In Ireland, they say the wind shapes the mountains, the rain carves the stone, and time refines the craft. Designs born in the damp sea air and peat-scented fields carry an unshakable warmth and persistence.Orior, born in Newry, has brought that persistence to the Brooklyn skyline—at the top of One Domino Square, their Irish craft language meets the pulse of New York City.

Every stone and every grain of wood here tells a story. Green marble and recycled crystal from home carry the color of the coast and the shimmer of rivers; hand-selected limestone, bronze, and brass speak of patience and time; walnut, oak, and performance fabrics keep the tactile warmth flowing between indoors and out.

This is not a display of excess, but a home that invites you in. Three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, and a private terrace unfold life in the sky like a moving painting. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows lies the East River and Manhattan; inside, Orior anchors the atmosphere with monumental forms, grounded materials, and meticulous craft.

材质的低声吟唱

The Whisper Materials

起居、餐厅与厨房在一个开阔的平面上彼此独立，却又像交响的三声部，和而不同。天然大理石、石灰石、柔和粗花呢与天鹅绒彼此呼应，暖木与织物织出细腻的层次感。Katie Ann McGuigan 的定制地毯铺在脚下，Blue Green Works 与 Bocci 的灯光在上方呼吸，空间的节奏在光影间被延长。

The living, dining, and kitchen spaces stand distinct yet harmonized like three movements of a symphony. Natural marble, limestone, muted bouclé, and velvet resonate with one another; warm woods and textiles weave subtle layers. Beneath your feet are Katie Ann McGuigan’s custom rugs; above, lighting from Blue Green Works and Bocci breathes gently, elongating the rhythm of the space.

From Libing Room to Dreamscape

The bedrooms tell a different story: framed by the lines of Atlanta, Néad, and Gian, paired with bespoke side tables and textiles that give each private space its personality. Cameron Stewart’s artworks punctuate the walls, lending an emotional signature to every room.
