On the coast of Puglia, Studio Andrew Trotter has created a stunning Casa Maiora villa.

The villa continues the architectural tradition of the region with its magnificent colonnades, lime-washed paint and spacious interior Spaces. Its strategic location at the southern end of the site allows its occupants to maximise panoramic views of the sea, and its minimalist architecture is impressive.

别墅主要由当地的凝灰岩建造而成，天然的粉红色石灰水涂层使其散发出温暖的气息，与周围环境和谐相融。带有藤条天花板的宽敞阳台从一侧延伸而出，为夏日阳光提供了舒适的遮荫，户外区域则鼓励人们放松身心，与大自然亲密接触。

The villa is built mainly from local tuff, and the natural pink limewater coating gives it a warm atmosphere that harmoniously blends with its surroundings. Spacious balconies with rattan ceilings extend from one side to provide comfortable shade from the summer sun, while outdoor areas encourage relaxation and close contact with nature.

Inside, the elevated position of the villa is evident, and the expansive grid Windows allow the view to blend perfectly into the interior. Warm earth tones dominate, complemented by sandstone floors, antique furniture and locally sourced decorative elements. A custom-made waterground stone island and handmade ceramic alcove in the kitchen complement the built-in sofa in the living area. Custom-designed sinks and bathrooms decorated in ancient Roman concrete reflect the studios attention to detail and craftsmanship.
