Mulberry Square Townhouse is located in Belgravia, London, and is one of the representative residential projects of Banda Studio in the Chelsea Barracks area. The residence covers an area of approximately 10,000 square feet and has five bedrooms. Its overall design continues Bandas consistent concept of design for living, emphasizing the equal importance of practicality and refinement in the design. As an important milestone project, Banda closely collaborates with artisans from around the world. Through the expression of materials and details, it weaves history, nature and contemporary life in a narrative way into a space rich in cultural heritage.

项目选址于历史悠久的 Chelsea Barracks，曾是英国陆军的重要驻地。Banda 的设计在尊重场地历史的基础上，融入对自然的感知与当代工艺的致敬。住宅内部大量使用定制金属、木材与纺织品，体现出对材料本身质感的敏锐洞察与对手工技艺的高度尊重。空间布局强调流动性与仪式感，墙体、楼梯与嵌入式家具之间建立起有机的秩序关系，营造出既包容又富有层次的生活氛围。

The project is located in the historic Chelsea Barracks, which was once an important base of the British Army. Bandas design, while respecting the sites history, integrates the perception of nature and pays tribute to contemporary craftsmanship. The interior of the residence extensively uses custom-made metals, woods and textiles, demonstrating a keen insight into the texture of the materials themselves and a high degree of respect for craftsmanship. The spatial layout emphasizes fluidity and a sense of ceremony. An organic order relationship is established among the walls, stairs and embedded furniture, creating a living atmosphere that is both inclusive and rich in layers.

该住宅并非刻意追求形式上的奢华，而是通过材质选择与工艺语言构建出一种低调的尊贵。例如，客厅采用由英国本土工匠打造的定制橡木地板，与意大利手工石材壁炉形成对比，在古典与现代之间达成和谐统一。卧室与浴室的设计则更多采用柔和色调与天然纹理，呈现出舒缓、亲密的居住体验。

This residence does not deliberately pursue formal luxury, but rather builds a low-key sense of nobility through material selection and craftsmanship language. For instance, the living room features custom-made oak flooring crafted by local British artisans, contrasting with the Italian handcrafted stone fireplace, achieving a harmonious unity between the classical and the modern. The design of the bedroom and bathroom mostly adopts soft tones and natural textures, presenting a soothing and intimate living experience.
