On June 9, 2024, at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, GILE, Mr. Stefano Piontini and Mr. Xu Dongliang showcased their distinctive exhibition area titled Luce e design Design Aesthetic Exhibition, centered around Light Plus and inspired by the Colosseum.

Xu Dongliang graduated from the Architecture Department of Southeast University with a bachelors degree and later earned a masters degree from Harbin Institute of Technology. He worked in Japan for several years, specializing in design. His main focus areas include urban lighting planning, architectural lighting design, and creation of light art installations. Xu has completed lighting plans for several cities in China and designed lighting schemes for iconic buildings. He received the Japanese Lighting Design Award in 2005 and represented China at the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2012 with the artwork Light Tower.
