这是一套三居室全朝南的户型，北向无任何采光，且户型纵深较深，加之居住者只有两个常用的私密卧室需求，因此我们将北向次卧打开做成一个多功能转换的空间，让空间具备不同场景下使用的弹性 ，公区以餐桌为中心构建屏风一体的洄游动线，在拓展场景可能性和功能完整性的前提下充分的让空间流动起来，都说房子是生活的容器，更重要的是人及生活本身，但是这个“容器”所能提供的形式包裹也决定了生活内容的延展限度，我们希望最终呈现的空间氛围是温暖自在的，也具备主人自有的气质。

This is a set of three-bedroom units all facing south, north without any daylighting, and the depth of the units is deeper, in addition to the residents only two commonly used private bedroom needs, therefore, we will open the north-facing second bedroom to make a multi-functional conversion space, so that the space has the flexibility to be used in different scenarios, it is said that the house is the container of life, and more importantly, people and life itself, but the energy that this“Container” can provide in the form of a package also determines the extent of the content of life, and we hope that the resulting space is warm and comfortable, but also with the owner-#039;s own temperament.

原有南向阳台两侧的墙体为承重墙垛，在无法遮蔽及延申的前提下，我们通过饰面一体化的方式来强化形体关系从而弱化了空间的界限感，梁体之间参差错落的高度反而成为“结构积木”之间有意思的空隙。

餐厅

原户型餐厅被L型的动线压缩在角落，在将空间打开后餐桌被置于洄游的中心，动线和功能空间形成交叉利用，最大化了空间的尺度感受。

The original dining room is compressed in the corner by L-shaped moving lines. After the space is opened, the dining table is placed in the center of migration, and the moving lines and functional Spaces are cross-utilized to maximize the scale feeling of the space.

洄游动线的引入让空间变得开放而流动，分散的功能也被有机的串联成简洁的整体，人的活动变得具备更多可能性，“不隐形的隐形门”以格栅的形式“切断”电视墙柜平面的整体，制造的起伏和错落让原有梁体的几何感自然呈现。

The introduction of migratory routes makes the space open and flowing, the scattered functions are organically linked into a concise whole, and human activities become more possible, “Non-invisible invisible door” in the form of grille“Cut off” TV wall cabinet plane as a whole, making the undulation and patchwork so that the original geometry of the beam natural presentation.

打开后的北向客卧是一个半开放的书房，因为工作原因业主需要两个书桌，联动封闭门和沙发床的加入也让空间保留了一定场景下转化为卧室的可能性

The north guest bedroom after opening is a semi-open study, because the owner needs two desks for work reasons, the addition of linked closed doors and sofa bed also allows the space to retain the possibility of transforming into a bedroom in a certain scene.

主卧利用空间尺度的合理调整加入了业主需要的双人书桌，并考虑一个具体的场景转化增加了使用细节（就是在宝宝睡着后，女主还有办公的需求，既要考虑陪伴也需要考虑降低灯光对宝宝的影响）因此我们在吊顶上预埋了内嵌式的纱帘轨道，轨道直接延申入柜体，平时帘子都是藏在柜体内部的时候，需要空间转换的时候可以拉出来以遮挡台灯的光线，并保证对宝宝的陪伴和照顾。

The master bedroom uses the reasonable adjustment of the spatial scale to add the double desk required by the owner, and considers a specific scene transformation to increase the use details (that is, after the baby falls asleep, the hostess still has the needs of office, which needs to consider both accompanying and reducing the impact of lighting on the baby). Therefore, we have embedded the screen curtain track on the suspended ceiling, and the track directly extends into the cabinet. Usually, when the curtain is hidden inside the cabinet, it can be pulled out to block the light of the lamp when the space needs to be converted, and ensure the company and care of the baby.

次卧空间并不大，是给孩子预留的房间，因此需要考虑休息-学习-衣物收纳和书柜收纳整体的功能融合，我们将床靠边防止，将原有的U型动线简化为L型动线，增加储物功能的同时也腾出来更多可以活动的空间。

The space of the second bedroom is not large, which is reserved for children, so we need to consider the functional integration of rest, study, clothing storage and bookcase storage. We will prevent the bedside, simplify the original U-shaped moving line into L-shaped moving line, increase the storage function and free up more space for activities.
