SEBASTIAN ZUCHOWICKI is an Argentinian American interior designer who graduated from the New York School of Interior Design. After gaining experience working at STUDIO MELLON and STUDIO SOFIELD, he launched his own design firm in New York in 2020.

On the Jersey Shore in New Jersey, a historic beachfront community has welcomed a notable new landmark - the James Bradley Hotel, a boutique hotel that not only enhances the charm of the coast, but also becomes a major addition to the local area with its unique design and philosophy.

詹姆斯·布拉德利酒店坐落在风景如画的布拉德利海滩，拥有118年的历史。经过一年的精心修复和扩建，这座昔日的“沙堡旅馆”被改造成了一个拥有17间客房的精品酒店，由业主乔治·迪斯特凡诺（George DiStefano）和室内设计师塞巴斯蒂安·祖霍维奇（Sebastian Zuchowicki）共同打造，标志着他们首次涉足酒店业。

The James Bradley Hotel is located on picturesque Bradley Beach and has a history of 118 years. After a year of meticulous restoration and expansion, the former Sandcastle hotel has been transformed into a 17-room boutique hotel by owner George DiStefano and interior designer Sebastian Zuchowicki, Marks their first foray into the hospitality industry.

The hotels design philosophy is to combine tradition with modernity to create an experience that reflects the essence of the Jersey Shore while showcasing the elegant side of casual living. Di Stefano wanted to create a place that would capture the spirit of the Jersey Shore while incorporating timeless and minimalist design elements that would allow casual living to be elegant as well.

The hotels interiors feature elegant vintage furniture, sourced locally and internationally, combined with Zukhovichs custom designs to create a unique atmosphere. Handmade tables, lamps and 20 white oak folding screens made by DiStefano further enhance the decor.

The hotel has partnered with Flamingo Manor, an emerging but already recognized soap and houseware brand, to ensure that the guests stay experience is of high quality from every small detail down.
