对许多人而言,家是萦绕着温馨回忆的港湾,即便在有限的空间里,也蕴藏着成长的欢声笑语和一家人的生活哲学。设计师ALIN同样深感共鸣,尽管他已经为众多客户设计了各具特色的住宅,但当轮到翻新自己儿时的家,那座承载了他无数记忆、至今仍时有归来的屋时,他依然投入了加倍的精心与准备,确保每一处细节都满载情感与匠心。
For most people, home is bound by warm memories. In a small space, there is the joy and laughter of growth, and there is the way of life of a family. Designer ALIN is also like this, although he has created a lot of different styles of homes for customers, but when transforming his parents house - this home he grew up in and now occasionally goes back to live in, he still made full preparations in advance.
。这不仅源自于设计师本能激发的创新灵感,也蕴含着对过往生活空间的深深感激,更重要的是,它触发了ALIN对亲子关系新阶段的深刻反思。曾经在父母膝下蹒跚学步的稚童,如今已成长为能够独力面对世界的成年人;而那些终日奔波、为生活操劳的双亲,终于迎来了属于他们的悠闲时光,得以细细品味生活中的每一刻。
The starting point of this transformation is defined by ALIN itself as starting with expectations, which is motivated by the designers instinct to create ideas, gratitude for the past living space, and more importantly, thinking about the replacement of the relationship with parents. Once babbling children, now can become independent adults, and parents who rush all day, labor to make a living, finally have leisure time to feel life.
而家的改变,也就以此为命题,从空间功能的诠释与细化中进一步安置父母从容舒展的生活方式,用充满自然之感的材料打造一栋可以承托品质日常的闲暇居所。
The change of the home is also a proposition, from the interpretation and refinement of spatial functions to further arrange the parents relaxed lifestyle, and create a leisure residence that can support quality daily life with materials full of natural feeling.
二十余年的居住时光,提供了源源不断的改造灵感。但当真正开始着手设计时,ALIN仍然像与其他客户的沟通流程一般,从平面效果到立面深化,再逐步落实细节推敲。而不同点则来源于身为空间居住者的思考,让她对整个家的呈现有着更生活化的把控,也敢于打破风格限制,重新构建家庭生活的新场景。
空间整体延续原始格局,在结构允许的情况下,调整入户门的位置,解放一部分客厅公区,用来满足家庭日常的收纳需求,而玄关的重新设置也给人以显性的“耳目一新”感。
The overall space continues the original pattern. If the structure allows, the position of the entrance door is adjusted to liberate part of the living room public area, which is used to meet the daily storage needs of the family. The re-setting of the porch also gives people a dominant refreshing feeling.
增加一道类似花墙式的室内隔断,强调客餐厅纵向的空间延伸,隔而不透的视觉效果中空间层次得到极大丰富。而半围合的留白区域成为父母卧房到公区的一处小门廊,增加了生活中的仪式感,也贴合ALIN对于生活空间中要预留必要距离的主张。
Add an indoor partition similar to the flower wall to emphasize the longitudinal space extension of the guest restaurant, and the spatial level is greatly enriched in the visual effect of isolation and impenetrability. The semi-enclosed white area becomes a small porch from the parents bedroom to the public area, which increases the sense of ritual in life, and also fits ALINs idea of reserving the necessary distance in the living space.
茶室由原来的学习房改造而来,这一处承载着ALIN最多儿时记忆的空间摇身一变,成为了父母品茗会友的小天地。而客餐厅靠近茶室的位置,一处刻意预留的水吧,收到了父母的极大好评,这对既好茶也爱咖啡、相知三十多年的老夫妻生活因着新场景的落成而愈加丰富与浪漫。
The tea room is transformed from the original study room. This space, which carries the most childhood memories in ALIN, has transformed into a small world for parents to drink tea and meet friends. The location of the guest restaurant near the tea room, a deliberately reserved water bar, received great praise from the parents, this pair of good tea and love coffee, know each other for more than 30 years of old couple life because of the completion of the new scene and more rich and romantic.
由客厅通往次卧“隔断”的打开,完全有赖于ALIN对于空间的熟悉。拆除了父母年轻时为了提升空间使用率而增加的阳台立柜,在两处相对独立的空间中重新建立起通透的过道。当她不在家居住的时候,客厅空间就有了一处外延,父母也与远方的女儿建立起一种无形的空间联结。
The opening of the partition from the living room to the second bedroom completely depends on ALINs familiarity with the space. The balcony cabinets added by my parents when they were young were removed to improve the space utilization rate, and a transparent corridor was re-established in two relatively independent Spaces. When she is not living at home, the living room space has an extension, and the parents also establish an invisible spatial connection with the distant daughter.
ALIN成长在典型的南方沿海小城,父母在闲暇时最爱带着幼年的她去江边礁石上捡贝壳、捉螃蟹,享海风拂面,观潮涨潮落,自然的印记深深影响着这一家人的生活习惯。所谓的生活空间,自是要应和着回忆中最美好的场景特性,经过提炼再与父母沟通,ALIN将这个家的主要基调定为“吸附在自然中的人”。
公共区域选用洞石通铺地面,天然石材各异的颜色与肌理在法式铺贴工艺下统一成一种名为自然的秩序感,复古中又带有一些精致的拙朴。意外保留在砂岩中的贝类小颗粒,就像当年捡拾到的贝壳,不光滑的触感亦是风浪赋予石材的时光礼赞,种种源自自然的细节灵感构成家的质朴底色。
The public area uses the cave stone paving floor, the different colors and textures of natural stone are unified into a sense of order called natural under the French paving process, and there are some exquisite simplicity in the retro. The small particles of shellfish accidentally retained in the sandstone are like the shells picked up in the past, and the not smooth touch is also the praise of the time given to the stone by the wind and waves, and various details inspired by nature constitute the rustic background color of the home.
全屋的实木饰面选用4种木头碳化混拼而成,透明的木蜡油毫不阻隔木材的天然感,生活中触手可及的有尤加利木的影、苹果木的红润、胡桃木的深邃及塔斯马尼亚橡木的自然火线与结疤,木的生长痕迹与生活中的使用擦痕逐渐叠覆、重合,进而呈现出特定的丰富性。
The solid wood veneer of the whole house is made of four kinds of wood carbonized and mixed. The transparent wood wax oil does not block the natural feeling of wood. 木与石的沧桑古色,包容在黏土质感的墙漆下,整个家气质温和,却又极富个性,源自自然的用色主张最终回归于大地色系的沉稳。充分尊重材质肌理的墙面处理方式,带来光影下的斑驳感,与洞石地面形成空间唱和,家的质感进一步贴近自然。

棉麻也是自然居所的首选材质,刻意选择的通透感窗帘,以更显古意的折叠方式引光入室,必要时搭配百叶窗的使用达成遮光效果,美感与实用兼具。沙发与床品借助棉麻的亲肤感,营造生活更为妥帖与自然的形态。人居于此,如回归自然,更如吸附在自然之中。

对于ALIN来说,整个改造过程,仿佛是一次自我成长的回溯之旅,幼时父母的悉心呵护,长大后因求学工作离家,再之后逐渐接受父母对自己的依赖……伴随着自己人生的重大节点,父母完成使命般的陪伴,而这一切,这个小家始终是忠实的见证者。
父母的爱,一如家所呈现的那样质朴,跟无数个东方家庭一样,不善于表达,但都要把最好的给到子女。自幼,父母就将更为宽敞与便捷的卧室安排给ALIN居住,哪怕是离家后,父母也如此坚持。而ALIN回馈的,就是尽己所能,将现有空间打造到极致,让父母的日常生活在舒适的环境中。
The love of parents, as simple as the family presents, like countless Eastern families, is not good at expressing, but they must give the best to their children. Since childhood, his parents have arranged a more spacious and convenient bedroom for ALIN to live in. Even after leaving home, his parents insist on this. In return, ALIN tries its best to build the existing space to the extreme, so that parents daily life can be in a comfortable environment.
将这间卧室改造成半公区,赋予其更多的使用场景,以小氛围客厅的身份,去化解长期闲置的功能浪费。地台式沙发设计,让空间关系更松弛与亲和,老榆木定制而成的“壁炉”,低矮的造型更加贴合空间气质,蜡烛代替明火,依然能让人获取能量加持。
Transform this bedroom into a semi-public area, give it more use scenes, as a small atmosphere living room identity, to resolve the long-term idle function waste. The sofa design of the floor makes the space relationship more relaxed and friendly, the fireplace customized from old elm, the low shape is more suitable for the space temperament, and the candle replaces the open fire, which still allows people to obtain energy.
壁龛由一处储物柜改造而来,新的设计更加充分地利用了空间,与“壁炉”如出一辙的榆木板也在视觉效果上建立起统一的空间秩序。一些早年间家里的摆设,ALIN幼时的玩具或收藏都在此展示,构成新家与旧屋的情感连接点。
The alcove was converted from a storage cabinet, and the new design makes more full use of the space, and the elm planks, which are the same as the fireplace, also create a unified spatial order in the visual effect. Some early home furnishings, toys or collections of ALINs childhood are displayed here, constituting an emotional connection between the new home and the old house.
依循父母的生活习惯,电视挪至卧房,客厅仅留一处空墙,以留白致敬生活,也减少了现代电器对自然古朴氛围感的破坏。当然若有需要,打开投影仪,家庭小聚的电影时光依然会如约而至。
According to the parents living habits, the TV was moved to the bedroom, and only an empty wall was left in the living room to pay tribute to life, and it also reduced the damage of modern electrical appliances to the natural and simple atmosphere. Of course, if you need to, turn on the projector, family get-together movie time will still come.
全屋无主灯设计是唯一一处需要费力说服父母的改造。并非刻意追求极简风格,生活的经验让ALIN对于家中的采光与明暗需求非常有把握,贴合使用动线而排布的射灯完全可以承载生活所需。最终,ALIN还是在客餐厅与父母卧房间的过渡空间加装了一处软膜天花板的设计,代替主灯源,填补起父母心中这个大空间的亮度,也让整个家有了不一样的仪式感。
The lack of a main light throughout the house was the only renovation that required convincing parents. He does not deliberately pursue a minimalist style. His life experience makes ALIN very confident about the lighting and dark needs of his home. The spotlights arranged with moving lines can fully carry the needs of life. In the end, ALIN installed a soft film ceiling in the transition space between the guest dining room and the parents bedroom, replacing the main light source, filling the brightness of this large space in the parents mind, and giving the whole home a different sense of ceremony.
生命的成长就如一场盛大的旅行,而在中途的某个时间点,我们要修习面对与父母的关系转换。
Growing up in life is like a grand journey, and at some point in the middle, we have to practice facing the transformation of our relationship with our parents.
经历了从被父母呵护,到关照父母需求的过程,ALIN找到了这一关系置换的落点,将其巧妙地融入至空间秩序安置中,并在亲密关系与独立、回归自然质朴的风格里,找到共同的相处之道。
After experiencing the process from being cared for by his parents to caring for their needs, ALIN finds the place of this relationship replacement, skillfully integrates it into the spatial order placement, and finds a common way to get along in the intimate relationship, independence, and return to the natural and simple style.
ALIN为家中的实木饰面混拼命名为“凤凰木”。凤凰,这一自古就有美好寓意的祥瑞,无论是凤凰木“思念和希望”的花语,还是凤凰于飞的和美祝愿,均杂糅进空间中的细节表达里,一如父母对她的爱,无言却深厚。
ALIN called the solid wood veneer in his home Phoenix Wood. Phoenix, this has a good meaning of auspicious since ancient times, whether it is the phoenix wood thoughts and hopes of the flowers, or the phoenix in the flying and beautiful wishes, are mixed into the space of the details of the expression, just as the parents of her love, speechless but deep.
而此处闲居,则将种种美好希冀落进现实中的物理空间,让爱有形,让父母在日常之外拥有更为丰富的精神领地,并在生活中更加从容舒展,开出更美丽的人生花朵。
