受到东方建筑中光影相互作用的启发，我们借鉴了谷崎润一郎的见解来寻找创作灵感。

Inspired by the interplay of light and shadow in Eastern architecture, we borrowed the insights of Runichiro Tanizaki to seek creative inspiration.

谷崎对阴影神秘魅力的思考与我们的愿景产生了深刻的共鸣：“对我们来说，看不见的东西并不存在。这是我们祖先的天才，他们通过切断这个空旷空间的光线，将光线传递给形成阴影的世界。其神秘性和深度优于任何壁画或装饰品。” （《阴影礼赞》，1977）

Tanizakis contemplation of the mysterious charm of shadows resonates deeply with our vision: For us, invisible things do not exist. This is the genius of our ancestors, who cut off the light in this open space and transmitted it to the world that forms shadows. Its mystery and depth are superior to any mural or decoration. (Shadow Praise, 1977)

我们以光与影的二分法为指导原则，探索了通过对光的丰富和缺乏进行创新处理，使空间散发出深度和吸引力的设计。

We guided by the principle of the dichotomy of light and shadow, and explored the design of creating depth and attractiveness in space through innovative treatment of the richness and deficiency of light.

受整体结构高度规定的限制，设计了一个中央庭院，以利用底层和地下室的自然光。

A central courtyard was designed to utilize natural light from the ground floor and basement, subject to the height requirements of the overall structure.

分布在这两层楼上，精心布置的光室和天窗使我们能够控制房屋的宽敞和宏伟，当太阳每天在天空中移动时，创造出鲜明的视觉变化。住宅的中心是双层中央庭院，很快就成为了几棵银杏树的家园，让厨房、餐厅和正式的客厅充满了明亮的温暖和光线。

Distributed on these two floors, the carefully arranged light rooms and skylights allow us to control the spaciousness and grandeur of the house, creating vivid visual changes as the sun moves in the sky every day. The center of the residence is a double layered central courtyard, which quickly became the home of several ginkgo trees, filling the kitchen, dining room, and formal living room with bright warmth and light.

In contrast, more private spaces, including bedrooms, suites, and study areas, are bathed in soft and diffuse light, evoking a sense of tranquility and introspection.

对天然材料的精心选择凸显了我们的设计理念。和谐、中性的色调与充满活力的内部庭院相得益彰，在整个住宅营造出一种宁静、优雅的氛围。我们选择了大型整体石材结构与小规模鹅卵石地板并置，展示了原始、朴实纹理的内在优雅。

The careful selection of natural materials highlights our design philosophy. The harmonious and neutral tones complement the vibrant interior courtyard, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere throughout the entire residence. We chose a large overall stone structure and a small-scale pebble floor placed side by side, showcasing the inherent elegance of primitive and simple textures.
