位于曼哈顿下城Soho核心地段的这套紧凑型阁楼住宅，属于时尚企业家兼影响者Xenia Adonts。设计由Corvino Design工作室的创始人Marissa Corvino主导，以“宁静而令人耳目一新”为核心理念展开。作为拥有210万Instagram粉丝的Adonts，在初到纽约之际，便由共同朋友引荐，与Corvino建立了合作关系。两人迅速达成默契，共同着手改造这处两居室两浴室的都市住宅。

This compact loft residence, located in the heart of Soho in Lower Manhattan, belongs to fashion entrepreneur and influencer Xenia Adonts. The Design was led by Marissa Corvino, the founder of Corvino Design Studio, and unfolded with the core concept of "serene and refreshing". Adonts, who has 2.1 million Instagram followers, established a partnership with Corvino upon her first arrival in New York, introduced by a mutual friend. The two quickly reached a tacit understanding and jointly set about renovating this two-bedroom, two-bathroom urban residence.

原始公寓以白橡木地板为基底，骨架优良但缺乏个性。Corvino在整体设计中选择了大面积的中性色调铺陈，辅以局部大胆色彩的穿插，意图在沉静中注入灵动与趣味。厨房内金丝雀黄色的橱柜成为视觉焦点，体现了设计师通过鲜艳色彩唤起情绪，同时以中性基调维持整体平静氛围的理念。

The original apartment was based on white oak flooring, with a fine framework but lacking individuality. In the overall design, Corvino chose to lay out large areas of neutral tones, supplemented by the interweaving of bold colors in some areas, aiming to infuse vitality and interest into the stillness. The canary yellow cabinets in the kitchen become the visual focus, reflecting the designers concept of evoking emotions through bright colors while maintaining an overall calm atmosphere with a neutral tone.

为了充分利用空间并体现独特性，Corvino决定对酒吧与用餐区进行全定制设计。特别值得一提的是，客厅酒吧区域所使用的鼠尾草绿色弯曲祖母绿石英岩吧台，由纽约BAS Stone提供，底部以高光泽的淡绿色漆面处理，增添了柔软感与梦幻气息。阁楼中定制的木质书架最初为博物馆装置，经搬迁后沿用至此，在部分区域用窗帘遮掩，在酒吧附近则直接裸露，展现Adonts丰富的书籍收藏。

To make full use of the space and reflect uniqueness, Corvino decided to carry out a fully customized design for the bar and dining area. It is particularly worth mentioning that the sage green curved emerald quartzite bar counter used in the living room bar area is provided by BAS Stone in New York. The bottom is treated with a high-gloss light green paint surface, adding softness and a dreamy atmosphere. The custom-made wooden bookshelves in the attic were originally museum installations. After the relocation, they have been used here. Some areas are covered with curtains, while those near the bar are directly exposed, showcasing Adonts rich collection of books.

家具选择方面，Adonts与Corvino共同选定了Oscar Niemeyer设计的Alta椅子，其珠皮呢面料与流畅的曲线成为住宅内部造型语言的源泉。整体布置稀疏克制，强调雕塑感与空间呼吸感，使得阁楼成为闹市中的宁静庇护所。空间设计以曲线与不对称为线索，微妙而新鲜，回应了Adonts对舒适、优雅与独特性的追求。

In terms of furniture selection, Adonts and Corvino jointly chose the Alta chair designed by Oscar Niemeyer. Its beaded tweed fabric and smooth curves have become the source of the interior styling language of the residence. The overall layout is sparse and restrained, emphasizing the sculptural sense and spatial breathing, making the attic a peaceful haven in the bustling city. The spatial design takes curves and misalignment as its clues, subtle and fresh, responding to Adonts pursuit of comfort, elegance and uniqueness.
