This is a loft with concrete columns and we stripped back the old finishes to reveal the beauty of the ceiling texture and the intricate back printing of the previously removed floor tiles. These were the key elements we wanted to retain, thus emphasising the original architectural design of the building.

We arranged the DJ on the right side of the table, while soft seating (armchairs and sofas) and a small table for two were placed behind the DJ with panoramic windows. A stylish theme of retro design runs throughout the room. This can be seen in the real toughened glass wall panels that we reclaimed when we demolished the old building.

The radiograph is cut into two parts and missing parts made of modern materials are added. Wires run through the legs of the radiograph and the music control unit is hidden inside the radiograph.

房间的焦点之一是悬挂在公共桌子上方的灯具。在大型聚会期间，它会被举到天花板上，而桌子则被推到玻璃墙上。灯具的形状相当复杂，这并非偶然：它包含一个特殊的主角短语——“这座城市需要一个主角”，由项目团队叠加到椭圆形上的声波来表示。

One of the focal points of the room is the light fixture that hangs above the communal table. During large gatherings it is raised to the ceiling while the tables are pushed up against the glass walls. Its no coincidence that the shape of the luminaire is quite complex: it contains a special protagonist phrase - this city needs a protagonist - represented by the sound waves that the project team superimposed onto the oval.

盥洗室的金属框架采用整理器的风格设计，可以有序地容纳和隐藏所有必要的配件。与空间的总体主题相呼应，卫生间的内部采用了剥落瓷砖设计。外观简单朴实。深色底座采用铝复合板，与内饰相协调。在主入口处，

The vanitys metal frame is designed in the style of an organiser to hold and hide all the necessary accessories in an orderly fashion. Echoing the overall theme of the space, the interior of the bathroom features a peel and stick tile design. The exterior is simple and unassuming. The dark base features aluminium composite panels to coordinate with the interior. At the main entrance.

Gran Fierro餐厅

将空间分为两个主要部分，每个部分的高度不同。

Divide the space into two main sections, each at a different height.

入口处光线充足的区域以中心的酒吧为主，而在后面，您会发现一个更私密的区域，配有桌子、带扶手椅和休息室的休闲区。不过，在250平方米的面积内，一进餐厅就能看到厨房和厨师。

The light-filled area at the entrance is dominated by the bar in the centre, while at the back youll find a more intimate area with tables, a lounge area with armchairs and a lounge. However, within the 250 square metres, the kitchen and chef are visible as soon as you enter the restaurant.

所有功能均与古铜色木桌、金属钢筋搁架系统以及真正的阿根廷皮带制成的室内装饰相连。工业风与复古风的结合，加上南美风情，营造出的空间绝对值得尝试。

All features are connected with antique brass coloured wooden tables, metal steel shelving system and upholstery made of real Argentinean leather belts. The combination of industrial and vintage style with a South American twist creates a space that is definitely worth trying.
