新办公室寻房之初，两位主理人就达成一致想法，创造一种空间体验，让所有到访者都能永生难忘。有一个空旷的建筑，让光线和微风进入，为其注入生命。一个与环境共鸣、与山水融为一体、绽放无限创意的地方。

At the beginning of the search for a new office, the two principals agreed on the idea of creating a spatial experience that would be memorable to all who visited. There is an empty building that allows light and breezes to come in and breathe life into it. A place that resonates with the environment, blends in with the landscape, and blooms boundless creativity.

连云港设计力量公司坐落在城市边缘1公里的花果山脚下，依山傍水，静心半隐，给创作和思考营造了一个静谧的空间，静下来去创作。

Lianyungang Design Power Company is located at the foot of Huaguo Mountain, 1km from the edge of the city, near the mountain and by the river, quiet and semi-hidden, creating a quiet space for creation and thinking, calm down to create.

建筑外观纯白粉饰，远远望去洁白无瑕，长达40米的围墙将中间镂空处理，恰似一幅千里画卷，透过围墙可以看城市风貌、夕阳西下。

The appearance of the building is pure white whitewash, from a distance, white and flawless, the 40-meter wall will be hollowed out in the middle, just like a picture of thousands of miles, through the wall you can see the city style, the sunset.

院内精心设有一个水池，水池中设置一个玻璃凉亭，形成视觉焦点，品茶、休闲，好不乐趣，透过玻璃与围墙横窗可以远眺城市与风景，在朝霞与落日的陪衬下，油然静心和松弛。

The courtyard is carefully equipped with a pool, a glass pavilion is set in the pool, forming a visual focus, tea, leisure, good fun, through the glass and wall window can overlook the city and scenery, in the sunset and sunset under the foil, calm and relax.

倒影的水池与凉亭、天空、城市、建筑和周围环境相映成趣。随着太阳在天空中的移动，这些空间序列将在白天和季节中发生变化。

The reflecting pool is set against the pavilion, the sky, the city, the architecture and the surrounding environment. As the sun moves across the sky, these spatial sequences will change throughout the day and season.

光线照射到的表面也会发生变化，墙壁会呈现出引人注目的阴影图案，而反射池的水则会在之前平淡无奇的表面上投射出斑驳的图案。

The surface the light hits also changes, with walls taking on striking patterns of shadows, and reflecting pool water casting mottled patterns on previously bland surfaces.

入口门前是一排寓意美好的金镶玉竹，竹子栽下两三月便迎来了鸟儿筑巢，也是增添了几分灵气。

一楼定位休闲接待与展示，进门便是给人温暖的吊挂壁炉，围炉煮茶，谈古论今，很是快哉。

空间孕育的纯粹意境，藏驻在朴拙的自然力量中，窗外的光影映于地面，好似消磨岁月一同停留，万籁此都寂，一切纷扰被隔离在外，这便是短暂安置心灵的“世外桃源”。

The pure artistic conception of space is hidden in the simple force of nature, and the light and shadow outside the window are reflected on the ground, as if the years stay together, all sounds are silent here, and all disturbances are isolated outside, which is the paradise of the mind for a short time.

美物不言，却让人感受到审美的愉悦。并不刻意区隔空间区域，游走之间便又是另一时刻的自然抚慰。舒适的座椅，悠然且盈满生命力的绿植，让人放下疲惫，拥抱新生。

Beautiful things do not say, but let people feel aesthetic pleasure. Without deliberately separating the space areas, walking between them is another moment of natural comfort. Comfortable seats, leisurely and full of vitality of green plants, let people put down tired, embrace the new.

餐厅外书法，内容为(宋)祖无择所作的东海郁林观碑铭，释文为：

起惊涛,放溟勃,披宿莽,履巉吻。惕磐石,解簪韨,挹飞泉◎,醒心骨。挥高论,谢俗物。思古人，自终日。足饮酣,清思逸,即绝壁,试奇笔。千万年,苍藓没,后有人,为吾拂。

VIP接待室透过落地窗便可看见窗外景色，户外的自然光线游走空间之内，细密的黑竹帘让美景多了一丝朦胧感，书本整齐的堆放在老木头边柜上，浓浓的岁月感扑面而来。墙面中式国画，与壁炉相得益彰，形成东西方文化融合与碰撞。

VIP reception room through the floor-to-ceiling Windows can see the scenery outside the window, outdoor natural light wandering within the space, fine black bamboo curtains make the beauty more hazy, books neatly stacked on the old wood side cabinet, thick sense of time coming. Chinese painting on the wall, and the fireplace complement each other, forming the integration and collision of Eastern and Western cultures.

楼梯间雕塑为乔尔·埃斯卡洛纳 Joel Escalona所创作，埃斯卡洛纳的雕塑提供了一个平静和安宁的时刻。他们邀请观众沉浸在宁静中，放慢脚步，欣赏自然之美、木材之美和艺术之美。

The stairwell sculpture was created by Joel Escalona, Escalonas sculpture offers a moment of calm and tranquility. They invite the audience to immerse themselves in tranquility, to slow down and appreciate the beauty of nature, wood and art.

楼梯书法，为金文大篆体，内容“唯新”，语出《诗经·大雅·文王》“周虽旧邦，其命维新”。点出“连云港设计新力量”的“新”。

二楼定位办公、会议与品茶，米白墙面搭配木纹办公桌，配上黑色转椅，整体稳重沉静。茶水间与办公区隔墙开了一扇窗，形成空间与空间的对话。

走廊一侧，老船木长凳搭配簕竹与草体书法作品，如同生活在竹林一般畅快，在交流片刻间隙，眺望天窗外风景，时间缓缓，美好顿生。阳光透过天窗洒向地面，形成光影。

走道草书，为唐代灵一诗《溪行即事》，释文为：近夜山更碧，入林溪转清。不知伏牛路，潭洞何纵横。曲岸烟初冥，平湖月未生。孤舟屡失道，但听秋泉声。

茶室的家具是经过岁月与风浪捶打的老船木，无不散发着历史和文化气息。一角的绿意点缀，也在幽静的氛围中绽放精神之花。茶器本身的器物之美，如同茶一般，需要静下心来细细品鉴，而真正的生活也需要偶尔停下匆忙的脚步，慢慢欣赏，放空自己。

The furniture of the tea room is the old ship wood that has been beaten by the years and the wind and waves, and all exude the historical and cultural atmosphere. The corner of the green embellishment, but also in the quiet atmosphere of the blooming spirit flowers. The beauty of the tea ware itself, like tea, needs to be calm to appreciate, and real life also needs to occasionally stop the hurried pace, slowly appreciate, and empty yourself.

无需艳丽的色彩冲击，质朴的纯色也能让风雅之气得以生发。会议室造型独特的桌椅，以丰富的形态让整个空间有着艺术且自然的气息。

No need for gorgeous color impact, simple pure color can also make elegant gas to grow. The unique table and chair in the meeting room gives the whole space an artistic and natural atmosphere with a rich form.

曲则全：枉则直，洼则盈，敝则新，少则得，多则惑。
