在现代社会中,社交能力和社交场所是新时代的“货币”和“市场”,人们在共同的语境和价值观支配之下,用“社交”的货币,在“市场”中交换着未来的美好。这时,主理人对人性、分歧与同理心的包容显得特别重要,它像“黏合剂”,将人们的已知和未知进行不动声色而平稳的过渡,合理而友好的空间氛围促进着人与人之间的“交流”。

这种让人“着迷”的空间氛围是如何形成的?是人,是空间的主持者与到访者之间的互动,在相处的空间中留下气息与痕迹,供人回忆时形成的。

设计师和主理人在描述一个空间的合理性时,经常提到的一个词是:氛围,实际上是一种消费场景,使我们站在产品面前,感受到从眼到心是in还是out。因为每一类产品都有一个属于他自己的圈层,有他的个性、禀赋和气质。作为设计师和主理人,关键的任务就是发现和表达出产品的个性和气质,并将它们和主理人的气质揉合在一起,决定我们的去留。
When designers and managers describe the rationality of a space, a word often mentioned is: atmosphere, in fact, is a consumption scene that makes us stand in front of the product and feel whether it is in or out from the eye to the heart. Because each kind of product has a circle of its own, with its personality, endowment and temperament. As designers and managers, the key task is to discover and express the personality and temperament of the product, and combine them with the temperament of the manager to decide whether we go or stay.
设计师用以生活方式为诉求目的,将大宅客厅的原型铺成出宁静而松弛的空间意象,为了满足“柒墅家居”的工作需求,设计师用四个细分的局部空间营造出四种不同的消费场景,使不同客户在同一空间内得以并置,在空间集约使用的前提下,保持“家”的氛围的一致性和连贯性。
For the purpose of life style, the designer laid out the prototype of the living room of the mansion into a quiet and relaxed space image. In order to meet the work needs of Qi Shu Home, the designer used four subdivided local Spaces to create four different consumption scenes, so that different customers can be juxtaposed in the same space. Under the premise of intensive use of space, Maintain consistency and coherence in the home atmosphere.
仅仅180平方米的“柒墅家居”工作空间和展厅,在今天以”浪费空间“著称的建材销售展厅中,显得并不突出。面对这样不算太大的空间,主理人和设计师想到的不是功能性表达,而是用空间的”情节性“的铺陈,将产品与待客功能合二为一,形成主理人的人文特质和空间情绪。
Only 180 square meters of Qi Shu Home work space and exhibition hall, in todays building materials sales hall known for wasting space, it is not prominent. 我们为非正式会议的团队或者客人营造出一个深入交谈的会客厅,而不是在一个冷冰冰的办公室,隔着一个奢华的办公。
“柒墅家居”空间之所以迷人,就是因为它让设计师和业主感受到主理人对生活的真诚与热爱。为此,“柒墅家居”请到来自深圳的具有活力的新兴室内设计工作室----蔓野室内设计的主理人付曼虹女士担纲主创设计,期望她用女性独有的细腻、温暖、敏锐的感受,创造出有活力、高雅而静谧的交流环境,形成独特,让人难以忘怀的木作定制工作和展示空间。

She is expected to create a dynamic, elegant and quiet communication environment with a delicate, warm and keen feeling unique to women, and form a unique and unforgettable wood custom work and display space.
设计是什么?这似乎是千古谜题。蔓野设计认为:设计就是在营造一种不可替代的生活体验。体验的缺乏造成了生活乏味、缺少色彩。当今时代,体验正在成为一种商品或一种商业模式。生活需要体验,空间设计更需要体验。设计师正是按照这样的逻辑,营建出“柒墅家居”既具有生活本真意味,又与日常生活拉开距离,形成异质且美好的氛围。
What is design? It seems like a puzzle for ages. Manye Design believes that design is to create an irreplaceable life experience. The lack of experience causes life to be dull and devoid of color. Today, experience is becoming a commodity or a business model. Life needs experience, and space design needs experience even more. It is in accordance with this logic that the designer built a Qi Shu home that not only has the true meaning of life, but also distances itself from daily life, forming a heterogeneous and beautiful atmosphere.
设计师大胆调用存留在脑海中关于美好、交流的种种经验,并用“折衷”的手法,在空间中勾勒出具有想象性的细节。

“柒墅家居”,作为一个木作整装企业的展厅和日常工作的空间,与生俱来带着自然与人文的气息向我们走来,它的意义远不是接单—制作—交付那样简单

经过反复讨论,设计师决计用空间的情节性、节奏性和异质性,营造一间有故事、适合交流的“柒墅家居”工作和展示空间。他们从空间图景感知到生活情节入手,让设计与深层的社会生活有着深刻的互动联系。这样的空间,是令人难忘而让人激动的。
After repeated discussions, the designer decided to use the spatial regularity, rhythm and heterogeneity to create a story, suitable for communication Qi Shu Home work and display space. 这是一个值得玩味的展陈与工作空间,这也是主理人与设计师良性合作的范例。它体现出设计师和主理人之间对“设计”理解,设计服务和不同的设计师的个性之间在当代语境下如何为了一个共同的目标,去磨合,去寻找不同解决方式。
