天湖岛作为香港置地2020城市级战略新品，三面环水，23席独墅落于湖心岛尖；其建筑形态颠覆思维探索，以“游艇造型”致敬后现代主义风格，并重塑万物无界共生共融的豪宅生活。

Tianhu Island as Hong Kong Land 2020 city-level strategic new product, surrounded by water on three sides, 23 villas fall in the middle of the lake island tip; Its architectural form subverted thought exploration, paid tribute to the postmodernist style with yacht shape, and reshaped the mansion life of boundless coexistence and integration of all things.

Architecture, space, and life are not defined options, but states that can be broken, reshaped, and changed according to ones heart, they are the subject and object of each other, presenting diverse and vigorous organic vitality.

设计师马光延续建筑形态语言，跳出已知的思维方式，关注空间与人产生通感的场景体验，勾勒无界概念，完善——自然是建筑的装饰，建筑是空间的影像，空间是居者精神的关照——内在逻辑思考。

The designer Ma Guang continues the architectural form language, jumps out of the known way of thinking, pays attention to the scene experience of space and people, Outlines the concept of boundless, and improves - nature is the decoration of the building, the building is the image of the space, and the space is the care of the spirit of the dweller - internal logical thinking.

不规则的悬浮踏步结构，搭配钢板油漆、玻璃栏杆及镜面不锈钢，楼梯自成艺术。头顶悬挂透明的彩色飞鱼，静态之中沿着曲线动势，感知穿越星际漫步太空的未来感。颇费心思的异形小夜灯，轻盈而来，嵌入墙面浑然一体。

The irregular suspended step structure, with steel paint, glass railing and mirrored stainless steel, makes the staircase an art of its own. Overhead hanging transparent colorful flying fish, static along the curve of the dynamic force, the sense of the future across the stars walk in space. A thoughtful shaped night light that comes in light and is embedded in the wall as one.

大面积白与局部黑构成空间底色，它们无声地对话拓宽了“有”的限度，也以包容的姿态等待每一个“未知的到来”。浮动的光影落在静态“游艇”上，泛起涟漪，增强空间的趣味张力和层次感。

The large area of white and local black constitute the background color of space. They have a silent dialogue to broaden the limit of ‘there’, and also wait for every ‘unknown arrival’ with an inclusive attitude. Floating light and shadow fall on the static yacht, causing ripples to enhance the interesting tension and sense of hierarchy of the space.

大量曲线使用是马光对大师扎哈 · 哈迪德的致敬。

曲线契合游艇航行的路径，灵动多变，柔和自由；光跃于其中并与之互动，减少金属感带来的距离，打开通透视觉。

The extensive use of curves is Ma Guangs homage to master Zaha Hadid. Curves fit the yacht sailing path, flexible, soft and free; Light jumps in and interacts with it, reducing the distance brought by the metallic feeling and opening the transparent vision.

“如果未来是一定会到来的未知数，那么它会发生在任何时间地点。当我们的想法突破了已知，呈现出来的‘不同’会让我们进入未来的当下。”

If the future is an unknown that must come, it can happen anywhere, anytime. When our ideas break out of the known, the difference that emerges allows us to enter the present into the future.

Colors, dreams

黑与白是确定的时间分割，概括一整天的两个时段；黑与白是不确定的色彩，白是对未知的包容，黑是藏进寂静的喧嚣。在它们各自身上以及它们中间还可以手绘出怎样的梦境？

Black and white are definite time divisions that summarize the two periods of the day; Black and white are uncertain colors, white is the tolerance of the unknown, black is hidden into the noise of silence. What other dreams can be drawn on each of them and between them?

在6m挑空的客厅，一匹黑马雕塑和飞鱼吊灯怪诞而真实，闪烁出天马行空、轻松自在的心态。有限的空间，成为了居者专属的“全世界”。

In the 6m empty living room, a black horse sculpture and flying fish chandelier are eerie and realistic, flashing a carefree and relaxed mind. The limited space has become the exclusive whole world.

跟随形体的变化，感知色彩引发的视觉爆炸，像破土而出的枝桠，渐渐开满了花，绽放饱满的情绪；情绪透过设计对色彩的主次排序和比例关系而窥知一二。

Following the changes of the form, the visual explosion caused by the perception of color, like a branch out of the ground, gradually blooming full of flowers, blooming full of emotions; Emotions can be seen through the primary and secondary ordering and proportional relationship of colors in the design.

黑白之间，首先铺开平静的蓝色和鲜艳的红色。蓝是天空是大海是自然的中心，是沉稳内敛的力量；红是朝阳是晚霞，是炽烈的初生，是愉悦的回归。鲜明地碰撞出内心的欲望，经由画作、地毯、饰面、家具，穿梭于变化多姿的梦中，探索自我与世界的关系。

Between black and white, first spread out the calm blue and bright red. Blue is the sky, the sea is the center of nature, is a calm and restrained force; Red is the sunrise is the sunset glow, is the fiery birth, is the return of pleasure. Through paintings, carpets, finishes and furniture, you can explore the relationship between yourself and the world through changing dreams.

橙与黄是空间的另一抹亮色，肆意张扬地生长。色彩之外，动物形象也常见于空间，纯粹童真的喜好装点着一切；让看似不相关的一切巧妙融合，随心而转成为“全年龄段的游乐园”，当下与未来早就在脑海里交织、更迭，唤醒每一种生活状态。

Orange and yellow are another bright color of space, growing wantonly. In addition to color, animal images are also commonly seen in space, and the pure childlike taste decorates everything; Let all seemingly unrelated clever integration, and turn into a amusement park for all ages, the present and the future have long been intertwined in the mind, changing, waking up every state of life.

设计注重收纳功能，主卫洗手台面，通过高度差设计隐藏凹槽，不同深度存放不同物品，并配备插座，实用而美观。

The design pays attention to the storage function, the main washbasin surface, through the height difference design to hide the groove, different depths to store different items, and equipped with sockets, practical and beautiful.

Paint along the grain

整个建筑依湖傍水，花园的水景理念便由此而出；热带植物与建筑产生强烈的对比差异，囊括着生命的不同形态。

The whole building is near the lake, and the water feature concept of the garden is derived from it. Tropical plants create a strong contrast with architecture, encompassing different forms of life.

本案是设计师马光与业主共同营造的关于“未来的想象”。对于马光来说，这是一趟“突破思维，修炼内在”的设计之旅，一次次解构再重构，用感官体验去创造空间的可能性，去开启不被探知的生活模样。

This case is the imagination of the future jointly created by designer Ma Guang and the owner. For Ma Guang, this is a design journey of breaking through the thinking and cultivating the inner, deconstructing and reconstructing again and again, using sensory experience to create the possibility of space, to open the unexplored life.
