BV Apartment is the latest apartment design completed by Francesc Rif é Studio in 2025, located in the center of Oviedo, Spain. The design focus has shifted from the space itself to atmosphere creation. Using oak wood and soft gray brown tones, create a warm, peaceful, and timeless spatial experience.

Design center of gravity

Francesc Rifé Studio对于感官体验的重视，远超物理空间本身，在这所房子里，设计师在功能部署到位后，并没有更多的关注色彩，风格以及更多形式的层面，而是注重氛围营造与人的体验，最终，这个家不只是一个居住容器，更是一处安放身心的宁静之所。

Francesc Rifé Studio attaches much importance to sensory experience than the physical space itself. In this house, after the functions are deployed, the designers do not pay more attention to color, style and more forms, but focus on atmosphere creation. Through experience with people, in the end, this home is not just a living container, but also a peaceful place for the body and mind.

通过简练的设计与整合，结构梁和柱，这些本应被加以修饰的空间构造，不是设计实现的障碍，而是感官的一部分，甚至厨房整洁到极致，却满足了生活的功能所需。

Through concise design and integration, structural beams and columns, these spatial structures that should have been modified are not obstacles to the implementation of design, but are part of the senses, and even the kitchen is extremely tidy, but meet the functional needs of life.

情绪的转场

A special scene of emotions

在设计师看来，家的每个区域，每个空间，都应当被赋予不同的气质与气场，并以独特的节奏感和温度，牵引居住者的情绪，以实现情感的共鸣。通过不同的材质组合，灯光氛围来演绎。

In the designers view, every area and every space of the home should be given a different temperament and aura, and with a unique sense of rhythm and temperature, it will pull the residents emotions to achieve emotional resonance. The lighting atmosphere is interpreted through different combinations of materials.

在这个家里，看不到任何纯装饰的存在，包括踢脚线，门套，任何装饰都与功能息息相关，所有的设计，都深入到每个细节里。

In this home, there is no pure decoration, including skirting boards, door covers, and any decoration is closely related to the function. All designs are deeply involved in every detail.

材质与灯光

Material and light

橡木与艺术漆几乎构成了项目的所有材料，旨在诠释和谐宁静的氛围，减少材质变化带来的不安。灯光设计方面，采用局部照明和重点照明结合，以引导人的情绪与感官的流动，从而实现人与空间极好的互动。

Oak and artistic paint make up almost all the materials of the project, aiming to interpret a harmonious and tranquil atmosphere and reduce the uneasiness caused by material changes. In terms of lighting design, local lighting and accent lighting are used to guide peoples emotions and senses to achieve excellent interaction between people and space.
