Nestled in the heart of Riyadh’s KAFD business district, the Toby’s Estate store has been meticulously designed to create a haven of tranquillity for customers seeking a breathing space from the fast-paced corporate world. In response to a design brief centered on crafting a standout central bar as the focal point of a coffee shop, the Studio Nesef team undertook the challenge to create an unparalleled space merging functionality with aesthetic allure.

Toby’s Estate 商店坐落于利雅得 KAFD 商业区的中心地带，经过精心设计，旨在为在快节奏的企业世界中寻求喘息空间的顾客打造一个宁静的港湾。为了响应以打造一个出色的中央酒吧作为咖啡店焦点为中心的设计概要，Nesef 工作室团队接受了挑战，创造一个无与伦比的空间，将功能与审美魅力融为一体。

Two distinct types of seating were integrated into the layout: dining seating for a more formal setting and lounge seating prioritizing comfort and leisure, catering to diverse customer preferences. To combat the spatial constraints of the narrow plan, we utilized two levels of seating, effectively delineating the seating zones from the central bar while imbuing the space with depth and dynamism.

布局中融入了两种不同类型的座椅：餐厅座椅适合更正式的环境，休闲座椅则优先考虑舒适和休闲，满足不同顾客的喜好。为了克服狭窄平面的空间限制，我们利用了两层座位，有效地从中央酒吧划定了座位区，同时为空间注入了深度和活力。

An innovative touch was introduced with rippled metal pieces adorning the walls, not only injecting texture but also orchestrating captivating plays of light, enriching the ambiance with subtle nuances. Given the locale’s high-end business district setting, a sophisticated color palette of greys, beiges, and browns was curated, striking a delicate balance between upscale elegance and welcoming warmth.

墙壁上装饰有波纹金属件，引入了创新的触感，不仅注入了质感，还编排了迷人的光影，以微妙的细微差别丰富了氛围。考虑到该地区的高端商业区环境，精心设计了灰色、米色和棕色的调色板，在高档优雅和温馨温馨之间取得了微妙的平衡。

A crowning feature of the design is the curved ceiling chandelier, a masterful creation crafted from an array of more than 200 Random Solo, varying in different finishes and shades. This bespoke installation serves as a captivating focal point, seamlessly harmonizing with the overall design ethos while infusing the space with a touch of luxury.

该设计的一大特色是弧形天花板枝形吊灯，这是一件由 200 多个随机独奏吊灯精心制作而成的杰作，具有不同的饰面和色调。这个定制的装置作为一个迷人的焦点，与整体设计精神无缝协调，同时为空间注入了奢华的气息。
