空间作为存在主义美学和设计哲学的交汇点。同时，它也暗示了一种深度的思考和探讨，引导进入构建的哲学世界。

对抗时间的印记

The imprint of against time

“存在主义式”的美学里，强调我们一生都在对抗时间。但和时间搏斗之后残留下来的，其实是一个个被改造的空间。

Existentialist aesthetics emphasize that we spend our lives fighting against time. But what remains after the struggle with time is actually a transformed space.

退后的尺度、阵列的手法、还有透过天井投下来的光线，即便是不识字的信徒，也能感受到神性。就像当置身于教堂之中，神圣和清澈的感觉必定会从你的心底涌起。把空间视作能承接梦想的地方，每一种空间形式都对应着一种生活理念，每个空间也都是一个世界。

The scale of the retreat, the manipulation of the array, and the light cast through the patio, even the illiterate believer, can sense the divinity. Just like when you are in a church, the feeling of holiness and clarity must rise from your heart. Regard space as a place that can undertake dreams, each form of space corresponds to a life concept, and each space is also a world.

对时间每一次决定性锁定的瞬间里，看到了空间的重新布局。不同的色彩建立了空间的不同层次，也划分了空间中的情绪。光感也会对空间进行分割，进而也分割了空间中的故事。有的时候会认为，能在时间中认识自己；然而记忆，只是在空间中的一系列的定格。每个空间，有千万个小洞，里面压缩着时间和记忆。有的空间拥挤，里面全是情绪；而有的空间宽敞，却逼迫着低头；有的空间里有寒冷的微光，有的空间充斥着迷雾。

In each moment of a decisive lock on time, we see a rearrangement of space. The different colors establish the different levels of the space and also divide the mood in the space. The sense of light also divides the space, which in turn divides the story in the space. Sometimes I think that I can know myself in time. Memory, however, is just a series of frames in space. In every space, there are thousands of small holes in which time and memory are compressed. Some space is crowded, it is full of emotions; And some space is spacious, but forced to bow; Some Spaces have cold glimmers, others are filled with fog.

空间到底是什么，它并非是填充物体的容器，是情感的居所。在空间里，有和时间这场战役，所遗留下来的美丽化石。所以，也时常拿起相机，记录着所处的空间，有人、有光线、有物品；也许，还有孤独。

What is space in the end? It is not a container filled with objects, but a dwelling place for emotions. In space, there are beautiful fossils left over from this battle with time. Therefore, I often pick up my camera to record the space where I am, with people, light and objects; And, perhaps, loneliness.

在审美的道路上，势必要理解一对矛盾又统一的关键概念。设计应该和人生一样，需要整体性，也要保证变调性。正如明亮调空间的精髓在于明中之暗，而灰暗调空间的精髓在于暗中之明。

On the road of aesthetics, it is necessary to understand a pair of contradictory and unified key concepts. Design should be the same as life, it needs integrity, but also to ensure variability. Just as the essence of the bright tone space is the darkness in the light, the essence of the dark tone space is the light in the dark.

在空间的字里行间里，设计在重复中，有差异地一点点推进内心独白的讲述。当在作品中把握住整体性和变调性的时候，音乐性也就降临了。正如巴赫在《音乐的奉献》中，用一种特殊的卡农技巧构成了怪圈，曲调转了几圈后远离了最初的调，但又在巧妙变调后回到了原来的调上。

In the space between the lines, the design is repeated, and the inner monologue is promoted little by little. When wholeness and tonality are grasped in the work, musicality comes into being. As in Bachs Devotions of Music, a special Canon technique is used to form a strange circle, in which the tune turns a few times away from the original key, but returns to the original key after a clever change of key.

整体性和变调性虽然是抽象的美学词汇，但当从美学出发后，还可以落地成无数的实际感受。色彩中，冷调有暖色，暖调有冷色；尺度里，有平衡点的重复，也有失衡点的错落。

Wholeness and tonality are abstract aesthetic words, but when starting from aesthetics, they can also be landed into countless practical feelings. Among the colors, the cold tone has warm colors, and the warm tone has cool colors; In the scale, there are the repetition of the balance point and the dislocation of the imbalance point.

在整体性中期待丰富多彩的变调性，在变化中不忘守住完整。不仅设计需要如此，人亦如此，人生亦如此。

Expect rich and colorful variation in wholeness, and do not forget to keep integrity in change. This is not only necessary for design, but also for people and life.
