物种与文化兴衰交替，新潮与审美如层层浪花席卷更迭，与时代共舞的鲜活百变、不与世浮沉的坚守一直是我们的节奏；

九载芳华——无数个旭日初升与华灯初上的流转，涵盖着笑与泪、困惑与坚韧，描绘着梦想的轮廓；

而今我们迎来了自己的第三个办公室，以尘沙汇聚广袤天地，时间给予了我们答案。

THE LOBBY

前厅

新办公室坐落于杭州上城区顺福商务中心，关于选址我们就对外的周遭生态环境、交通便利性进行考察，对内紧系伙伴的日常生活，从通勤时长、多种交通模式的便捷、适宜的消费模式出发，基于商业性、生态化、消费模式、人性化、交通等方面进行多维度考量，给予客户、团队更舒适的环境空间。

The new office is located in Shunfu Business Center, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou. Regarding the site selection, we conducted an investigation on the surrounding ecological environment and transportation convenience to the outside world. Starting from the commuting time, convenience of multiple transportation modes, and suitable consumption patterns, we considered multiple dimensions based on commercial, ecological, consumption patterns, humanization, transportation, etc. to provide customers and teams with a more comfortable environmental space.

这几年受疫情与金融波动影响，社会下的人们背负着更多的压力与困惑，内心踌躇不安，宋老师以自然为引，结合多种自然元素触及生活的原始与本真，自由灵性的空间让身处其中的人寻得舒缓与平静，对于我们来说

虽是办公空间

却不乏那一份属于家的归属感与安心；

一个兼具功能性的办公空间与精神性的艺术空间吸收着万物灵气葳蕤生香。

In recent years, due to the impact of the epidemic and financial fluctuations, people in society have been burdened with more pressure and confusion, and their hearts are hesitant and uneasy. Teacher Song takes nature as a guide and combines various natural elements to touch the primitive and true nature of life. The free and spiritual space allows those who are in it to find comfort and peace. For us, although it is an office space, there is no lack of a sense of belonging and peace of mind that belongs to home;

A functional office space and a spiritual art space absorb the vitality and fragrance of all things.

无论世事如何变迁，人追逐自然的渴望未曾减退，身在闹市，总向往着峰林之间的虫鸣鸟啼、树石水潺，一草一木都能唤醒内心的静与美。

宋老师希望办公室就是具备这种属性的空间，让人感受到平和与自由，拉近身之所在与心之向往的距离。

采集山石林木元素应用于室内，顶面铲掉白灰保留清水混凝土质感，空间散发着随性、原始、自然的气息，让内心寻得一份归属感。

空间内自然的曲调悠扬，也有着人文的细吟，前台台面的一侧支撑角是一台已经下岗的减速机，老物件在新的空间重现风采，记忆拉扯着故事细语，让我们在快节奏的生活中放慢一些、轻松一些。

宋老师年少时期包含从初中、高中到大学作画的手稿都有收藏，挑选了部分做装裱在办公室内随便可见，贯穿着成长的记忆散布在空间的各处，从碎片中看到故事的主线向着未来萦绕盘桓。

No matter how the world changes, peoples desire to pursue nature has never diminished. In the bustling city, they always yearn for the chirping of insects and birds, the sound of trees, rocks, and water in the peaks and forests, where every blade of grass and tree can awaken inner peace and beauty. Teacher Song hopes that the office can be a space with such attributes, allowing people to feel peaceful and free, and bringing them closer to where they are and what they yearn for in their hearts. Collecting elements of mountains, rocks, and trees for indoor use, removing white ash from the top to preserve the texture of plain concrete, the space exudes a casual, primitive, and natural atmosphere,

allowing the heart to find a sense of belonging. The natural melody in the space is melodious, and there is also a humanistic melody. On one side of the front desk, there is a support corner of a laid-off gearbox. Old objects are recreated in the new space, and memories pull stories and whispers, making us slow down and relax in the fast-paced life. During his youth, Teacher Song collected manuscripts that included paintings from middle school, high school, and university. Some of them were selected for framing and can be easily seen in the office. Memories of his growth are scattered throughout the space, and the main plot of the story lingers towards the future through the fragments.

大厅是入室之后直面的第一空间，亦是第一印象，挑空处理塑造开阔大气的空间感，同时让两层空间有着很好的即时互动，大厅临窗造景山石作配，游鱼绿野映入眸中，老树桩茶几、藤椅，自然同时间作用于事物的痕迹、阶段变得如此美妙、生趣，给予人慰藉。

感叹自然与人文魅力交织的同时，大厅亦有着日常生活的从容陈列，水吧台、内嵌冰箱、嵌饮机、咖啡机，满足伙伴们的日常需求，于生活的细节传递温暖与贴切。

The lobby is the first space that comes into view after entering the room, and it is also the first impression. The elevated space creates a sense of openness and atmosphere, while also allowing for good real-time interaction between the two levels of space. The lobby is decorated with mountains and stones by the window, with fish and green fields visible in the eyes. The old tree stump, coffee table, and rattan chairs naturally affect the traces and stages of things at the same time, making them so wonderful and interesting, providing comfort to people. While marveling at the interweaving of natural and cultural charm, the hall also has a leisurely display of daily life, with water bar tables, embedded refrigerators,

embedded drinking machines, and coffee machines, meeting the daily needs of partners and conveying warmth and relevance to the details of life.

在设计的百态之中自省发问，抛开繁花乱入迷人眼的干扰，寻问本心所追寻的真实感受，人与当下空间的意义，而后看见了至纯、至真的剪影，宋老师以人最为纯粹的感受与向往为足，开拓出一片精神栖息地。

大面积木质元素的身影以简洁的造型在空间内铺陈开来，墨黑与原木色为主调，典雅而松弛的言语与体块的穿插留白，极富肌理感的墙面、顶面与粗粝不规则的山石，都市与丛林的交融碰撞，收集的空间碎片串联起的故事拼图越发清晰。

In the midst of various forms of design, reflecting on oneself and writing articles, setting aside the interference of dazzling flowers, seeking the true feelings that ones heart is pursuing, the meaning of human and current space, and then seeing the purest and most authentic silhouette, Teacher Song takes the purest feelings and aspirations of human beings as sufficient, and opens up a spiritual habitat. The figures of large areas of wooden elements are spread out in various shapes in the space, with black and wood colors as the main tone, elegant and relaxed language and body blocks interspersed with white space, highly textured walls, roofs, and rough and irregular rocks, the fusion and collision of urban and jungle,

and the collection of space fragments connected together to form a clearer story puzzle.

ADMINISTRATIVE AREA

办公区

在快节奏的生活中，办公室已然是我们的“第二家园”，它于我们而言，不是冰冷机械的工作空间，而是有着那份独属的归属感——家的温馨、心灵的舒缓，在工作中享受生活，感受生命的热忱不局限于下班后的单行线。

与大厅相邻的办公区同样做挑空，开阔的层高通透的不仅是视野，也抚平着每个疲惫烧脑时刻的心灵；

原木桌面、老木窗沿、裸露的水泥顶、石灰般粗粝的墙面、以及顿然止歇的墙壁文化石，元素的纯粹本真与设计的留白令空间更加自然、放松，享受忙碌工作中的闲暇间隙。

In the fast-paced life, the office has become our "second home". For us, it is not a cold mechanical workspace, but a unique sense of belonging - the warmth of home and the comfort of the soul. Enjoying life at work and feeling the passion of life are not limited to the one-way street after work. The office area adjacent to the lobby is also spacious, with open ceilings that not only provide a clear view, but also soothe the soul in every tired and brain burning moment;

The pure and authentic elements of the wooden tabletop, old wooden window sills, exposed cement roof, lime like rough walls, and intermittent cultural stones on the walls create a more natural and relaxing space, allowing you to enjoy leisure time amidst busy work.

对功能区进行有序分流，办公区位于大厅右侧，与大厅左侧洽谈区动线有效划分，动静结合人物疏导，在办公区无论是团队思维的火花的交流碰撞，还是嬉嬉闹闹举办生日派对都可以保持相对的独立，减少对其他区域的干扰；

前台与办公区呈现面对面关系，前台人员与办公区伙伴可以实时互动，消散一个人的孤单枯燥，关怀每一位团队伙伴的细腻感受，以人为本的人性化团队在细节处更为具象化。

Organize the functional areas in an orderly manner, with the office area located on the right side of the hall, effectively dividing the flow line with the negotiation area on the left side of the hall. Combining movement and stillness with character guidance, whether it is the exchange and collision of team thinking sparks, or the playful and lively holding of birthday parties in the office area, it can maintain relative independence and reduce interference with other areas;

The front desk and office area present a face-to-face relationship, where front desk staff can interact with office partners in real time, dispelling the loneliness and boredom of one person, caring for the delicate feelings of every team member, and the people-oriented humanized team is more concrete in details.

办公区后方设立多组展示柜，存放设计类书籍、色板、奖杯、摆件、以及团队伙伴的个人物品，工作区的收纳井井有条。

窗边增设两处吧台属性的位置，闲暇时刻chill一下，同时此区域还添置一张长桌方便日常吃饭聚会，一步一步细化落实团队的日常所需，生活的细节处可见公司的人文关怀。

办公区上方宋老师办公室一组折叠窗将独立性空间变的更加灵活，即便是不同楼层也可以和团队伙伴进行无障碍互动，需要时又可随时关闭保持相对私密、安静独立的状态。

Multiple display cabinets are set up behind the office area, with design books, color palettes, trophies, decorations, and personal belongings of team members. The storage in the workspace is well-organized. Add two locations with bar attributes by the window, where you can chill during your leisure time. Additionally, add a long table in this area for daily dining and gatherings, gradually refining and implementing the teams daily needs. The companys humanistic care can be seen in every detail of life.A set of folding windows in Mr. Songs office above the office area makes the independent space more flexible,

allowing for barrier free interaction with team members even on different floors. It can also be closed at any time to maintain a relatively private and quiet independent space when needed.

RECREATIONAL AREAS

休闲区

温情的细腻与体贴的细节编织而成的柔软丝带是消弥工作与生活界限的桥梁，办公室的活动区域不止于工位，在啜饮就餐的舒适间、在休息嬉闹的放松间，在慢赏日落的悠逸间；

在二楼设置一处休闲区供伙伴休息，空间在言语：是在工作，也是在更好地生活。

这种微妙的平衡在慢述，我们既能乘风破浪，又能静享岁月的温柔。

he soft ribbon woven with tender delicacy and considerate details serves as a bridge between work and life. The activity area of the office is not limited to workstations, but rather a comfortable room for sipping and dining, a relaxing room for resting and playing, and an elegant room for enjoying the sunset slowly;

Set up a leisure area on the second floor for partners to rest, where the space is both for work and for a better life. This delicate balance is described slowly, allowing us to ride the wind and waves while enjoying the tenderness of time.

RECEPTION ROOM

接待室

整个空间布局中三处洽谈区各有千秋、从感官差异与设计丰富性的角度出发，每处洽谈区不仅在风格塑造上独辟蹊径，开放形式也不尽相同，功能与趣味性完美共融。

多样化的空间对于客户来说也有方向可参考，无论是现代简约、复古幽韵还是自然原野感，都可以在合适的情境中找到契合自身喜好与需求的空间，适宜的环境推动团队与客户之间的深度了解、合作。

The three negotiation areas in the entire spatial layout have their own strengths. From the perspective of sensory differences and design richness, each negotiation area not only takes a unique approach in style shaping, but also has different open forms, perfectly integrating functionality and fun. Diversified spaces provide direction for customers to refer to, whether it is modern simplicity, retro charm, or natural wilderness feeling, they can find spaces that fit their preferences and needs in suitable contexts, and suitable environments promote deep understanding and cooperation between designers and customers.

设计过程中会有各种新鲜有趣灵感的涌动，但也不乏宕机困顿的时候，可有时灵感的火苗就是如此的奇妙，充满着起伏与惊喜。

关于壁炉的来源，它的灵感来自于一个九岁的小小创作家——宋老师的女儿·可可。

在最初设计期间宋老师总觉得空间里差了些味道，在家构思到深夜转头睡去，手稿堆满书桌，第二天早上发现在手稿上多了一个形状，可可的画就像是一把钥匙打开了他思路的大门，看着不规则的轮廓涌起一股灵感，宋老师以女儿画的形状为基础进行深化，有了如今别饶风致的壁炉造型，空间自此也有了它更丰沛的故事与情感。

During the design process, there will be various fresh and interesting inspirations surging, but there are also times of exhaustion and confusion, full of ups and downs and surprises. The inspiration for the fireplace comes from a nine year old creator named Coco, the daughter of Teacher Song. During the initial design phase, Teacher Song always felt that there was a lack of flavor in the space. He thought about it at home and turned to sleep late at night, with manuscripts piled up on his desk. The next morning, he discovered that there was an additional shape on the manuscript, and Cocos painting was like a key that opened the door to his ideas. Looking at the irregular contours,

a surge of inspiration arose. Teacher Song deepened the design based on the shape of his daughters painting, and with the now distinctive fireplace shape, the space also had more abundant stories and emotions.

半开放式的自然原木风洽谈室，吊顶柚木木条本身的线条感打造视感错觉，拉长空间尺度，极富张力与表现欲。

如乡村地面青石板般粗犷的地面进口莱姆石增加空间的自然原野感，随着时间的推移，脚步与莱姆石的摩擦会慢慢让它更加莹润、越发细腻光滑。

而更具野性美的当属人物挂画背后的石头，开矿放料打下去的炮孔形成了它边缘的竖条形态，被扔在市场的一角受雨水侵蚀发黑，是偶然、是冥冥注定，让偏爱具有时间痕迹物品的宋老师遇见了它，废弃的石料在新的场域里散发不可替代的光彩。

正因为它的不完美、它的瑕疵、让过分美化、过分理想化的布置变得不再生趣，有不协调、有残缺，传递着野性的生命力、生生不息。

A semi open natural wood style negotiation room, with a suspended ceiling made of teak wood strips that create a visual illusion and elongate the spatial scale, exuding great tension and expressiveness. The rough ground, like the bluestone slabs in rural areas, is enhanced by the natural wilderness feel of the imported limestone. Over time, the friction between footsteps and limestone will gradually make it more lustrous, delicate, and smooth. What is even more wild and beautiful is undoubtedly the stone behind the character hanging painting. The vertical stripes formed by the blasting holes drilled by mining and material extraction have been thrown into a corner of the market,

which has been eroded and blackened by rainwater. It was accidental and destined, allowing Teacher Song, who prefers items with time traces, to see it. The abandoned stone emits irreplaceable brilliance in the new field. It is precisely because of its imperfections and flaws that overly embellished and idealized arrangements become uninteresting, with disharmony and incompleteness, possessing wild vitality and endless vitality.

开放式的洽谈区仅由一棵表面嶙峋的老树桩、一台中古漆画金箔屏风即为空间笼罩了域感，这个空间无窗自然光短缺相对昏暗，利用它的空间特质，与海派文化的老上海复古腔调恰恰应景。

三把座椅是淘自于19c的欧洲老家具，还有一部分老家具、椅子是民国时期的老物件，同时做了复杂的欧式雕花与整个空间做融合碰撞。

复古地板、旧木饰面、浓郁复古的空间色调，富有历史与人文的家具摆件散发着厚重的故事感。

The open negotiation area is enveloped by a rugged old tree stump and an antique lacquer painting gold foil screen, creating a sense of space. This windowless space lacks natural light and is relatively dim. By utilizing its spatial characteristics, it perfectly matches the retro style of Shanghai culture. The three seats are sourced from 19c European old furniture, and some of the old furniture and chairs are from the Republic of China era. At the same time, complex European carvings have been made to blend and collide with the entire space. Retro flooring, old wood veneer, and rich retro spatial tones, the furniture ornaments rich in history and culture exude a heavy sense of storytelling.
