Viñedos del Contino酒庄位于西班牙拉里奥哈阿拉维萨一片历史悠久的土地，其历史可以追溯到16世纪。自1973年该地区的第一座城堡建成以来，这里一直是葡萄种植、酿酒和文化的中心。然而，如何通过空间和设计展现这段深厚的历史，并为游客提供沉浸式的体验，成为一个新的课题。为此，Febrero Studio的设计团队为酒庄打造了一段完整的参观路线，并设计了一座新的建筑，成功地用空间讲述了葡萄酒的故事。

Vinedos del Contino is located in a historic area of La Rioja Alavesa, Spain, dating back to the 16th century. Since the first castle in the area was built in 1973, it has been a centre of viticulture, winemaking and culture. However, how to show this deep history through space and design, and provide visitors with an immersive experience, has become a new topic. Febrero Studios design team created a complete tour route for the winery and designed a new building that successfully tells the story of the wine in space.

Viñedos del Contino酒庄的建筑与周围的葡萄园彼此相映成辉。该项目的重点是对一座被废弃的谷仓进行改造，使其成为游客中心。设计师们保留了谷仓的原始结构，保持了建筑的质朴与乡土特色，同时对内部进行重新设计，以满足现代功能需求。新的游客中心包括接待区、品酒室、酒吧和商店，成为游客体验的起点和终点。

The architecture of the Vinedos del Contino winery and the surrounding vineyards blend into each other. The project focuses on the conversion of an abandoned barn into a visitor center. The architects retained the original structure of the barn, maintaining the rustic and vernacular character of the building, while redesigning the interior to meet modern functional needs. The new visitor centre, which includes a reception area, tasting room, bar and shop, becomes the beginning and end of the visitor experience.

从外观来看，建筑的立面石材几乎保持原样，只是新增了一些开口，让游客可以从内部欣赏葡萄园的美景。墙面爬满了藤蔓，增添了自然的韵味，而室内空间则被涂成浅色，以营造干净、通透的氛围。

From the outside, the stone facade of the building has remained almost the same, with some new openings allowing visitors to enjoy the beautiful view of the vineyard from the inside. The walls are covered with vines to add a natural touch, while the interior Spaces are painted light to create a clean, transparent atmosphere.

室内设计采用了一种平衡的叙事方式。裸露的砖柱展现了建筑历史的痕迹，而裸露的水泥地板与黑色屋顶形成鲜明对比，黑色橡木家具在屋顶和地面之间找到了和谐的连续性。Febrero Studio设计的定制家具贯穿整个空间，包括品酒桌、座椅和储物柜，材料则选用了石灰华银大理石、漆木和亚麻布，既呼应了建筑的历史质感，又为空间增添了优雅的现代气息。

The interior design adopts a balanced narrative approach. Exposed brick columns show traces of the buildings history, while exposed cement floors contrast with the black roof, and black oak furniture finds a harmonious continuity between the roof and the ground. Febrero Studio designed custom furniture throughout the space, including a wine tasting table, chairs and lockers, using travertine silver marble, lacquered wood and linen to both echo the buildings historical texture and add an elegant modern touch to the space.

此外，一些古董家具被点缀其间，这些设计巧思不仅保留了酒庄的传统气质，还为每个房间注入了一份怀旧的情感。

The wine tasting table and bathroom sink are all made of travertine silver marble, creating a visual unity with the exposed structure. The curtains, made of linen, echo the woodworking tones and soften the presence of the columns while bringing warmth and a soft texture to the space. In addition, some antique furniture has been decorated, which not only retains the traditional temperament of the winery, but also infuses a nostalgic feeling into each room.

设计师还在建筑外部增加了一个锻铁制的平台，让游客可以一边品尝葡萄酒，一边俯瞰广袤的葡萄园景色。这个平台不仅是视觉上的亮点，也象征着酒庄进入新时代的开始。

In Febrero Studios design, moving lines became a key element. The new space in the visitor centre is connected to the vineyard and other functional areas of the winery through a series of external paths, including the bottling area, winery and cellar. These paths guide visitors through the winerys story step by step in a logical sequence, telling everything from the wisdom of viticulture to the details of the winemaking process. A wrought-iron platform has also been added to the exterior of the building, allowing visitors to enjoy the wine while overlooking the vast vineyards. This platform is not only a visual highlight, but also symbolizes the beginning of a new era for the winery.

对于设计团队来说，这不仅是一个建筑改造项目，更是一次讲故事的尝试。通过巧妙的空间布局和细腻的设计语言，他们让每一处细节都成为讲述酒庄历史的一部分。从入口的藤蔓覆盖的墙面，到室内的品酒桌和古董家具，再到户外的路径和平台，Febrero Studio成功地将建筑、历史和自然融为一体，创造了一个能够与游客对话的空间。

For the design team, this is not only an architectural renovation project, but also an attempt to tell a story. Through clever spatial layout and delicate design language, they make every detail a part of the story of the winerys history. From the vine-covered walls at the entrance, to the wine tasting tables and antique furniture inside, to the outdoor paths and terraces, Febrero Studio manages to blend architecture, history and nature to create a space that speaks to visitors.

As project lead Jesus Diaz says, This is a very representative project for our studio. We love the opportunity to be involved in every decision from the beginning, which allows us to really pour our passion and essence into it. Vinedos del Contino is a place where wine is produced and a stage for the culture and history of wine. Here, every detail tells a story about grapes, land, time and ingenuity.
