a part of daily life, and the private terrace is suspended above the beach, allowing guests to have an almost immersive experience in the sea breeze and the sound of the waves.

住宅共三层，可容纳六位住客，三间卧室均配备独立卫浴。首层为完整的公共区域，两间卧室位于一层，而最具隐私性的主套房则独立占据顶层，拥有拱形屋顶、私人阳台与独立浴缸，并以天窗引入全天候的自然光，使休憩氛围更显宁静。

The residence has three floors and can accommodate six guests. All three bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms. The ground floor is a complete public area. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the most private master suite occupies the top floor, featuring an arched roof, a private balcony, and a separate bathtub. It also has a skylight to bring in natural light throughout the day, making the relaxation atmosphere even more serene.

作为 St. Christopher 开发项目的顶层住宅，它凝结了团队近十年的投入。在紧邻 Tate St Ives 美术馆与海港的同时，住宅仍保有难得的私密性，并配备私人停车位以应对当地狭窄街区的通行需求。直接通往公共海滩的路径模糊了建筑与海洋的界线，使其成为兼具度假体验与在地文化魅力的当代海滨居所。

As the top-level residence of the St. Christopher development project, it embodies the teams efforts over the past decade. Located close to the Tate St Ives Art Gallery and the harbor, the residence still maintains rare privacy and is equipped with private parking spaces to meet the traffic needs of the narrow local streets. The path directly leading to the public beach blurs the boundary between the building and the ocean, making it a contemporary seaside residence that combines a vacation experience with local cultural charm.
