顶层复式住宅Kent Avenue，占地约350㎡，NormArchitects将两套住宅分为两个不同的功能空间，一个是为家庭私密性而设计，另一个则是设备齐全的客房。开放式的设计保留了其原有的风格特征，不同的区域则由精心设计的元素所划分，既保持了流动感，又构筑了有着休闲和私密性的场所。

On the top floor of Kent Avenue, a 350 square metre duplex, Norm Architects divided the two residences into two distinct functional Spaces, one designed for family privacy and the other for a fully equipped guest room. The open-plan design retains its original stylistic character, while the different areas are divided by carefully designed elements that maintain a sense of flow while providing a place of relaxation and privacy.

Large sliding floor-to-ceiling Windows enhance the connection between the interior and exterior, connecting the house to the magnificent river views of Manhattan and the lush greenery of the wide terrace, contrasting the tranquil interior with the vibrant exterior views. Soft, plush textiles create a warm, comfortable home environment; The combination of shapes and simple lines creates a home space that is both soothing and fresh.

定制的厨房有着带有亮面的黑色外观和以天然橡木为核心的橱柜，与空间风格相契合，同时注重功能性。钢制的桌面有着精致的现代触感，可折叠台面不仅优化了空间，并为单一的厨房提供了更多实用的可能性。

The bespoke kitchen, with its glossy black exterior and natural oak core cabinetry, fits the style of the space while focusing on functionality. The steel tabletop has a sophisticated modern touch, and the foldable countertop not only optimizes the space, but also offers more practical possibilities for a single kitchen.

通往卧室的走道，被温暖的阳光所笼罩，露台上葱郁的绿植显得格外宁静。半透明的窗帘优雅地垂落至地面，柔和了空间的材质。穿过一扇门，便可进入主卧，内部设有办公空间、卧室、步入式衣橱和独立浴室。

The walkway to the bedroom is bathed in warm sunlight, and the lush greenery on the terrace is very peaceful. Translucent curtains drop gracefully to the floor, softening the texture of the space. A door opens into the master bedroom, which has an office space, a bedroom, a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom.

两侧设有短墙，赋以木质材料，并一直延伸至天花底部，构建了一个私密的内凹空间，床架背面则是一个功能与风格完美融合的双用途衣柜。室内天然木材的运用灵感源于室外，这种与自然的联系为空间带来了温暖和宁静，以及一种深层次的幸福感和放松感

Short walls on both sides, clad in wood material, extend to the bottom of the ceiling to create a private recessed space, while the back of the bed frame is a dual purpose wardrobe that blends function and style. The use of natural wood in the interior is inspired by the outdoors, and this connection to nature brings warmth and tranquility to the space, as well as a deep sense of well-being and relaxation - making the room a true hideaway.

The room area is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, small office area, bathroom in the layout. Each space has been designed in the same minimalist style as the master bedroom area to ensure aesthetic continuity and give a relaxed sense of luxury. From the soft colors to the simple lines, every detail demonstrates a unique calmness and sophistication.

客卧的床背之后，也有一个书桌藏至墙内，为居住者提供了一个实用的工作空间，浴室则位于走廊尽头。宽大的落地窗让整个空间充满了自然光，模糊室内与周围绮丽景色之间的界限。在室外，还设有一个宽敞的木质露台，可以一览曼哈顿的城市景观。

Behind the guest bed, there is also a desk tucked into the wall, providing a practical working space for the occupants, while the bathroom is located at the end of the corridor. Large floor-to-ceiling Windows fill the space with natural light, blurring the boundaries between the interior and the surrounding scenery. Outside, there is also a spacious wooden terrace with sweeping views of Manhattans city.
