Twenty One Two 公寓由 T J I P interior architects 室内建筑事务所设计，位于比利时海滨小镇乌斯登凯尔克（Oostduinkerke）。项目以其充满张力且极具反差感的空间表达，打破了人们对海边住宅的传统想象。最具视觉冲击力的设计是将天花板大胆地涂成漆黑色，仿佛为整个空间悬挂上一层“保护性的天幕”。这一处理不再依赖明亮通透的海边刻板印象，而是赋予了住宅一种沉稳、内敛而富有层次的氛围。

The Twenty One Two apartment was designed by T J IPinterior architects and is located in Oostduinkerke, a coastal town in Belgium. The project breaks peoples traditional imagination of seaside residences with its tense and highly contrasting spatial expression. The most visually striking design is to boldly paint the ceiling black, as if hanging a "protective canopy" for the entire space. This treatment no longer relies on the stereotype of a bright and transparent seaside, but endows the residence with a composed, reserved and layered atmosphere.

设计团队以一种近乎诗意的方式处理光线与空间的关系。这不是对自然光的简单利用，而是一种深度参与的空间编排。项目位于高层建筑的第十六层，由多个原本分散的单元重新整合而成，整个空间犹如一部随日光展开的“光影叙事”：清晨的阳光首先洒入厨房，唤醒日常生活的节奏；午后的光线逐渐滑向客厅，而傍晚的余晖则沉入北海地平线之下。这种设计不仅仅是被动的自然采光，更像是与自然节律共舞的日常仪式体验。

The design team handles the relationship between light and space in an almost poetic way. This is not a simple utilization of natural light, but a deeply involved spatial arrangement. The project is located on the 16th floor of a high-rise building and is reorganized from multiple originally scattered units. The entire space is like a "light and shadow narrative" that unfolds with the sunlight: the morning sunlight first pours into the kitchen, awakening the rhythm of daily life; The afternoon light gradually slid towards the living room, while the afterglow of the evening sank below the horizon of the North Sea. This design is not merely passive natural lighting; it is more like a daily ritual experience that dances with the natural rhythm.

在材料选择上，设计也延续了这种对“时间感”的呼应。起居空间选用了接近沙滩色调的温暖材质，和窗外的海滩景观形成柔和的对话；厨房则采用木材与绿色元素，隐约回应远处内陆森林的色彩。海与陆、暖与冷、广阔与亲密，这些看似对立的元素，在材料中交织出一场具有语义层次的“物质对话”，探索人类在自然景观中的定位与情感归属。

In terms of material selection, the design also continues this response to the "sense of time". The living space is made of warm materials with tones close to those of the beach, creating a gentle dialogue with the beach view outside the window. The kitchen uses wood and green elements, faintly responding to the colors of the inland forest in the distance. The sea and land, warmth and cold, vastness and intimacy, these seemingly opposing elements interweave in the material a "material dialogue" with semantic levels, exploring the position and emotional belonging of human beings in the natural landscape.

公寓的核心是一张体量宽大的餐桌，其尺度和形式令人联想到中古时期“长桌”（Great Board）的集体性象征。它不仅是家庭聚餐的物理场所，更承担着维系家庭成员日常节奏与交流的社会角色。在当下家庭活动日益碎片化、交流被屏幕切割的背景下，这张桌子成为一种维系生活连贯性的重要装置，其摆放方位也经过精确计算，顺应一天之内光线的自然流动。

The core of the apartment is a large dining table, whose scale and form are reminiscent of the collective symbol of the "Great Board" in the Middle Ages. It is not only a physical venue for family dinners, but also plays a social role in maintaining the daily rhythm and communication of family members. Against the backdrop of increasingly fragmented family activities and communication being cut by screens nowadays, this table has become an important device for maintaining the continuity of life. Its placement position has also been precisely calculated to conform to the natural flow of light throughout the day.
