弄堂，即小巷。上海最具特色的民居形式，也是浮华城市的平静梦，上海人生活在弄堂里，上海人的故事也发生在弄堂里。巴金先生在弄堂里完成《海的梦》；张爱玲女士在弄堂里将老上海的一颦一笑写得丝丝入扣。

在文化的絮语里，弄堂是古朴风情的红墙、藤蔓缠绕的老虎窗、厚实乌漆的大门，也是石库门、万国旗、梧桐树、十里洋场、车水马龙。如果城市历史是记忆的光影，那弄堂无疑是老上海的人情味儿。

In the cultural language, the lane is a simple style of red walls, vine wound tiger Windows, thick black lacquer doors, but also Shikumen, ten thousand national flags, plane trees, ten miles of foreign fields, traffic. If the history of the city is the light and shadow of memory, then the lane is undoubtedly the human flavor of old Shanghai.

Tony Chi was the principal consultant on the concept and development of the project. His vision emphasizes the fundamental experience of lifestyle and aims to enhance the lives of residents by improving the quality of air, water and sound, thus meeting all sensory needs. This approach is designed to provide a higher living experience for residents.

新湖天潼198位于北外滩地区，紧邻一江一河，是距离外滩风貌保护区最近的高端居住区。项目特邀季裕棠Tony Chi担任开发总顾问，设计团队goa、PLA、Design333则分别操刀建筑、景观和室内。文化在此交映、历史从历史中走出，又用未来之笔重新书写。

Xinhu Tiantong 198 is located in the North Bund area, close to the Yijiang River, which is the closest high-end residential area to the Bund style Protection area. The project invited Tony Chi to serve as the general development consultant, and the design team goa, PLA and Design333 worked on the architecture, landscape and interior respectively. Culture is reflected here, history comes out of history, and is rewritten with the pen of the future.

在北外滩的一江两河畔，一栋改良石库门建筑静悄悄地讲述着上海的故事。goa的设计师们面对场地既有建筑已拆除的风貌保护难题，匠心独运，以现代设计手法演绎新时代里弄，将繁花似锦的历史风情融入中式生活，筑起了一个既现代又古典的生活雅舍。

On the two banks of the North Bund, an improved Shikumen building quietly tells the story of Shanghai. The designers of goa are faced with the problem of protecting the features of the existing buildings on the site, and with ingenuity, they interpret the new era with modern design techniques, integrate the colorful historical customs into Chinese life, and build a modern and classical living cottage.

设计团队执笔，不仅在历史建筑的经典中汲取灵感，更是以新材料和工艺，巧妙衔接传统形制与现代审美。但最纯粹的设计理念，莫过于生活本身。他们用匠心编织居所，在人与人、人与自然、人与城市的交融间，留下幽微的光与影。

The design team not only draws inspiration from the classic of historical architecture, but also uses new materials and techniques to skillfully connect traditional shape and modern aesthetic. But the purest idea of design is life itself. They weave their homes with ingenuity, leaving a faint light and shadow between people, people and nature, people and the city.

不仅诉说着石库门的过往，更勾勒出一种对未来生活的美好期许。

穿梭于上海的繁华街巷，仿佛能听到历史的低语，红砖墙与石库门诉说着这座城市的独特韵味。PLA的景观设计也源于此，汲取文化精髓，将石库门元素巧妙地融入其中，使每一处景观都仿佛是一首优美的诗篇。

Walking through the bustling streets of Shanghai, it seems that you can hear the whispers of history. The red brick walls and Shikumen tell the unique charm of the city. PLAs landscape design also comes from this, absorbing the essence of culture, cleverly integrating Shikumen elements into it, making every landscape seem like a beautiful poem.

归家体验，心归家至，归家的路应该是一场视觉与心灵的盛宴。因此，每一个空间都能成为连接人与自然、公共与私人的桥梁，中心庭院、主弄、支弄、入口空间，再至样板间庭院，一步一景，不断发现新的惊喜。

Home experience, heart to home, home road should be a visual and spiritual feast. Therefore, every space can become a bridge connecting people and nature, public and private, the central courtyard, the main lane, the branch lane, the entrance space, and then to the courtyard of the model room, step by step, and constantly discover new surprises.

让房子拥有可传承的价值

FOR GENERATIONS

白，代表着纯粹与包容，盒子则寓意空间与界限。从环保及定制理念出发，重视硬装品质与工艺，而非视觉效果，为软装留白，为“不同”与“时间”留有余地。

White represents purity and tolerance, while the box implies space and boundaries. Starting from the concept of environmental protection and customization, we attach importance to the quality and craftsmanship of hard installation, rather than visual effects, leaving white space for soft installation, leaving room for different and time.

白盒子的设计，既是一个开放的舞台，让业主的创意自由挥洒；又是一种尊重，确保每个人都能在其中找到属于自己的独特角落。在一片纯净的画布中，绘制更多美好的故事与回忆。

The design of the white box is not only an open stage, but also allows the owners creativity to freely spill; It is also a form of respect to ensure that everyone can find their own unique corner in it. In a pure canvas, paint more beautiful stories and memories.

生活的诗篇，智慧的留白

设计伊始，新湖为空间设定了主人：40岁左右的海派人士，喜欢全世界旅游并且把当地的小物件带回家里展示，形成时光的记忆，而骨子里也流淌着对东方的爱。依据定制设计得以展开，当然这种定制随时都可以在白盒子里发生。

At the beginning of the design, the new lake set the owner for the space: about 40 years old Shanghai people, like to travel around the world and bring local small objects to show at home, forming memories of time, and the love of the East is flowing in the bone. It unfolds according to custom design, and of course this customization can take place in the white box at any time.

步入居所，首先映入眼帘的是玄关。木饰面与大理石地面相映成趣，简洁而不失高雅。这里不仅是出入的通道，更是功能的集结地，长凳不仅承载着书籍，更可以摆放酒杯、小点心，为访客提供了一个轻松的交流空间。

Entering the residence, the first thing you see is the porch. Wood finish and marble floor complement each other, simple yet elegant. Here is not only the access channel, but also the function of the gathering place, the bench not only carries books, but also can put glasses, snacks, to provide a relaxed communication space for visitors.

玄关后方是前室，也是空间的一大亮点，踏入家门，可将外出携带的行李箱、雨伞等生活用具以及客人进入房间的衣物进行存放和休憩一隅。

Behind the entrance is the front room, which is also a highlight of the space. When you step into the door, you can store and rest your suitcases, umbrellas and other living utensils as well as the clothes that guests enter the room.

传统与现代

社交与多元

在这充满诗意的空间里，每一寸都弥漫着艺术与生活。椅凳的布料用色彩感、肌理感与层次感交织出韵味，仿佛现代与传统正在碰撞。地毯选取纯羊毛制品，图案则以植物花卉为灵感，既丰富了空间的视觉效果，又巧妙地与整体素雅的氛围相融合。

In this poetic space, every inch is filled with art and life. The fabric of the chair is interwoven with color, texture and layering, as if modernity and tradition are colliding. The carpets are made of pure wool, and the patterns are inspired by plants and flowers, which not only enriches the visual effect of the space, but also cleverly integrates with the overall elegant atmosphere.

在这里古典与现代再次碰撞，展现了独特的艺术魅力；而那款来自法国陶艺家的签名款灯具，更仿佛太阳神鸟与三足鸟的化身，为空间平添几分神秘与浪漫。

Here classical and modern collide again, showing a unique artistic charm; The signature lamps from the French ceramist are more like the incarnation of the sun bird and the three-legged bird, adding a little mystery and romance to the space.

世界即舞台

此客厅非彼客厅，更像是生活与艺术的舞台。满足日常起居也安放心灵，无论沉思笔耕，或是宾朋满座，皆能随心所欲。

This living room is not another living room, but more like a stage for life and art. Meet the daily life also set the soul, whether meditation, or full of friends, can do whatever you want.

布局设计，以“圆”破“方”，如老子所言：“大道废，有仁义；智慧出，有大伪。”此圆概念，赋予生活与社交更广阔之舞台，为居住者带来便捷与舒适。

Layout design, round to break square, as Lao Tzu said: avenue waste, there is benevolence and justice; Out of wisdom comes great falsehood. This circle concept gives a broader stage of life and social interaction, bringing convenience and comfort to the occupants.

厨房颠覆了传统印象，成为一个干净、舒适的社交场所。设计师将家庭成员的互动场景融入其中，小酒柜的设置让人们在享受美食的同时，也能品味生活的点滴。从餐厅望向厨房，一幅温馨的生活画卷尽收眼底。

The kitchen subverts traditional stereotypes and becomes a clean and comfortable place to socialize. The designer integrates the interactive scene of family members into it, and the setting of the small wine cabinet allows people to enjoy the food at the same time, but also taste the little bits of life. From the dining room to the kitchen, a warm picture of life can be seen.

精钢金属光泽与包豪斯设计语言，传统与现代，摩登与复古，于此交汇。线条、质感、光泽交相辉映。冰箱搭配木饰橱柜门板，置于操作台下方的小酒柜，细节处彰显主人的个性与品味。

Steel metallic luster and Bauhaus design language, traditional and modern, modern and retro, meet here. Line, texture, gloss complement each other. The refrigerator is equipped with wooden cabinet door panels, and the small wine cabinet is placed under the operating table, and the details highlight the personality and taste of the host.

在这个作品中，餐厅与厨房不再仅仅是功能的体现，更是情感的交流空间。它们以诗情画意的方式展示了白盒子设计的新理念，同时也融入了智能化的科技元素，为生活带来了更多的便利与美好。

In this work, the dining room and the kitchen are no longer just the embodiment of functions, but also the communication space of emotions. They show the new concept of white box design in a poetic way, and also integrate intelligent scientific and technological elements, bringing more convenience and beauty to life.

书房，作为家中知识与灵感的交汇点，其设计承载着多重意义。在这个充满海派风情的空间里，沈周的明朝画作与西方现代画作交相辉映，彰显出中西艺术的和谐对话。这不仅是一种视觉的享受，更是对文化交融的深度诠释。

The study, as the meeting point of knowledge and inspiration in the home, carries multiple meanings in its design. In this space full of Shanghai style, Shen Zhous Ming Dynasty paintings and Western modern paintings complement each other, highlighting the harmonious dialogue between Chinese and Western art. This is not only a visual enjoyment, but also a deep interpretation of cultural integration.

在季裕棠的笔下，空间将传统与现代、东方与西方完美融合，打造出一个既具有历史韵味又不失现代感的场域。

靠墙而设的沙发区，宛如一个静谧的港湾，让人在阅读的海洋中遨游后得以休憩。这里的每一处细节，都透露出对知识的尊重和对生活的热爱，每个人都可以找到属于自己的那片宁静与舒适。

In Ji Yutangs works, the space is a perfect fusion of tradition and modernity, east and West, creating a field with both historical charm and modern sense.

The sofa area set against the wall is like a quiet harbor, allowing people to relax after traveling in the ocean of reading. Every detail here reveals respect for knowledge and love for life, and everyone can find their own piece of peace and comfort.

环保，激荡的爱与责任

在繁忙的都市中，人们渴望一片属于自己的宁静天地，一个可以诗意栖居的空间，主卧设计，以此为出发点。

In the busy city, people long for a quiet world of their own, a space where they can live poetically. The master bedroom design takes this as the starting point.

遵从于白盒子的初心，将环保理念融入每一寸空间，打造出一处既实用又充满艺术气息的生活场所，更是对社会的爱与回馈、对资源的责任与反思。

In accordance with the original intention of White Box, the concept of environmental protection is integrated into every inch of space to create a practical and artistic living place, but also love and feedback to the society, responsibility and reflection on resources.

软装的选择同样体现了对环保的承诺。所有家具和装饰品都经过严格的筛选，不仅美观实用，更注重环保和可持续性。壁纸、窗帘等软装饰也可根据需要自由更换，为不同的主人提供极大的灵活度，让空间随心情而变，随季节而换。

The choice of soft clothing also reflects a commitment to environmental protection. All furniture and decorations are strictly screened, not only beautiful and practical, but also environmentally friendly and sustainable. Wallpaper, curtains and other soft decorations can also be freely replaced according to needs, providing great flexibility for different owners, so that the space changes with the mood, with the season.

“我觉得卫生间不应该像卫生间，可以像一个gallery。”Tony Chi说，这是他设计白盒子的重点空间之一。于他而言，卫生间早已超越了其单纯的实用功能，不仅仅是一个洗漱的场所，更是一个展现个性、品味与创意的独特场域。

I dont think a bathroom should be like a bathroom. It should be like a gallery. Tony Chi said this was one of his key Spaces in designing the white box. For him, the bathroom has long gone beyond its simple practical function, not only a place to wash, but also a unique field to show personality, taste and creativity.

Tony坚信，这里设计应当兼顾舒适与美观，男女面盆的分区设置不仅体现了对隐私的尊重，也提高了空间的使用效率。这样的布局，让每位家庭成员都能享受到属于自己的私密，还巧妙地营造出了一种有序而和谐的生活氛围。

Tony firmly believes that the design should be both comfortable and beautiful, and the partition of the male and female basins not only reflects the respect for privacy, but also improves the efficiency of the use of space. This layout allows each family member to enjoy their own privacy, but also subtly creates an orderly and harmonious living atmosphere.

“浴缸旁的边几不仅是放置洗漱用品的实用台面，更是一个可以发挥无限创意的创作台。”在这里，可以摆放几本心爱的书籍，或是几支心仪的香薰，甚至是一束鲜花或一件小巧的艺术品……不是功能的堆砌，而是一个够触动心灵、激发灵感的美好与慰藉。

The side table next to the bathtub is not only a practical countertop for toiletries, but also a creative platform for unlimited creativity. Here, you can put a few favorite books, or a few favorite aromatherapy, or even a bunch of flowers or a small piece of art... It is not a stack of functions, but a beauty and comfort that touches the soul and inspires.
