千禧之年,松山湖横空出世,见证了这座城市从“世界工厂”到“创新之城”的转变。如果把松山湖比作人的一生,它历经万重山,归来仍正值好年华。
In the millennium, Songshan Lake was born, witnessing the transformation of the city from world factory to city of innovation. If Songshan Lake is compared to a persons life, it has gone through thousands of mountains, and it is still in a good age.

                            
郑州保利璞悦将其诗句般隐喻的力量注入其中,使空间呈现持续的生命力。仿佛将时间流逝安静地收敛捡来,给予能量的存在,利落且温柔,深沉却又不失明媚。能量之源的光,是构图与表现,亦是连接现实与想象的桥梁,一如德国古典文学般理性沉稳、庄重内敛遇上浪漫主义文学。
Zhengzhou Poly Puyue injects the power of its poetic metaphor into it, making the space present continuous vitality. As if the passage of time quietly convergence to pick up, giving the existence of energy, crisp and gentle, deep but not yet bright. The light, the source of energy, is the composition and expression, and also the bridge connecting reality and imagination, just like the rational and calm, solemn and restrained German classical literature meets romantic literature.

以建筑之语序,体现生活之本意

                            
所有自然的材料,就好像山峰、溪流、空气甚至我们的存在都是由光组成的,这些褶皱的黑色体量就是材料的投影,也因此阴影属于光亮。

近境制作在设计中揉以现代主义的建筑观以及东方文化的哲学思想,从国际视野的角度,体现两种不同文化和美学思考。通过使用者视角透過空间中隐藏于水平、垂直轴线,回游动线与逗留,体量交错与脱离,带来不一样的生活感悟。
In the design, the Near production combines the architectural concept of modernism and the philosophical thought of Eastern culture, reflecting two different cultures and aesthetic thinking from an international perspective. Through the users perspective, it is hidden in the horizontal and vertical axes in the space, back to the walking line and stay, and the volume is staggered and separated, bringing different life perceptions.

玄关处的金属隔断体现出设计师竭力求新的二元做法与室内建筑的设计理念,重新解读东西文化的解构与结合,使现代几何形态兼具东方美学视角。
The metal partition in the entrance reflects the designers striving for a new dual approach and the design concept of interior architecture, reinterpreting the deconstruction and combination of eastern and western cultures, so that the modern geometric form has an eastern aesthetic perspective.

设计师尊重建筑的优越条件,构建开阔的LDK动区格局。强调专业与严谨的精细工学,擅长以精巧细节修饰大尺度空间带来的距离感,在细节中引导观者走向。通过材质主题的延续性,统一空间,体现生活的包容。
The designer respects the superior conditions of the building and builds an open LDK dynamic area pattern. Emphasizing professional and rigorous fine engineering, he is good at decorating the sense of distance brought by large-scale space with exquisite details, and guiding the viewer in the details. Through the continuity of the material theme, the space is unified and the life is inclusive.

质朴的木纹搭配轻灵简洁的金属,並在材料质感和色彩上注入温度,交织出与人亲近,简洁纯粹的空间。西厨区几何构成的岛台型随机能,符合生活方式多样化带来的功能需要。
The simple wood grain is combined with the light and simple metal, and the temperature is injected into the material texture and color, weaving out a simple and pure space that is close to people. The geometric island type random energy of the west kitchen area meets the functional needs brought by the diversification of life style.

将自然融入室内设计
隐于建筑之中,空间之上

                            
希望不仅仅是空间元素,更强调人与自然之间,透过这些元素产生感受自然、光线、风流、水景、空气在室内空间流动,触发情感。

挑空区是地下会客区场域的延伸。室内和面向室外庭院继承了勒·柯布西耶的粗野主义。
The empty area is an extension of the underground reception area. The interior and outward-facing courtyards inherit Le Corbusiers brutalism.

通过自然元素、天然材质、绿植的引入、自然光线的多重利用,创造与自然环境互相联系的空间。运用木材、石材、棉麻布艺等天然材质,并带来质朴而自然的美感。
Through the introduction of natural elements, natural materials, green plants, and the multiple use of natural light, the space is created to connect with the natural environment. Natural materials such as wood, stone, cotton and linen are used to bring a simple and natural aesthetic feeling.

通过特殊的表面处理,尝试让时间承载在材质之上。石皮带有时间的属性,镌刻着记忆。不同序列的排布节奏,强化了天然肌理的呈现,成为户内与自然的沟通媒介,阐述出浑然天成的空间情绪。
Through special surface treatment, try to let the time bear on the material. Stone skin with the property of time, engraved with memory. The arrangement rhythm of different sequences strengthens the presentation of natural texture, becomes the communication medium between indoor and nature, and illustrates the spatial emotion that is naturally formed.

在中国传统文化中,书房本身就是一个具备艺术体验、阅读写作与图书收藏等多元功能的空间。设计师希望在现代设计语言中,展现中西文化碰撞和融合。当一种艺术遇到另外一种艺术,可以碰撞出一种新颖、独特、内涵丰富的表达方式。从空间布局出发,推敲人与居所的关系,承载历史文脉与当下空间,预演未来的无限可能,以设计美学重构,实现居者未探索过的需求边界。
In traditional Chinese culture, the study itself is a space with multiple functions such as art experience, reading and writing, and book collection. The designer hopes to show the collision and integration of Chinese and Western cultures in the modern design language. When one kind of art meets another kind of art, it can collide with a new, unique and rich expression. Starting from the spatial layout, it explores the relationship between people and residence, carries the historical context and the current space, rehearses the infinite possibilities of the future, and realizes the unexplored demand boundary with the reconstruction of design aesthetics.

通过打造东方审美布局及几何构造的现代风格屏风,收揽展现了西方雕塑艺术以及收藏。构成后的中式书架回应着空间的主色调与节奏感。桌上的古希腊雕塑及书籍的陈列,得以窥见地域文化带来的情怀与志趣。泼墨挥毫的写意风格以油画的装裱方式陈列。
By creating a modern style screen with Oriental aesthetic layout and geometric structure, it showcases Western sculpture art and collection. The Chinese bookshelf responds to the main tone and rhythm of the space. The display of ancient Greek sculptures and books on the table gives a glimpse of the feelings and aspirations brought by regional culture. The freehand style of splashing ink is displayed in the mounted way of oil painting.

设计遵从自然,在生活美学中借鉴古典生态,光倾泻于空间,书房、吧台的视野延伸到户外景观。利用自然采光和仔细斟酌的灯光处理方式,让这里安然静谧。温润的光影下,有着东方人文的审美志趣。空间与人、人在空间发生的需求,已逐渐上升为人们的社交需求,乃至精神文化需求,开启空间与人的共生。
The design follows nature and draws on classical ecology in the aesthetics of life. Light pours into the space, and the view of the study and bar extends to the outdoor landscape. The use of natural lighting and a carefully considered lighting treatment provides peace and quiet. Under the warm light and shadow, there is the aesthetic interest of Oriental culture. The need for space and people, and the need for people to occur in space, has gradually risen to peoples social needs, and even spiritual and cultural needs, opening the symbiosis between space and people.

红酒雪茄展示区,以开放中岛为轴,打破空间疆界,却有着隐藏的关联性。金属隔断用使空间性质重新解析、组合、体现秩序,以“庭院深深”、“帘幕无重”为灵感来源突破了传统的空间形式和序列。
The red wine and cigar exhibition, with the opening of the middle island as the axis, breaks the space boundary, but has a hidden correlation. The metal partition is used to re-analyze, combine and reflect the order of the space nature, breaking through the traditional space form and sequence with deep courtyard and curtain without weight as the inspiration source.

灵活性的使用空间使空间融入当代审美面貌和多元的全新空间体验,根据主人需要,各个区域可任意组合创造出新的使用方式,为居住带来了更多样的体验,派对聚会、家庭休闲、会客社交随时切换。
The flexible use of space makes the space integrate into the contemporary aesthetic appearance and diversified new space experience. According to the needs of the owner, each area can be arbitrarily combined to create a new way of use, bringing more diverse experiences for living, and switching at any time between parties, family leisure and meeting and socializing.

卧室构成的静区环境,多情景打造生活空间,呈现不同需求的空间表达。主卧室以豪华套间配套设计,内藏珍品收藏间,兼具首饰收纳和收藏珍品功能,符合高端客户的品质生活需求。主卧室睡眠区以皮革与布艺饰面作为床头背景的主要饰面,注重材质的质感和纹理巧妙的搭配和组合,营造出一种层次丰富、立体感强的视觉效果。
The quiet area environment composed by the bedroom creates a living space with multiple scenes and presents the spatial expression of different needs. The master bedroom is designed as a luxury suite with a treasure collection room, which has both jewelry storage and treasure collection functions, meeting the quality life needs of high-end customers. The sleeping area of the master bedroom uses leather and cloth as the main decoration of the headboard background, focusing on the texture of the material and the clever collocation and combination of textures to create a visual effect with rich layers and strong three-dimensional sense.

次卧空间可以看到庭院的自然景致,引树为景,呈现独特的自然光影空间和东方气韵。
The second bedroom space can see the natural scenery of the courtyard, with trees as the scenery, presenting a unique natural light and shadow space and eastern charm.

从当代东方的思考角度,使用多种造型台灯,将光影的呈现得更加温润、层次有变化,延续了自然光的元素,使视觉脉络增添不同样貌。黑色木饰面和米色石材所制作的柜体、地板、窗帘等采用大地色系搭配,自然元素的肌理纹路回应着户外的景观。
From the perspective of contemporary Oriental thinking, a variety of lamps are used to present the light and shadow more warm and varied, continuing the elements of natural light and adding different looks to the visual context. Cabinets, floors and curtains made of black wood veneer and beige stone are matched with earth colors, and the texture of natural elements responds to the outdoor landscape.
