一般住宅改造大多是针对独栋或单层进行，但这次要介绍的这栋房子很特别。业主希望重新翻修顶楼露台，为家中的儿子打造一套具备基本客厅、餐厅、厨房和卧室功能的独立公寓。

Residential renovation projects are generally about detached houses or single-story buildings. However, the house we are introducing this time is very special. The owner hopes to renovate the rooftop terrace and provide an independent apartment with basic functions of living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom for his son.

创造新空间的任务由EME157设计团队负责，设计师坦言最关键也是最高难度的挑战是必须让新增楼层和现有独特的砖造立面融为一体，同时还得避免房子高度过度增加，进而影响整体的视觉效果。

The task of creating new space was undertaken by the EME157 design team. The designer admitted that the most critical and difficult challenge was to integrate the newly added floor with the existing unique brick facade, while avoiding excessive increase in the height of the house, which might affect the overall visual perception.

于是，设计师选择了采用穹顶设计，这个决策不仅保留了建筑物原有的外部比例，还使得内部空间更加宽敞，从而赋予了建筑更加优雅的风格。

不仅如此，新楼层也特别选用了软木材质，具有轻盈与绝缘性能，与砖砌的坚固性形成鲜明对比。

至于拱顶部分，则使用锌材料打造而成，室内结构更置入不少金属柱体，以强化新楼层的稳固性。

Therefore, the designer chose to adopt a dome design, which not only preserved the original exterior proportions of the building, but also made the interior space more spacious, thus giving the building a more elegant style. Moreover, the new floor was specifically made of softwood, which is lightweight and has insulation properties, forming a sharp contrast with the solidity of the brickwork. The vaulted roof was made of zinc material, and a number of metal columns were placed in the interior structure to enhance the stability of the new floor.

拱顶的设计为顶层公寓引入了无限辽阔的绿意景观，并延伸成为壁炉造型。

在接近40平方米的空间内，巧妙地划分出公共区域和私人区域。

客餐厅与开放式厨房设置在朝北的大面积采光窗面旁，放眼望去尽是宽广的景致。

因此，设计团队特别沿着窗面设置了可坐卧的平台。

The design of the vault introduces an infinite expanse of green scenery into the penthouse and extends into the fireplace shape. The nearly 130-square-meter space is divided into public and private areas. The living room, dining room, and open kitchen are located on the north-facing side with large windows that allow plenty of natural light and offer a panoramic view. As a result, the design team has specially installed a platform along the window that can be used for sitting or lying down.

其中，保留的几根裸露的原始混凝土梁柱结构也巧妙地衍生出不同的空间功能。

例如，不锈钢中岛台嵌入柱体，采用悬空式设计打造通透的视觉感；

而另一侧的柱体则发展出壁柜，灰色调的门片与柱体更加协调，淡化了体积的存在感与压迫性。

顶楼公寓同时保留了巨大的圆形天窗，照亮了楼梯间，让家充满了舒适的光线。

Among them, the retained exposed original concrete beams and columns have also cleverly derived different spatial functions. For example, the stainless steel central island countertop is embedded into the column, and the suspended design creates a transparent visual effect. On the other hand, the other column has developed into a wall cabinet, with gray-toned doors that are more coordinated with the columns, reducing the presence and oppressiveness of the volume. The penthouse also retains a huge circular skylight, illuminating the staircase and filling the home with comfortable light.

此外，卧室采用了双向动线设计，一入口由客餐厅侧墙进出，另一动线则紧邻楼梯，让居民回家后可以直接进入卧室更换衣物、放置包包等随身物品，使用上极为便利。

浴室甚至延伸了不锈钢材质的元素，构建出独特的淋浴间设计。

整体空间采用现代极简风格，材料运用十分单纯，简约利落的无接缝地板，柜体、厨具统一配置灰色调胶合板，并延伸作为门片、楼梯踏面，搭配抛光不锈钢创造出冷暖材质的对比效果。

而裸露的混凝土梁柱与漆成天蓝色的细长形金属柱结构形成鲜明对比，且与住宅的户外景观相互协调。

In addition, the bedroom adopts a two-way circulation design, with one entrance accessible from the side wall of the living and dining area, and the other adjacent to the stairs, allowing for direct access to the bedroom to change clothes and put away personal items such as bags upon returning home, making it extremely convenient. The bathroom even extends the vocabulary of stainless steel materials, creating a unique shower design. The overall space adopts a modern minimalist style with a very simple use of materials. The seamless floor is simple and clean, and the cabinets and kitchen appliances are uniformly equipped with gray-toned veneer, which is also extended to the door panels and stair treads. Polished stainless steel is used to create a contrast effect between warm and cold materials. The exposed concrete beams and columns form a sharp contrast with the slender metal columns painted in sky blue, and harmonize with the outdoor landscape of the residence.
