Tropical House
Tropical House
Tropical Houses original design approach was based on taking advantage of the natural conditions of the site. Facing south, the single-storey L layout is designed to open to the existing water body and take advantage of the jungle landscape. The structure is long and narrow, allowing for ample natural light and cross-ventilation in each room. Enjoying the tropical environment was the main purpose of the building, and even the four-bedroom bathroom is set in a private open-air courtyard.

Jaque Studio
Entorno Tulum Residences has the flexibility to be used either as a long-term residence or as a holiday rental. In order to make efficient use of the land and meet the required open space, Jaque Studio proposed a townhouse-style residential layout where facilities and structures are shared between the different units. The project was constructed in two phases, with a tropical corridor between the first and second phases designed to form a green buffer zone and provide some privacy for the project center.
