On top of this charm, at the intersection of the Huangpu River and Suzhou River, beside the Waibadu Bridge, there was Seagull Hotel, built in 1984, standing here, known as the best view hotel with exclusive resources on both sides of the Huangpu River. A few years ago, it was acquired by intercontinental Hotels Group, a beautiful new life, the Seagull Regent Hotel, carrying the eternal classic and artistic value, continue to write the Shanghai fashion legend feast.

Located in No. 60 Huangpu Road, the North Bund gold landmark. The interior design is led by CCD, Jin Yucheng and other digital artists jointly, in the name of flowers, write the bustling scene of Shanghai, open the quiet private environment.

这座酒店以其精致的玻璃结构，在浦江之畔与周围建筑相映成趣，其外立面镶嵌着水晶与黄铜，在黄浦江与苏州河的交汇处闪耀，展现出迷人的轮廓。酒店的南立面如同扇形绽放，直面滨江观景平台和外滩的历史建筑群，以及充满现代感的陆家嘴天际线，彰显出无与伦比的华美。

海鸥丽晶酒店不仅承载着历史的积淀，还融合了独特的文化基因，为每位宾客提供了一个寻找个人上海故事的平台，从这座城市的会客厅出发，开启一段华丽而摩登的旅程。

The hotel, with its exquisite glass structure, is set against the surrounding buildings on the banks of the Huangpu River, and its facade is inlaid with crystal and brass, which glows at the confluence of the Huangpu and Suzhou rivers, revealing an attractive silhouette. The south facade of the hotel fanned out, facing the riverside viewing platform and the historic buildings of the Bund, as well as the modern Lujiazui skyline, showing unparalleled beauty.

设计不是摒弃历史，而是在传承中创新。CCD通过海派格调、海鸥酒店、丽晶品牌故事为纲，以东方视角定义现代优雅。

Design is not to abandon history, but to innovate in inheritance. CCD defines modern elegance from an Eastern perspective through Shanghai style, Seagull Hotel and Regent brand story.

◉入口

酒店主入口，花荫绿篱，有着私密花园般尊贵的仪式和秩序性，将熙攘的街道与酒店形成动静分隔，给宾客带来归家的腔调。

The entrance of the wine shop, the flower-shaded hedge, has the noble ceremony and order of a private garden, which separates the bustling street from the hotel and gives the guests the tone of home.

◉入口

大堂双开式大门则更具仪式感，门扇的设计以老上海窗格为灵感，复古精致中，穿越风雅过往与今日悠然。

The lobby double open door is more ceremonial, the design of the door is inspired by the old Shanghai pane, the retro and delicate, through the elegant past and todays leisurely.

◉玄关｜玉兰

进入玄关，一幅高3米的艺术画作立现，由传统大漆工匠历时6个月制作完成，图案以上海市花「玉兰」为形，表面斑驳工艺映射出岁月痕迹，将浓郁沪韵娓娓道来。

Entering the entrance, a 3-meter-high art painting stands out, which was made by traditional lacquer artisans in 6 months. The pattern is in the shape of the Shanghai flower Magnolia. The surface mottled process reflects the traces of time, and tells the rich Shanghai charm.

◉大堂-逐光吊灯

而抵达大堂中央的动线，就像是细观一朵玉兰花慢慢绽放的过程。圆形内凹式天花设计，呼应花苞形吊灯，这件名为“逐光”的艺术装置，由几何水晶块拼接成钻石外观，于光影流转间，映射出繁花盛开的四时景象。

The moving line arriving at the center of the lobby is like watching a magnolia blossom slowly. A circular recessed ceiling is designed to echo the bract chandelier. The art installation, called Light by Light, consists of geometric crystal blocks spliced into a diamond appearance, reflecting the four times of blooming flowers in the flow of light and shadow.

◉大堂-电梯厅

◉《飞花》，金宇澄

另一侧的镂空屏风，以一弯优雅弧线和端景，让身心有了温柔安定的形状。电梯厅走廊尽头悬挂的《飞花》，由小说原著作者金宇澄创作。墙面的几何元素与画作相融，有穿透时间的深邃。

The hollow screen on the other side, with an elegant arc and end scene, makes the body and mind have a gentle and stable shape. The Flying Flowers hanging at the end of the elevator hall corridor is created by Jin Yucheng, the author of the original novel. The geometric elements of the wall are integrated with the painting, and there is a depth of penetration into time.

◉大堂-旋转楼梯

同时大堂中亦保留了原海鸥饭店经典的百年钢琴与旋转楼梯，整体白色石材搭配黑色序列感墙面与钻石切割式天花，扭转向上通往宴会厅，以此婉约的笔触致敬岁月迭代，为新故事铺就框架。

At the same time, the classic century-old piano and spiral staircase of the original Seagulls Hotel are also retained in the lobby. The overall white stone with black sequential wall and diamond-cut ceiling turn upward to the banquet hall, which pays tribute to the iteration of years with a graceful brush stroke and provides a framework for the new story.

◉旋转楼梯

这是独属于上海的腔调，

注重细节、讲求格调、

傲而不骄、自有分寸。

This is a unique Shanghai tone, attention to detail, emphasis on style, proud but not arrogant, own sense of proportion.

◉接待厅

再往大堂深处去是接待厅，流光溢彩的透光石吧台，与顶部花芯般的立体天花吊饰形成对话，安心坐落式的入住办理，更让特定的感知被唤醒，昔时旧忆如倾倒的光珠，温柔地散落进现世美学的内里。

Further into the lobby is the reception hall, the flowing translucent stone bar, and the top of the flower-like ceiling hanging to form a dialogue, peace of mind is located in the type of check-in, more specific perception is awakened, the old memories like pouring light beads, gently scattered into the aesthetic of the world.

无论是安然静谧的大堂休憩区，还是宝石般精妙绝伦的饼屋，都将上海的“咖啡语茶”文化和海鸥饭店中海员俱乐部的昔日氛围相融汇，名流穿梭，觥筹交错间，现辉煌。

Whether it is the quiet lobby lounge area or the jewel-like exquisite cake house, Shanghais coffee and tea culture and the former atmosphere of the Seafarers club in the Seagull Hotel are integrated, celebrities shuttle, toast, and now brilliant.

不同的组合形式、不同的色彩，造就梦幻多元的公共空间，这也正契合丽晶酒店“随心变幻”的品牌个性，也是向繁花，向时间，向38岁的海鸥致敬。

Different combinations of forms and different colors create a dreamy and diverse public space, which is also in line with the brand personality of the Regent Hotel changing with ones heart, and it is also a tribute to flowers, to time, and to the 38-year-old seagull.

◉全日餐厅入口

全日特色餐厅内部延续了建筑的序列感，斜梁结构卡座沿大窗依次排开，加之窗外的城市天际与江河自然，平添了宏大叙事风范。

The interior of the all-day specialty restaurant continues the sense of sequence of the building. The slanted beam structure booth is successively arranged along the large window, and the city skyline and river nature outside the window add a grand narrative style.

◉全日餐厅-厨房

厨房区域的墙面和天花设计则采用镜面与磨砂材质，通过钻石切割的手法重组，这也延续了大堂的艺术元素。在观赏性与实用性交融的各个角落，一举一动的生活细节都被精心雕琢，并非取媚，而是审美的温柔关照。

The walls and ceilings of the kitchen area are designed in mirrored and matte materials, reorganized through diamond cutting, which continues the artistic elements of the lobby. In every corner of the aesthetic and practical integration, every move of the details of life are carefully carved, not to charm, but aesthetic gentle care.

◉全日餐厅

餐厅在设计之中汇入大面积绿色，由深至浅，装点出神秘却明朗的气息。空间的装饰隔帘更融入上海摩登质感，专属定制的绿色渐变天鹅绒，将东方温润哲学意蕴揉入，确也点亮了海派的典雅和高贵。

The restaurant incorporates a large area of green into the design, from deep to shallow, decorating a mysterious but bright atmosphere. The decorative curtain of the space is more integrated into the modern texture of Shanghai. The customized green gradient velvet infuses the connotation of Oriental warm philosophy, and indeed lights up the elegance and nobility of Shanghai school.

◉全日餐厅

如果说外滩是反映海派风貌的一扇门，那么以石库门为代表的人文烟火就是它的一扇窗。譬如锦鳞·中餐厅的入口，就似走进老上海的风雅长卷，整体以红色渐变金属和黑色橡木为主调，再用隔断营造层层递进的视效，象征着岁月迭代新生。

If the Bund is a door that reflects the style of Shanghai school, then the humanistic fireworks represented by Shikumen is a window of it. For example, the entrance of Jinscale · Chinese restaurant is like walking into the elegant long roll of old Shanghai. The overall tone is red gradual metal and black oak, and then the partition is used to create layers of progressive visual effect, symbolizing the iteration of the years.

◉中餐休息前厅

廊间的花艺装置作品呼应“繁花映繁华”的主题，蔓延生长的状态牵引出场域的至臻美学。

The floral installation works in the corridor echo the theme of flowers reflect prosperity, and the state of spreading growth leads to the perfection of aesthetics in the field.

◉中餐厅

用餐区则以环环相扣的天花设计展开界面，每一个圆对应着一席餐桌。从悬挂的剪纸艺术到水晶花朵倒悬的吊灯，种种细节，无不透露着石库门风情与法式优雅的和谐共生，演绎匠心独运的空间魅力。

The dining area is opened by an interlocking ceiling design, with each circle corresponding to a dining table. From the hanging paper-cut art to the pendant chandelier with crystal flowers, all kinds of details reveal the harmonious symbiosis of Shikumen style and French elegance, and interpret the unique space charm.

垂下的宝蓝色网帘可随意围起打开，形成半开放式包厢，打造私密性。

The hanging royal blue net curtain can be opened at will to form a semi-open box to create privacy.

◉中餐厅

行至此间，横向展开的大窗引入上海独一无二的全景都市风貌，并可内外联动，切换通透无阻、步移景异的格局。

At this time, the large window that unfolds horizontally introduces the unique panoramic urban style of Shanghai, and can be linked inside and outside to switch the pattern of unobstructed and different scenery.

空间中泛着时间光泽的黑色做旧金属板、几何形体叠加组合出未来感。舒适简约的家具与流动感艺术装饰，象征着柔和与硬朗、东方与西方的融会贯通。

In the space, the black old metal plate with time luster and the geometric form superposition combine the futuristic feeling. The comfortable and simple furniture and flowing art decoration symbolize the integration of soft and tough, east and west.

设计师通过此种前卫方式，为前来的宾客打开一扇穿越时空之门，再次刷新人们对于餐饮空间的定义。

Through this avant-garde way, the designer opens a door through time and space for the guests to come, and once again refreshes peoples definition of dining space.

房间更兼顾功能和美学，瞰景客厅、休憩茶歇空间、步入式衣帽间、静谧和光卧室，以及开阔视线的阳台，流动衔接。

空间柱体以花瓣的形态逐一展开，包含“生长绽放”之意，间或会有水雾流下，若影若幻间，可感受到都市特有的诗意浪漫，亦温柔亦坚毅。

The space column unfolds one by one in the form of petals, containing the meaning of growth and bloom, and occasionally there will be water mist flowing down, if the shadow is like magic, you can feel the unique poetic romance of the city, but also gentle and firm.

◉康体空间

墙面以绿色石材为主，配合数个悬浮的苔藓花球，阳光泻入，于波光间映下一片灵动绿影。

The wall is dominated by green stone, with several suspended moss flower balls, the sun pours in, reflecting a smart green shadow between the waves of light.
